The whole point of using the app is to get ahead, I have learned at least at this McDonald's just scan the app for points and order at the menus because either way they will make you sit in a stall. Every single time I have gone here I have had to sit in a stall. I believe they do it so their drive through times look better than they are. Fries are often like warm and let's face it it's McDonald's so nothing 5 star about it but at least at most locations the food seems fresh. Not the case at this location. Drinks are always great, when the workers understand the difference between unsweetened and sweetened it's even better.

Do not mobile order and park and wait they will take 20 minutes plus going through the drive-through as fast

it was horrible they are out of water. the only thing they servered is breakfast and it was 1 in the afternoon. the restrooms arent even open. this was horrible dont ever go here in you life.

This This place is so slow, the workers are very slow, and the food is always missing or wrong. It takes them a good 10 minutes to just place your order, the workers will see you waiting and walk away, acting like they don't see you. This location needs to add a soda machine on the outer part of the counter ,just so the workers don't have to fill our refills up, we could just do it ourselves.

One of the worst fast food experiences ever. Both of our burgers where made incorrectly not to mention the 10 minute wait to order and 20 minute wait for food. Told the girl at the counter our food was incorrectly made and she shrugged and didn't car whatsoever. For a $34 order it was absolutely 💯 disappointing. The second order for a shake took 25 minutes to get.

Was waiting to ask for a cup of water, They were assisting someone and seen that I was standing there waiting, but totally ignored me, so I just left.

Employees are incredibly rude, terrible customer service. There was a long line of people waiting to place orders as the kiosks were down and it still took customers asking for help multiple times before someone actually came to take orders. After that the employees were just placing food on the counters and now saying what order number they were.

Had to be given a small cup of water. Last time I came here there was a lady who asked me what size for the water cup for me and a friend and I asked for a large for both and she gave it to me but today a guy gave me the water cup and it was small like I drank the 1st cup of water and it finished after i was done eating but I was still thirsty so I had to get back up to ask for a 2nd cup and I was given it and I went back to sit and I drank it then it was finished. I feel upset and disappointed by not given a bigger cup for water

Incredibly slow service. Dining room and order kiosks are awkwardly positioned. On this Saturday morning, it was very busy but the staff didn’t seem to move any faster and never addressed the people stacking up waiting for orders, both in the dining room and drive though and curbside. We waited 45 minutes for our order. No apology, no explanation as to why it was taking so long - customer service was terrible. Employees would bring an order to the counter, say the order number, drop it and return to the kitchen, not staying to see if anyone came to pick it up, etc. Will never stop at that one again.

Cold fries just like always here but this time they forgot my whole quarter pounder that i ordered in the drive through stood in like forever just to go outside to to have no straw for my soda threw my nasty cold fries in the parking lot lol i dont want em 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just picked up a $15:00 meal had to throw it all away nothing like extra crunchy fries that were put in the vat a second time with stale oil. 1/4 pounder was burnt and not what I ordered. Coffee tasted like it had been in the pot all day. Won’t be going back there.

Every visit to this location has been disorganized. Despite using the drive-thru, we are consistently directed to park in a stall to wait for our order. On our last visit, all the stalls were full, leaving us with no option but to go inside to retrieve our food. This defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru and creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers. It appears the priority is on improving drive-thru metrics rather than providing quality service. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning. Might I mentioned I’m writing this review on my 12 minute car wait.

As someone who used to be a manager for McDonalds I guess I have a standard on the time I wait for my order. After 20 mins, I got my order my frappe was melted down, food wasn't even fresh. Only thing that was fresh was the hash browns & they were dripping in oil.

Ridiculous- I asked for pickles, I got half picle... Fast food restaurants are a joke.. the minimum wage goes up and the service goes down and it is all over California...
