After so many years (Wendy's don't operate anymore where I live) I tasted these burgers again and I still like them. One of the best burgers ever. The restaurant is OK, could be cleaner though.

First of all waiting at the drive up window was at least 5-8 behind a car and when it was my turn another 4min. This was approximately 430pm. I did not get any straws for my drinks . I had to ask for them. My salads were given to me tossed up. I had to ask for the condiments that go with each salad and was looked at like I asked for a gold bar My fries were probably left from lunch time and cold and stale. We are local to Madera Co what a waste of our money and $60+ for 3 people food that was thrown together. I am so disappointed in this Wendy’s. I would not spend your hard earned money here

Very unprofessional. 3 employees are just cussing every other word talking to each other. 1 i believe is a manager with a braid she looks angry and is cursing with her associates. So unprofessional. Waiting 15mins to get a number 7 and only 1 person was ahead of me in the store. Absolutely ridiculous service! Food was great though

Some of the afternoon crew are very kind so that extra star is for them. Do all Wendy's have a 30 minute rule? If so, last time I ever eat at one. Unfortunate to make your employees enforce something so ignorant. Specially since I was the only one here and spent money at this store 2 days in a row and this would have been the 3rd. Truckers have it hard enough in California. On the road to your competition.

Every time I stop here I'm asked to pull up and wait. Literally ordered 2 burgers and 4 chicken tendors. Was told after paying it would be a pull up and wait 6 min for the chicken. When I got upset and asked for my burgers, I was told oh well we need more time for the burgers too. NO cars behind me. One truck already paid and was waiting in front of us. And one car had gotten their food amd left right away. Don't stop here if you're actually hungry and in a rush. Maybe give people a heads up if you're just gonna make them wait ... which was longer then 6 min of course.

The drive-thru service here is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, with little effort to be welcoming. I rarely hear a simple “welcome” or “thank you,” and most of the time the window is shut on my face abruptly before I can even ask for anything else. The food is the only reason I still come, because the customer service is far from pleasant.

I drove by Ave 18 1/2 off 99 Madera Ca. today and saw this sign. Made me hungry. I thought I would frequent Wendys more often since McCrappies is way too expensive for worse food. When I requested the two for four I was informed they no longer had the deal. When I informed the employee of the sign and their obligation to honor it I was denied. Instead of informing the manager to resolve the issue, when I said I was gonna call the manager I was told go ahead. When I called the manager, as I was on my way to work, and asked for a regional manager I was also denied, guess it is a secret. I told the manager I will just look it up and again, go ahead. I will not ever be going to any Wendys ever again.

I got my nephew the chicken sandwich 4x4 combo. The guy asked if I wanted a sauce for his nuggets I said yes BBQ. They didn't put any BBQ or ketchup no napkins. NOTHING! And when he opens the sandwich he refused to eat it. He said it looked weird. I thought he was over reacting so I took a bite of it and the chicken was super dry and hard.
