I just went there to get my card recharged and I was pretty anxious to talk but some of that fear disappeared when the employees were super kind and were calm. I have never had a problem there and don’t think I will if they keep hiring people as kind as them.
New friendly staff. I used to hate coming to eat here. The previous female employees were always rude and sometimes charged us extra. When questioning they will say the prices went up. Glad to see the new staff members are friendly and bilinguals.
I don’t usually ever leave reviews but this just has to be said. I’ve never been to a chipotle so clean and friendly. I’ve been to many different chipotle locations and they’re all nasty and rude. This location is the best and they’re always quick and friendly. Whoever is managing this place needs a raise honestly. As well as the staff members!
This is probably my favorite Chipotle on the south side. I have NEVER had a problem at this location. Food is always good, people are always polite, and the establishment is always clean. There are others closer to me but this one I know I will get the best service/food so I don't even go to the others anymore.
Tasty food and good service! My first choice when I want to eat outside my home, never have a bad order here. If there is any complaint they fix it quickly. Paola especially is very professional and nice.
The only negative for me is that I always seem to never have enough meat. Sure I could order double meat, but when it's all said and done my order is already $10 without the dbl meat. So i just enjoy with less meat.

In my opinion it is worth the trip I really like this restaurant.... The food is really really good I do not eat the meat I just eat the veggie and sour cream and oh yes the guacamole is very tasty... I like the sauces, but if you do not like it too hot they have mild and medium and hot!!! ENJOY YOURSELF...
The Cicero Chipotle location has always delivered outstanding service, everyone is friendly and welcoming. This location is the perfect distance from my home and it is my go to location of choice, during my lunch from work, on the weekends and after the gym. The Chipotle staff is always fast at delivering great quality service and food. My orders are always delivered correctly and with consistency. My brother and I are regular customers at this location and we have never had any complaints at this location. Thank you Chipotle at Cicero for making the best of my experience.
Awesome Manager...she handle a situation extremely professional that I encountered with a gentleman who accused her worker, of opening the restroom door while occupied. I respected her store because her team is always helpful and respectful. My family and I always come here, because the customer service is excellent with a family filled atmosphere.
My family and I love chipotle, we usually go to a different location closer to home but after several disappointments we decided to try the one in Cicero which is a little further out and to our surprise the Cicero location has fresh food starting from rice, juicy meats and fresh guac. Customer services is great, employees are friendly always paying attention, the manager is very attentive and the place is clean. Definitely making this our home location!
Update as of January 9, 2025. 3rd time in the past month that they say that supposedly they ran out of Veggies/Fajitas at around 8pm. However, looking at the kitchen. They literally start cleaning and not make any food after 7.45pm I've noticed. They seem to try to clean up and be ready to leave by closing time instead of providing to customers. I would understand stop making by 9pm, but not 8pm. Also, the restaurant has been much dirtier than before. Tables and floors. They don't pick up even if they have no customers. Very poor. --- Love it. Food is delicious and always fresh. There has been 1 time where they ran out of veggies, but they were quick to make some upon asking.
Staff was super sweet, professional and fast. Can't go wrong with a hearty burrito bowl 😋
This establishment had helpful, efficient employees! Since I've been a Chipotle customer for a while, this was without a doubt the greatest. I never review anything either. I don't know what the other man meant about the amounts, but this burrito was so stuffed with free extra meat that I couldn't even finish it!
Today the crew that worked @8pm went above and beyond to make sure our burritos were great! One of the guys (I assume is a new) helped with a special request Shoutout to the guys, highly recommend this location 😁

I went her with my wife one day and the service was amazing. They receive four stars because the place could've been a little more tidy but the food was amazing and when we asked for more rice and double meat the server comp us one double meat on the house. I recommend this place on any given day
Friendly staff, clean enough. It's a chain restaurant, so the food is as you'd expect. 4.5 stars, really. You won't leave saying "wow" but it's definitely worth going to if you're in the mood for a burrito bowl or something.
It's Chipotle consistent wherever you go. The staff was really good here.
Food tasty as usual. Customer service has declined. I interacted with four employees. They all acted like I was disturbing their break from work time by being their wanting them to work by providing me some good customer service. The portions in the Chipotle bowl was very skimpy. They did not want to give me more when I asked for more.
This is the second time at this location. First time I had a steak bowl absolutely delicious. The portion was fair. Great customer service 👏 Second time (today) the bowl was delicious their Barbacoa is juicy & flavorful however bowl was not as full. Was not satisfied with the portioned offered.
The young man threw 2 bowls in the garage, because he got angry when the costumer asked for a lil more meat ,he fused,so they walked out,then the very next costumer came in and had the same issue,he ended up tossing that bowl too,my bowl would have been better if I didn't have to wait almost 10 minutes for pepper to be grill,then when got home ,I didn't have one of the ingredients I ask for,my bowl had no taste and was cold due the wait.
I love Chipotle but the question remains the same. Why are they always stingy with the food when you ask for extra beans, rice, all sides except for the meat. I'm tired of asking the same thing they act like they paying for the extra ingredients. It is sad that's why I don't come like I used to, then the attitudes you get when asking for extra the nerve!
Restaurant was clean. Facility was clean and stocked with soap and tissue! Staff was nice. Service was swift (I arrived 15 min after opening). With that said, I was totally shocked that the food was cold. I LOVE HOT FOOD!! At least the steak was tender!

My bowl did not have what I ordered with it. We placed order online so did not see them as they were preparing. It would be nice to have the option to pay at the store instead of the CC online as we ordered for many and some did want to pay cash. Flavors were good but I barely had any meat in my bowl, they missed the black beans I had asked for, and my friends kid's meal had like a teaspoon worth of black beans.
Food is just like any other Chipotle. Employees do a good job at trying to get your order done quickly but still ensuring people are social distancing. I would like to see them fix their touch less pay system, especially during these times. I was told by the cashier samsung pay didn't work and the transaction would be canceled, so I had to swipe my card. I ended up getting charged twice. Chipotle is a franchise would like to see them get it together.
There were not that many people in line to be rushed the way that I was. The inside was not clean. There were so many behind the counter but no one cleaning the dining room. The food was decent enough. However this wouldn’t be my first chipotle choice to go to.
In the beginning the food was better, but their current cooks aren't preparing the food well. Steak is undercooked, gummy and still has the fat attached (awful). The fajitas were overcooked and still had remnants of onion skin cooked in.. do not eat here during lunch hours. Food is prepared to keep up with the rush not quality!
I usually have a good experience here but I came last night at 9:12 exactly, about 45 minutes before the posted closing time and my experience was not so good. I ordered a chicken burrito and a veggie bowl. First, there is no meat on the veggie bowl so why is it that I had to ask for additional fajita veggies when this is basically the “meat” of the bowl. The guy gave me probably the same amount as he would have if there were meat. Ok, fine. Second, I asked for guacamole and he tells me they are out for the rest of the day. WHAT!? You have almost an hour until close , how do you run out of guac? He didn’t offer to tell anyone in the back to make more. It was basically take it or leave it. I left it. He tossed it in the trash right in front of me. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had so far.
I went here yesterday to get me a bowl. The girl that was serving me, she barely gave me any rice. I basically had to ask for extra everything: rice, cheese, sour cream, sauce, lettuce, n of course meat. Didn't have to ask for extra beans LBVS! I barely got any meat n ask for a lil more n of course she's like u will b charged extra. She gave me more the second time than she did the first. I ask for extra sauce on the side n again u get charged extra. Never again will I order from there. This one was located on Cermak and Cicero. I can make my own bowl!
I come to this location just about 3times a week some of the staff is pleasant others seem to get upset when you ask for extra Chicken , I do believe that I have to pay extra but the portions they give you is a waste !!! If I have to pay extra then that's what people want not 6 little pieces of chicken !!!! Then they always have tons of people just walking in and out of the kitchen area !!! Like Really. 95th I guess I will be coming back at least they offer you lemons !!!
Ordered 3 tacos but instead I received a bowl with the contents of the tacos and 3 tortillas on the side. How lazy is this? Could not even bother to put my tacos together. Is their latest BS policy? Why am I paying $9 for tacos that do not even get put together...?
Husband was craving a burrito bowl so we caved. Employee rushed the order and put not enough rice or steak both which were dry and cold liked it was sitting for a while. Had to reheat when we got home but still wasnt worth the $16 could have just made my own at home.
Location here starts cleaning early and no longer cooking food an hour and a half or hour before closing and limited to meat options.
I got chipotle today with my friend from out of town. We were excited for our chipotle but had a poor, confusing experience. Immediately when our service provider asked for our order she told us there was no steak left. I’ve seen chipotles run out of steak before so I didn’t think much of it. However, when asking for her to list the meat options available she pointed to the steak and said there’s enough for one more person. There was a good amount of steak in there too, more than I’ve seen chipotle give to one customer. So after the worker said that there was enough steak for one more person I asked if I could have it and she shook her head and told me no. Confused, I just ordered chicken instead even though I much prefer the steak. The aggravating part of my experience is the customer directly behind me got the steak. This left me confused because the worker didn’t allow me to have the steak in a burrito bowl yet gave it to a person behind me who also ordered a burrito bowl. Why was I so easily declined the steak yet the person behind me got it without a question? I have reason to believe the woman who was serving me may have done this on purpose because she may have known the customer behind me and the server decided she’d rather have her friend have the steak versus me who got there first. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. My server was an older woman who wore pink glasses and had light hair. I hope this injustice is not ignored.
Been going to this chipotle location for years and for the most part it’s fine on most days but there are a few things to be aware of, #1: No mattrer what time of day it always seems to be so dirty with trash everywhere inside the dining area. No employees ever seem to clean up. Definitely dont reccomend eating inside. #2: Becareful when placing online orders for pickup as they will leave the orders on the pick up shelf unattended ready for anyone to grab and steal them. I can’t tell you how many times i’ve seen homeless and teens stealing food from the pickup shelves and then seeing employees giving attitude to those who placed the order once they find it’s not there. Theres a reason why the emails have a code for order pickup and details but this location doesn’t seem to utilize that at all and it’s really unfortunate because the surrounding area isn’t too safe either and you don’t want to hang around very long during later hours, Most days I just want to place an order and pickup and go but it’s just not a safe option here.
The short girl with the crazy makeup lied to my face about being out of the seasonal brisket for the night, several hours before close. Then, for her coworker, who she was flirting with and was in line immediately behind me, she pulled out a full tub that was sitting on the counter. She then got snippy with me when I said I'd like her to remake mine with what I originally asked for, and she gave me a small portion.
I’ve never had a bad experience until today I got the smallest amount of meat on my bowl I asked for fajita mix and I literally got about 5 pieces of fajita mix I asked for more and they wanted to charge me extra for it I’ve never seen someone pour such a small amount on my bowl my bowl ended up being half a bowl needless to say I’m never coming to this location again also a party of 5 walked out before me I don’t know why but service might have something to do with it I hope they also leave a review because the service was not good at all I’m very disappointed.

Chicken=Burnt. vegans ordering 5 burritos at the same time. Got rationed on everything. Charged me for double when I was eating only bread and no meat rancid
I placed an order with a lot of time ahead. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:15 it is 7:40 PM now and it's not ready they are waiting on guacamole when I told the cashier (male ) I order I head of time he rudely said " I'm just letting you know we are waiting on the guac". Not even a sorry or anything Really bad and slow service. First time ordering from here and my last. My order was ready at 7:49 what's the point of order on the app and the app giving me a pick up time.
Steak was so overcooked, dry and no seasoning and the beans also were bland. Last time I'll be waisting my money here. All those kids don't know how to cook.

I am always going to this location for my food. I don’t have any complaints about the food. However, a recent employee informed us online about employees being infected with COVID-19 and being asked to return to work without a negative test result. This is very unsafe for the employees and the customers. Please address this or you will be losing a long-term customer.
One of the most garbage place I ever been too. Order online, they gave me a specific time my order was going to be ready and it was never made. Ask to cancel my order and a full refund and the cashier had no knowledge on how to do that. And still had to wait 20 min for my order. Why do you even make an app if it's just garbage your going to deliver..
They never have any food , it’s like they stop cooking after food . The food they do have look old and dried out . I seen ppl walking out before I came in , as soon as I got to the counter “nothing “ either the food was gone or either dried out . This need to be fix , it’s like they don’t plan on cooking after 12 ..
They messed up my order twice. The first time they fixed it and gave an immediate refund over the phone and this next time they said I had to go online to there website and do the refund there. I couldn’t find anywhere that states refund. I went to the app and nothing. I googled it and I got suggestions to tweet them. Finally called got the corporate number only for them to tell me the store could do it. And when I called to tell them this then they finally did it only after I told them I called the corporate number. Check your bags before you leave this store.
Aint no way I just paid $25.31 for a skimpy bow and when I asked for extra steak they wanna charge me $5 extra and still wanna be cheap !! This honestly the last time I go to this place
I normally come here all the time, but tonight I came in at 8:15… two hours before they closed and they told me they cleaned the grill early and wouldn’t make any more meat for the customers for the rest of the night. So I couldn’t order anything 2 hours before closing. Horrible customer service, and way to lose a paying guest.
I went to this store 30 minutes before they close by 9:30ish, and I order a burrito bowl half of spoon carnitas and half steak. but the lady that was the manager was over charging me for a simple spoon of meet was like 20$. I always buy at chipotle and I know exactly how much I pay but instead of the manager try to understand my concern. She told me en Spanish something and I said to her I only speak in English then I said I don’t want anything I feel very uncomfortable then she the manager instead of apologizing or telling something comfortable because I did not feel as client I felt discriminated when I told her I don’t speak Spanish she said she can tell I am Spanish by how my face looks… and I feel very disappointed Im never coming back to chipotle and I’ll calling the big people on this matter. You have to put train people as manager so they capable of taking care the paying costumer as always. Chipotle going worst!
do NOT come here. It’s the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever seen. I understand when the tables aren’t clean because people should clean after themselves and because you have a long line SOMETIMES. The person cooking the chicken was opening raw chicken and placing the dirty dishes in-front of them and it was piles of dirty dishes from everywhere! then goes right back to cutting the COOKED meat! They will for sure cross contaminated something! The manager doesn’t care either!!! They pass right by!!! HORRIBLE!!!
Will never return here, manager made an issue out of putting cheese in a larger container and proceeded to put the larger container with cheese already in it back on the line once the employee filled it up as I requested. Very unsanitary !! and then she was going to tell me that she has to charge for two small cups of the cheese. (This is the shredded cheese btw that I am referring to)
I go in this location often. Today a placed an order online, and received the worst service. The app stated the order was ready, but we had to wait 15 minutes. I typically just give my name and get the order. Today they needed the confirmation. I asked for the young lady's name and for a manager. She told me they can't give names. Initially the manager wouldn't come. When he came out, he still gave no assistance, and refused to give his name. They were rude. Plenty of other customers came in and picked up their orders without showing the confirmation. I was the only Black customer was was profiled by the team of Hispanics at this location. This is extremely unfortunate that this would happen. They way others were treated and acknowledged when they entered the store was opposite from the way I was treated.
The food was horrible I literally eat this three times a week but this location can not get my money again.the young man that took my order tried to give me old meat that was dry and burnt out , the containers the meat come in needed to be cleaned they were so dirty 🙄I said said something I should of turned in walked away then but I still ordered my food. He gave me fresh food but They didn’t have any red chili salsa no napkins and no spoons. The worse $25 i ever spent
I scheduled an appointment with chipotle, completed their application. I come in to the store just for the manager to hit me with that “i’m busy right now”. No people in store, like what? Extremely rude.

Trash service....third time I've had promo app problems at this location...alerts sent out that order is ready but then they won't honor promo codes if they get too many. They expect customers to drive out and find they won't honor orders, wasting our time and it makes them look incompetent. GM doesn't know how to handle the situation but smells like he relies on an herbal remedy to cope.
Place is horrible. Waited 5 minutes till someone came from the back. First looked over the corner then ran to the back again, then came to the front counter after 2 minutes saying we’ve been closed and they were out of meat since 8. And due to short staff (4 people) that is the reason why. I’ve never seen or heard of anything more ridiculous in awhile. I’ve run a fast food store with 2 people on a daily basis and I’m not saying that’s right , but we still get our job done 100% NO EXCUSE. Wasted not just mine , but other peoples time because they don’t wanna work.
Terrible customer service, I was trying to place an online order to get the quesadilla since it’s a digital only order but the app wasn’t allowing me to place the order. I showed them the issue I was having and they wouldn’t let me order the quesadilla if it wasn’t done through the app. I spoke to the manager to see if they can make an exception and they wouldn’t. This is ridiculous. What difference does it make if I order through the app or in person.
I will not go to this location again. I placed two orders for two chicken bowls through the Chipotle app for pickup and when I go to the restaurant there was only one bowl in the bag. I told the employees and they said " we don't see a other order with restaurant name" they seemed confused and was asking if they gave my order to someone else or if the order was for someone else or doordash. I kept dying the order was for me and I was showing my order confirmation email and they were acting like they didn't know what I was talking about and kept saying they didn't see another order. Even though I showed proof in my email they still weren't trying to offer to make my order. They were not trying to offer a solution.. just a sorry we don't see it.. I had to keep asking them to make my order and showing my app. Finally I thought that they were going to make my order and sat waiting for 15 minutes and they still didn't make my order. After asking multiple times they finally made my order.
Don't order delivery because if you're not physically at the restaurant seeing your order prepared, they'll give you the smallest portions even if you order extra. This has been a repetitive issue and no matter how many ratings I make on the app, nothing ever changes. When Chipotle was getting tiktok shamed for this, it got better temporarily. Maybe that needs to happen again. But as it stands I'm never ordering online again. Not worth $20+ dollars.
The food that should be hot was not hot, on top of that no cheese was available and I was told it would be about 30 minutes for them to get cheese. My issue is why are we paying full price when every time I visit this location there's constantly ingredients not prepared..... Not that ingredients were out of stock just that they were not prepared in advance. This will be the last time it will be having Chipotle for a very long time if ever again.
Do not place online orders at this location it isn’t worth the wait let alone spending your money! I spent $70+ on a bowl that doesn’t even look like what they advertise. My bowl was $23 and it wasn’t even halfway full! Compared to other chipotles this is definitely a sucky location and it’s not the 1st time it’s happened! Bowl was made wrong at that. Ridiculous greedy employees for serving what they serve!
If I could give zero stars I would. There was a girl here tonight that was so rude to me(10:00pm March 17th ). I asked the manager the manager if he would handle it. It didn’t seem like he would honestly, it felt like he was enabling her. Horrible experience,
While placing an order my usual chicken bowl I saw I had a reward for a free Queso. Unfortunately the app wouldn't let me add it to my cart. I was hoping to get it when I picked up my food but they said they couldn't do anything because it required another $5 minimum order! What kind of games are you playing? Don't offer rewards if they are this complicated to use. Jenny the manager was nice but she should have been able to allow me to get my reward. I explained it's expiring in 4 days so I guess I won't be able to get it? Think twice on coming here!
Do not come here! My very first time ordering take out online and last time i do! My order wasn’t on the rack and i saw a big bag on top of a fridge (i dont know why my order will be there) i was trying to ask two different ladies if that order was mine but they wouldn’t even let me get a word out of my mouth and kept rudely interrupting me until i raised my voice and told her about the bag on top of the fridge. The girl making the to go orders looked at the bag didn’t say nothing to me went back to try and finish what she was doing then grabbed the same bag and gave it to me.
Even though I eat in this Chipotle quite often I haven't placed an online order in a while GOOD JOB Charging almost $20 for double barbacoa and barely giving a normal portion for the regular price Well done - hope you're proud of yourselves My review probably won't matter, but I just want to say it: this level of greed is unbelievable
Extremely small portion sizes. I ordered a normal rice and bean burrito with several topping and double chicken and the tortilla could be wrapped around twice. When staff was questioned they rudely replied this is the normal portion.
This restaurant is dirty..too many employees that are laughing and joking instead of working...They had no steak or chicken my pork bowl was cold and the rice was hard..she threw my meal together sloppy and her and some guy there were talking laughing all over the food...very unprofessional and loud...My food was horrible and you can't get anyone to answer the phone there. The worst ever! I'm diabetic so I had to take it!
Worst costumer service the kid that works with glasses has an ugly attitude. The employee are very unprofessional and rude with their costumers. They give very small quantity of food thinking they own the store. The kid that did my order charged me 5.45 more without me knowing I asked him why and he said you ordered more meat I told you gave me a little the first spoon. Really rude attitude.
I ordered my food inside the location, and I wasn’t happy that they didn’t have anymore lettuce at 7:18pm. I wanted extra but there was none else to give. The salad dressing that comes with it is only filled less than a 4th of the way. Then I’m charged an additional amount that isn’t listed on my receipt as well. Completely dissatisfied with my portions, and the extra charges didn’t add up after i reviewed my receipt. The chips were stale, and the queso was not good. Avoid this location at all cost
I can’t even explain how horrible my food delivery order was. Completely wrong items. Food spilling out everywhere. The quesadilla was so burnt that I couldn’t even remove it from the wrapping. Inedible.
If you go here I suggest watching what your servers is doing. The lady skipped out on my guacamole. Which messes up the meal because I go there for steak nacho bowl with guacamole. The cut is also cooked really rare and with a bunch of fat. It was ordered 03/02/2026 @ 2:03pm.
Very poor experience. The place looked dirty and unorganized upon arrival.All the meat looked like it was sitting for a long time. I ordered steak and instead of giving me the fresh meat the lady gave me the little bit of cold meat left. Even the fresh meat was cold and pink. The lady serving threw everything in my bowl and was very messy. And when I got home to eat I found skin from avocado in my guac. Meat was super chewy and very bland all around. Probably the worst bowl I’ve ever had. I didn’t even order queso because it did not look appetizing. This place needs better training all around.

Don't order at this location they give it away to hungry UE drivers all the time they don't care you go starving 😒
Inconsistent when serving their portions. New guy looked timid serving my bowl. Brought it up to manager Danny to get his team to stay consistent to avoid situations such as today. Afternoon crew serves the right amount, never really seen the manager during those hours so maybe that’s why the evening crew served less than the ideal portion size. First for everything I suppose Had to edit this after a piece of bone was found in my bowl.
This is the closest Chipotle to me but I hate going here. They serve the worst tasting food and all their attitudes suck. Among Berwyn, Seeley and Cicero- Cicero is just subpar-EVERY TIME. The Lagrange location has good service and good food while Seeley just has good food.
Among the worst Chipotle locations I have ever been to. The staff are rude and act like you are stealing from the food you are about to purchase and that they more than likely are going to take home with them. For being stingy the way they measure your portions are horrible. People don’t mind paying extra but seriously the way the staff are doing things now I don’t blame why people choose the competition over them now. HORRIBLE location. Get it together chipotle.
First off, I never leave reviews, and it takes a lot for me to leave a complaint. Honestly if I could give this location zero stars I would, but I had to give one to leave a review. The employees are unfriendly and the girl at the register is ignorant every single time we go in there. The last straw was when I was about to pay and asked to add a bag of chips last minute, she rudely stated with an attitude, “Anything else before I hit ‘Enter’ again?” I also say “thank you” every time after I pay, and never have I gotten a “you’re welcome” from her and I was in there often. Chipotle, can you learn from Chic-Fil-A and hire friendly people or at least train them to be polite. It should be the bare minimum requirement in fast food service. Anyway, I changed locations and they have stale faces there too but not as rude at the Cicero 110th location. Love the food, but seriously hate interacting with the workers.
I come here all the time and I’ve never had a problem until yesterday. I went at like 9 pm and the girl who took my order was extremely rude. I asked for a bowl and a quesadilla and she let me know that they only do quesadillas online so I told her it was fine I’ll take the bowl. On my end I forgot to mention I wanted the kids quesadilla so when I asked her about the kids quesadilla she gave me a whole attitude talking about “well you didn’t say that.” I know I didn’t say that and that’s why I was asking her about it. The attitude was not needed. I was apologizing and she still gave me a whole attitude and just left my bowl there and walked away. I won’t be back.
The employees there are extremely racist. I’ve watched them not charge Mexicans extra for meat and sides then charge me a black person extra when I called Daniel out about it they were extremely rude about it . I would like to speak with corporate this has happened more then twice atp I’m fed up I was charged extra but we both got the same amount
I always come to this chipotle not once have I ever received such an unpleasant meal before I tried to call the restaurant to ask what went wrong with my order my sister was eating her food when she discovers a pile of hear in her food this is absolutely disgusting and very concerning
Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for years but as of late the customer service for employees working at the mobile order is horrible. Today i showed up to pick up my order and was told it was on the shelf, it was not. The employee said she put it there mumbled something to the cashier and told me he would take care of it. I stood there awkwardly because the other employee wasn't saying anything to me. Finally the manager tells me that they someone took the food and that she will have to remake it. The employee proceeded to make 3 other orders before doing mine. The whole time she had an attitude. I get home only to see that my 19.20 burrito bowl that I paid for extra steak barely had any steak and was missing the fajitas. Super disappointed and will not be going back. If you are unhappy with your job, just quit.
Normally I never have any issues at this location. Today I was disappointed by the food all touching. Corn in the cheese bin, salsa in the corn, sour cream splatter all over all of the vegetables, salsa all over the assembly counter. Second bite into my burrito I was so disgusted to find a piece of plastic from something. Absolutely disgusting!
Very nasty food being served at this location! You guys that work here should feel a shamed there’s so much skin on the chicken it’s so nasty ! Why is there lots of skin in my chicken borrito bowl ? And the bowl all together taste old and disgusting. Never coming back here again and I don’t even feel bad to throw this food away that you guys are serving people gross! Look at the right side of the picture in the bowl you’ll see the nasty skin hanging off the chicken
This is the 3rd time I order and I always request extra lettuce because they barely put any. Last time there was literally 4 pieces of lettuce. I let it be because I just wanted to eat. And this is what I got right now. Just ridiculous. No lettuce this time. And they don’t answer their phones ever.
One of the workers who was serving me gave me one scoop that was so little he took something off the top. Now the officer behind me, a paying customer as well got an extra helping. He gave him a scoop and scooped up some extra. I was blown away. The scoop AKA proportion I got was already extremely small. It didn't matter that it was a police officer what mattered was the fact that we were both paying customers and I got less much less.
