This is my absolute favorite seafood restaurant; it holds a special place in my heart. Every time I return, my expectations are never disappointed. I usually come to Pesceria San Martino for special occasions, and every time the experience is surprising. I love being faced with an ever-changing and refined menu; the dishes are unique and unusual...here you can find ingredients you would never have expected. For example, I tried a dish with Aguglia Imperiale ham. Needless to say, it was spectacular, tasty yet delicate and melt-in-the-mouth. When I sit at the table, I let myself be lulled by the enveloping atmosphere created by the music, the lights, and the venue. The pairings are always studied down to the smallest detail, and the dishes are composed with great care and attention to detail. Whoever comes to serve the dish will passionately explain how it was conceived and created. Even the accompanying bread, breadsticks, and focaccia are excellent... truly light and delicious! Highly recommended!

As soon as you step inside, you're immersed in a seaside atmosphere, with thoughtful decor that evokes the sea and the infinite blue. The table settings and table settings are impeccable. The food is excellent, featuring fresh fish; the selection is limited but of excellent quality. The mix of Piedmontese cuisine, primarily meat and fish, is interesting, such as the tuna plin. The dinner was delicious, to say the least. The food was incredibly good, with a variety of fish and cooking methods, and all the dishes were harmonious and well-balanced... and last but not least, the service was truly top-notch, fully deserving of a 100/100! Furthermore, this restaurant has a huge strength: the magnificent atmosphere that reigns within. While the world has accustomed us to chasing time, in this world, we can finally savor the authenticity and "slowness" of GOOD things. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!
