Ottima cena in un ottimo locale. Arredamento semplice ma particolare. Piatti ben curati e di ottima qualità. Cena davvero ottima. Da provare la torretta di carne cruda. Complimenti
Posto molto accogliente, staff qualificato e cordiale. Cucina ottima ,consiglio anche i vini
Super 😘😍
We organized a lunch on the eve of the Immaculate Conception. The restaurant was a pleasant discovery. Quality preparation and a touch of innovation, like the gin, artichoke, and guanciale risotto, truly special. The appetizers were excellent, as was the dessert. The wine selection was good. Worth a try.
My mother and I came on a Friday evening to celebrate Mother's Day. We had a great time; the service was quick, the staff friendly, and the portions were generous. The menu offers an evolution of classic Piedmontese cuisine, with some lovely, slightly alternative options, such as fried Taleggio cheese with cured meats. I recommend it!
I had a really good time. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the price was absolutely right. The atmosphere was pleasant, with several obvious and hidden references to cats! My wife, daughter, and I ate here today. We enjoyed everything. Especially the first course, which was unique and anything but ordinary. Then I ordered fried fish; it was so abundant I couldn't finish it! We stumbled upon it by chance, while passing through Cigliano. A stroke of luck!
Fantasticoooooo
We returned after a few years, but the result is always the same: a small restaurant where you can find traditional flavors with a touch of modernity, expertly combined by the young chef. The food is excellent thanks to the use of the highest quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The risotto, as always, is second to none. The wine list is excellent; this evening we paired our dishes with a truly delicious Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and attentive. Furry friends are welcome. Highly recommended for everyone.
A few months ago, while away from home for work, I discovered this restaurant while looking for a place to dine before returning to Milan. I must say it was truly a discovery! A truly top-notch culinary experience. The dishes were beautifully presented, but above all, the quality was excellent. The owner, who was also incredibly kind, also recommended an excellent wine to pair with my order. I can't wait to have another opportunity to pass through these parts and stop at this restaurant again. Truly magnificent... congratulations!
Excellent restaurant, everything was delicious. We returned after a few months and were happy with it. Friendly staff and easy parking. The ingredients were good and well-cooked. The rice was excellent, of course, but so was the fried fish, not too greasy and cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended.
Stayed there after the recommendation of a local rice farmer and we didn’t regret it. For the price of only 12€ you get a perfect lunch with a starter and main course. Both really good. Good indoor sitting. Friendly staff and also a good local house vine (Arneis grape) and what was for me really unexpected a big variety of Gin. So you can also spent there an evening with friends and test some spirits:-)
Amazing food, fresh and traditional. Great service and communicating aswell! The decoration of the restaurant is typical and warming.

Just a few words to clarify: this isn't a trattoria, it's a restaurant, so the prices are obviously different. That said, we found everything good and high-quality; the fried porcini mushrooms were excellent. The charcuterie board was fresh, and the fried taleggio cheese was good. The meat ravioli with roast sauce was homemade and had a good filling. Wines were served by the bottle only, with a choice of smaller bottles available. Dessert was good. The cost for two was €88, not cheap, but in line with the restaurant's standard.
Found by chance, pleasant and local, we started with a 10-euro vitello tonnato, then an excellent meat ravioli, and a pasta dish with egg, bacon, and artichokes that was a complete failure. The flavors just didn't match and I wasn't satisfied (which is why I took one star off). If you avoid this dish, I absolutely recommend stopping by!
A nearly excellent experience, but a few things need to be said. The atmosphere was very beautiful and tastefully decorated, but a bit crowded with tables too close together. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tartare was very good and fresh, but the presence of walnuts was worth mentioning. Furthermore, a baby octopus was found among the fried artichokes, which is very serious. The first and second courses were excellent, nothing to complain about. The price was very reasonable and fair.
A necessary premise: The place is very interesting. The cuisine is truly top-notch. Their dishes are beautiful to the eye and WOW to the palate... It was truly a surprise... BUT (and unfortunately, there is one)... If we consider the price of the dishes for an adult audience who appreciates particular types of dishes, such as those à la carte, the price is certainly appropriate. We remain, as we were, deeply perplexed when there is no à la carte menu for small children, who often struggle to eat. Where, clearly, you know you're paying a certain amount (and you also hate to throw it away), with the uncertainty of whether your child will eat it all... children are unpredictable... but it's right that they should pay. The perplexity turns into rather negative astonishment when you pay 6 euros for a child's plate of plain pasta and another 6 euros for three small slices of cooked ham, which, as good as it was (it was really good), we consider excessive. Luckily, the scoop of ice cream the little girl asked for was offered to us, perhaps because of the excessive price of the two children's courses. This is because, all things considered, the two adults would have paid less for elaborate dishes + wine + service charge than our daughter would have with the above. We will most likely return because the dishes offered to an adult diner are truly top-notch. It's nice to enter a place like this and leave satisfied (even with the bill) because, aside from the surprise that left the only bitter taste, the menu is worth every penny. But we would recommend (based on our considerable culinary experience as customers) offering "baby" guests something simple, as you already do, but at a fixed price. The four stars here are only because of the excessive price, in our opinion, for our young daughter. Without this criterion, we would have given it 5 stars without hesitation.
If you're staying in these towns, the choice isn't that extensive. But the few restaurants there are do well. Simple, home-style cuisine, with no particular flavors, but always a pleasure to eat. I'd say it's perfectly in keeping with the surrounding landscape. The slightly dated location, in my opinion, somewhat detracts from the restaurant's overall quality. A fresh coat of paint and a makeover wouldn't hurt. The gin selection is excellent!
An intimate and quiet place, with revisited traditional dishes and excellent ingredients. Perhaps I would use the Fassone beef differently; it's incredibly tender and lean, exceptional raw but less flavorful on the grill, where I prefer more marbled meats. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about wines, boasting a selection of truly unique niche labels. Professional and fast service. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
