The welcome can often exceed expectations. We chose this beautiful refuge for a family birthday party. We were welcomed and pampered with every attention. The place is well-furnished and warm, tidy, and not too noisy. The traditional Piedmontese dishes are prepared with care and attention. The "polenta tour" option is interesting both for the delicious polenta and the choice of sauces. I recommend the cream cheese spread and the sparkling Barbera...thanks!

Family lunch for my husband's birthday yesterday. Everything was delicious, spoiled for choice among appetizers, the first course with different sauces to suit all tastes, a variety of polenta, and what can I say about the Bisaltine? Amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, as were the owners, who were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon.

Gnocchi with a light cheese sauce, a creamy sauce with a subtle flavor, suitable for everyone, even those who don't like strong cheeses. The vegetarian bisaltina (with pinsa as a base) is full of sautéed vegetables, generously seasoned and richly flavored. The prices are fair. The menu includes appetizers, bisaltina (pinsa) with various fillings, polenta with a choice of sauce, and homemade desserts, including homemade fiordilatte ice cream with a choice of toppings. Fast and very friendly service.

On our way back from the Bisalta hike, we stopped at this convenient and beautiful place just a few meters from where we'd left our cars. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was fast and accurate! The dishes we ordered were delicious and unique!

Always nice to take a Bisaltine break. Beautiful meeting and refreshment point... well managed, good gnocchi and polenta but above all super super super. The Bisaltine are good... I fell in love with them, they're like pinse.

Great place and friendly people! We only enjoyed two excellent hot chocolates with cream, but we'll definitely be back to try the tempting dishes I saw passing by. All the ingredients are there.

What can I say...we arrived here after a pleasant, unexpected walk on a Sunday morning, so obviously we hadn't booked. At 11:15 a.m., we asked if they had room for dinner. They didn't even offer to eat right away or after all the reservations had been made. We were simply told to leave. They complain a lot about tourism and the economic crisis, but if you treat tourists like this... kudos to them!
