Panera Bread Bakery always seems busy, but the service is usually fast and friendly. I Tried the spinach artichoke soufflé and the Mexican street corn soup 🥣 Both were very delicious. The soufflé was buttery with a flaky crust the picture doesn’t give it justice.

My wife loves this place, kids too I guess. I just can't get full, is that bad thing? It is tasty food and it's healthier than fast food. Really good food though. My favorites are the white cheddar mac & cheese and the spinach souffle Location is fantastic. Used to be Crispy Creme Donuts <sniff>. Parking is plentiful but we use the drive through every time.

Great place, nice location with enough parking, banks and stores around. I Come here after 8pm to get half off on all the sweet pastries, one time worker told me it's up to 6 items, but manager came in and approved all 12 items. Thank you so much. Great customer service, staff is very nice and friendly.

Love this place! Anytime I want something healthy, filling and light I get the soup from Panera. I will admit, it’s a bit expensive but it is good quality good. My coworkers and I went yesterday and one of them had a beautiful, colorful, fresh salad. The bakery also have some good treats. If you’re never eaten here, you should try it. I think you will like it.

Decent place for lunch . Prices are a bit on the high side for soup and sandwich combos. The autumn squash soup is delicious. The food is about average and the prices are a bit high in my opinion but it is a chain restaurant...the staff is friendly the restaurant was clean. Found a seat no problem.

I typically go here a few times a week for the Greek salad, sometimes with chicken and sometimes without. I recommend their salads! I’ve had 1 bad experience in all my experiences, and it was handled timely and professionally by their care team. 10/10 recommend them for a fast, healthy lunch!

My concern is with cleanliness. I recently visited this location and had a very hard time finding an open clean table. Almost every open table I went up to was dirty with old used plates on them and no one noticed or was walking around cleaning. I had to sit outside (which wasn’t horrible, don’t get me wrong) but I wanted to work a little bit so a booth was preferred. Really bummed.

I am vegetarian. My sandwich was meh. My son got the grilled chicken. His was great (his words). Personally, I will not be back, but I will buy sandwiches for my sons if they want them. The restaurant was clean, the employee was very kind and helpful and fast. Their orange scones are to die for though. I could go back for those, but they are expensive.

I visited this location on a rainy day. I wanted a nice hot bowl of soup to warm me up. The soup they gave me was lukewarm and the bowl was half empty. They also only have one flavor of potato chip. The only thing I liked was the hibiscus pear tea they had. I have only been to Panera Bread one other time and it was good so I returned. Not sure if I will go back maybe just for the pink juice, lol A luncheon brought me back today. The flat bread pizza was sure good. I upped my rating by a star. About 5 years later.

Went to check out the you pick 2, my husband was rudely interrupted as he mistakenly said 2 for 20. Lady had explained “WE DON’T HAVE A TWO FOR TWENTY.” I had tried to explain and she stated,” SORRY I DON’T TALK TO PASSENGERS.” When my husband corrected himself, the woman had interrupted again and stated that “ ITS A LUNCH ITEM!” We decided to take our business elsewhere. Will not come back to this location as it has proven itself, customers are not wanted as the staff seemed to not want to assist in informing the customer in how the deal works.

Drive-thru, the guy is polite, but I ordered a Mac and Cheese WITH Bacon and paid for it, but at the end I got a Mac and cheese without bacon... What am I playing extra for ?

I recently moved to Sacramento. where I lived the panera bread cafes are wonderful. I'll never go to this branch again. The ladies have attitude problem. There was a long dark hair hanging from to coffee pot, when I told the lady behind the counter, she got mad at me! The dark roast is not dark at all, $3.75 for terrible coffee.

Dont bother getting extra meat or extra sauce here, you will never get it. Always check your sides, they usually forget it. If you want to customize your sandwich or salad, you have a 50/50 chance of it being anywhere near right. We loved this place for the first year we lived here, the food was on point, but since then its been pretty bad. Every single time there is an issue, we even clarify on the order and its still wrong. Maybe find a different location or wait until they have management in there that actually care about quality.

Once upon a time, Panera was pretty good quality chain cafe food, at a higher cost. Now, it's microwaved sadness and costs even more. I stopped here for breakfast and a madagascar vanilla latte today. The espresso machine was down, so the drive thru server offered an iced coffee with vanilla instead. However, they neglected to mention that it would be $2 extra for the vanilla, instead of comping it since their machine that makes the majority of their coffee drinks is broken. Also, they added whipped cream without asking. The iced coffee tastes like something that came out of a plastic bag. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg and Avocado on Ciabatta sandwich, and there's no chipotle sauce on it. Can you see any in the photo? $6.39 for what appears to be canned shredded unseasoned chicken, with some microwaved rubbery cheese and a pre made egg patty from a bag. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me.
