The customer service and atmosphere is so welcoming! The food was amazing as well as the dessert. Elia treated us very well from the moment we walked in to when we left, we will come back.. you MUST try the Greek fries. Thank you Stop-N-Go Gyro!!!

I stopped by Stop N Go Gyros in North Richland Hills and was really impressed. The food was honestly great — super fresh and full of flavor. I got the gyro plate, and the meat was delicious, with warm pita and good sauce. You can tell they care about the quality. The service was just as good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. It’s one of those places where you can tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, it was a great experience. Good food, good people, and fair prices. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered from Uber Eats so I can't speak on the atmosphere. The food arrived warm and still had a nice presentation. I had the traditional gyro and the greek fries. Both dishes were very good and I would order again.

I stop here after a TCC class, and get the gyro meat in a bowl to go. It's a good amount and perfect for the carnivore diet. It's fresh and tasty. My daughter also like the gyro sandwich. They had a sign that said the famous Dubai chocolate is available, but we didn't try it. Baklava is the best! Staff is nice, quick with orders at lunch time. They have lots of seating inside if you prefer to order in.

The children running the restaurant have no clue what they are serving or know how to serve it. I’ve enjoyed Stop n Go Gyros at many locations. They don’t read the orders nor listen to their patrons. Salad without dressing, wrong meat, leave out extra sauces ordered. Bad experience.

Expect fast food service here. They will get you in and out fast. There are a few seats if you want to eat in. They are not very attentive to allergy needs so watch them closely if you need something different than the norm for allergy reasons. Food was good portions were large.

ordered through ubereats a 2nd time but never again. first time the food was pretty good but they forgot my cup of ice of which i called to remind them about. i ordered again, still no ice lol. not only is it required to select an drink with the meal, therefore i checked an option but added a note on the order twice, that is clearly stated on top of the receipt. asked the driver who stated a drink was not supplied meaning, the staff here can not comprehend a simple request. - when i called for clarification she said the order was "complicated" which is funny because the first time i ordered, i called to make sure my order was done correctly, as it was my first time here but i wanted the food i paid for, be made to my liking LOL. yet, the staff cut me off by proceeding to read out my customer notes to me. indicating that they got this. so again, idk what's complicated about reading but ok??? she also says it was the dashers fault for not making my drink. & to the manager, i hope you're enjoying your vacation bc the staff is out here fighting for their life.

I ordered a beef and chicken plate with no olives or onions. I got 2 plates with mystery meat instead. The food is good when they get the order right. Nearly 26$ and it’s not worth driving back up there to replace it.

Bleh- ordered on uber eats for pickup. My husband left & got there within 10 min of placing the order. Came straight home (another 8-10 min) and EVERYTHING was cold. Fries completely soggy. Not warm at all. Having to fully recook our food. Also 1000% forgot the feta. This was a tough one- and we love this place normally.

I've gone here and average of 5-8 times per month for the last couple of years, and that stops today. Not sure if they have changed ownership or management but over the last few months, this place had gone down hill. The food is always decent, but it doesn't taste like it used to. The attitude of the people working here reflects their lack of give a damn. The franchise part has changed the traditional culture and flavors. trust me when I say go down to Olive Kabab and Gyro- food is MUCH better and very traditionally flavored, and the service was amazing.

Really disappointed with my experience… the staff there was rude and unwelcoming and that’s the least of my concerns. I found a fruit fly in the hummus… Like really?!?! Didn’t get refunded or any help from the staff on this matter so I wanted everyone to be warned. If stop and go is willing to reimburse or even just talk about it I would love to give them my opinions on things.
