My mom just stopped here for her little morning coffee and Costumer service is absolutely terrible! All my mom got from here was coffee and she was almost in tears when she got home because she said she never experienced such rude people at McDonalds. I understand they don’t hire the best of the best but do better.

The drive through line blocks the road within the shopping area. The line inside was so long with only one staff person, I gave up and left. Restaurant was a bit uncared for… you can always tell by looking at the windows, whether they are washed… or not.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We placed our order at 9:30 PM and showed up at 10, only to find that our food STILL wasn’t ready. When we finally got it, none of the condiments we requested were included, even though they were clearly listed on the order. To top it off, we ordered medium drinks and were handed smalls instead. We went back to have it corrected and were met with attitude and disrespect from a front counter worker named Stephanie. When I explained the mistakes and asked her to be more considerate about getting basic things right, she was rude and dismissive, like we were the problem for expecting the order to be correct. This location clearly doesn’t care about customer service or order accuracy. If you’re looking for fast food done right, go somewhere else.

Whatever you DO NOT order from the self serve just wait for a cashier. This is the 2nd time I try to order myself and “they don’t receive my order.” I waited 24 minutes and when I finally went to ask they didn’t have a clue about my order and even after I gave them my receipt. Also I never received an apology. I was being the most patient I could be but the “manager” had to go call another manager to give me my refund! Ugh.

Hairy burger!!! Found beard hairs in my chicken sandwich, felt disgusted and lost my appetite. The person preparing probably doesn’t have a beard net and I wonder how many other burgers have gone with hairs, since they are small and not that noticeable.

The service here is terrible!! The drive thru is always backed up out to the street. If you do plan ahead and place a curbside order expect to wait 30 minutes or more to get your order. Lastly, this place can't get your oder right!!! Special orders get botched and items get left out of the bag. If your passing Madera looking for a meal go ahead and skip this place I'll save you a headache.

Why would you guys shove 3 meals into one bag? Not only that but WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHOCOLATE MILK IN A BAG WITH HOT FOOD?!?! Milk is supposed to be cold, correct? Sooooo my daughter has HOT MILK now because someone there is severely lacking common sense! Every single time we go there we either get cold food, warm drinks, or the wrong order entirely. It's gotten to be ridiculous!!! Get it together! I'm still baffled that anybody working there thinks they deserve 15/hr wage! You can barely do your jobs for minimum wages.
