Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I've always been happy with the quality of the food, you can go anywhere and get a burger & fries cheap. The meals my husband and I had was $23 total, we had water to drink. We were very happy with the quality of the food,. Service was also good.

Love Panera. Sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, bread. Everything is good. Convenient you-pick-2 combinations. This visit coffee in dispensers was really cold, but asked for newly brewed hot coffee and were helped briefly. Really recommend.

The food is decent for the price. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was surprised that the bread was not that fresh (don’t they bake bread here)? The coffee is decent and their monthly service is also good value. The wifi is so slow, however; if you’re looking to get some work done here I would watch out for that.

The table was not clean , I had to throw the trash and clean the table, it's not the first time that happens to me... I go there because of the food but needs more attention on details like that... Hope they can improve their hygiene and service.

Food was good. Hot coffee was cold. When we told the manager he said to put it in the microwave instead of brewing a fresh pot. We should've gotten a refund. Instead, we paid for coffee that we never drank. Poor customer service from manager.

I ordered an item specifically because the menu does not list mayo. When I received it, it clearly had mayo on it. I took it back and was told it “wasn’t mayo,” only a garlic drizzle. After checking more carefully, it had both the drizzle and mayo. Staff then claimed the menu says the item includes mayo. I rechecked the menu, and it does not. They remade the sandwich, but it appeared the same bread was reused and simply wiped instead of using new bread, since the mayo taste was still there. This is poor customer service and not how food issues should be handled. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

If I could give this Panera a 0 I would. I’m not from around this area and decided to stop here for something quick. This is the dirtiest and rudest Panera I have ever been too. When I walked in I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one walked up to say anything even though there were multiple employees standing around and saw me and my family waiting. We ended up using the self service to order our food. Walked over to the dining room area to find trash all over the floor and tables dirty. For the 30-40 minutes we were here not one employee came around to pick up and mind you it was extremely slow. Went to the restroom and an employee came out of the stall while I was washing my hands and walked out without washing her hands. Once we got our food our Macaroni and Cheese was cold. So disappointed and grossed out.

Ordered a kids meal with apple, I was asked if we wanted the apple cut into slices. We get home and open the container to find OLD brown apples! The cashier was nice and friendly, guy in the back was meh 😑 tables were clean, the agave lemonade tasted old and mixed with orange juice or something else it was not good.

We stopped on our way home from my surgery and ordered 2 bread bowl chicken noodle soups. We got home almost 20 minutes away and they had given us 2 tomato soups instead of chicken noodle. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was slightly rude and unapologetic. Instead of apologizing she tried to argue that my husband did not even order bread bowls when it is right on the receipt. My husband had to make a nearly 40 minute round trip to go back for chicken noodle soup as neither of us eat tomato soup. They didn’t apologize or do anything to make it right aside from giving the chicken noodle soup. Such crappy customer service..

The most dirtiest Panera I have ever stepped foot into. I rarely visit a Panera but was craving a tomato soup. Walked through the entire dining area and every single table was dirty. It wasn’t welcoming and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in hours. It’s 7:00pm on a Sunday and place is slow, place looked fully staffed and employees were chatting and rather than making use of time and cleaning up tables they rather have every table dirty and trash on the ground laying around. Sat down for 20 minutes while I waited for my friend to come over and have us go to another place, no table was ever picked up. Disgusting. Walked out. Can’t imagine how the kitchen is inside or if they fully even disinfect or clean the dishes fully. This place should get audited.

Once again this place can't differentiate a piece of bread from chips, always order side of bread and receive chips. Don't know if anyone can guess what I ordered from the picture I just posted..it's a tomato basil BLT....with one of the main ingredients missing unless the T in BLT no longer stands for TOMATO....last time I throw away money here

Looks like Im not the only one who they're skimping! I thought it was a joke when I paid $13 and my bowl was half full. Ive ordered before and this is just crazy how much money they get when we cant even get our full meal 🤣 last time Im buying and telling people to save their money.
