Without a doubt, one of the best coffee shops I've ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you feel the super cozy atmosphere, with a calm vibe and attention to detail: the music, the aroma, and the smiles with which they greet you. Yan and Kaf's service is truly exceptional. They're always attentive and happy to recommend. The coffee is delicious, and they have a wide variety of drinks, all delicious! They also have their famous pancakes, which are delicious, and many more dishes for those who are team savory. It has definitely become one of my favorite places—not only for the quality, but for the service and the good energy. Highly recommended!

A very nice place, super friendly, and attentive service staff. The food is 10/10. We ordered the green chilaquiles with flank steak, which were delicious with just the right amount of heat. The Kinder Bueno pancakes are highly recommended, and the portions are very good. The drinks are very refreshing and delicious. A bonus is that they have a baby changing table, which helps a lot!

What a lovely place! We loved it! The staff was 10/10. You can sense their desire to make the experience even better with their service. The sweet bread is delicious, the food and drink options are excellent, and the hot sauce is delicious. The garden is an oasis amidst the chaos of Cholula on the weekend. We'll be back soon.

Excellent service! The girl who served us was friendly and attentive throughout. The food is delicious and filling, but in our case, the sauce was a bit spicy and it didn't have much protein. Even so, it's a great place to share a meal during a relaxed time and leave satisfied.

The place is one of those you'd find recommended on an Instagram reel: chill vibe, small, and cozy. The servers are young and very friendly from the moment they greet you until you leave. My family and I didn't have to wait at all to get a table on a Sunday at 11:00 in the morning. I'm giving it 3 stars because, like any good Gen Z/aesthetic spot, the food doesn't live up to the hype. To begin with, it took them 30-50 minutes to bring our food (even though it wasn't very busy). Then, some of the food wasn't as described: I ordered a kind of sandwich with brioche bread, pepperoni, and bacon, because that's what the menu said; however, they gave me French bread instead of brioche, which has nothing to do with the description, and of course, the flavor is completely different. After that, we ordered pistachio pancakes; Everything looked great until you tasted them, because they weren't freshly made (you could tell because they were dry inside) and the "syrup" was nothing more than sweetened condensed milk diluted with more milk and some green food coloring. I felt ripped off because these cost almost $200 and didn't taste anything like what they advertised. Finally, I ordered a latte, and that was quite good and hot enough. In conclusion: their food isn't bad by any means, but they should pay attention to what their menus say about what they actually prepare, since the prices are a bit high for what you get or the flavor you get.

The place is good in general, although I think the prices are a bit high. They have a good selection of dishes, and their drinks are very good and varied. The service however is a problem, or at least I've had bad experiences three times now; the worst was this last time I went. I ordered some chilaquiles, and they told me they were "sold out." Ten minutes later, they served another table not one, but five plates of red and green chilaquiles. When I confronted the waitress, she blamed the kitchen for telling her the wait times were very long. It's one thing to have to wait a long time, another to say they're out of food, so basically, they refused to serve me. It's a shame because it used to be a very good place to visit.
