It's a very peaceful place to spend some time working in the afternoon. The coffee is excellent, although it's become expensive. They should ask you if you'd like to eat or drink coffee there, because it would create less trash since everything is served in disposable containers.

The service, compared to other locations in the same chain, wasn't as attentive; the place was small and not as welcoming as the one on Insurgentes Sur; and the menu was also more limited. The coffee tasted great, though, and the temperature was lukewarm compared to the other café, for some reason.

It's a place that opens very early. If you're a coffee lover, you'll love this place for the wide variety of coffees they offer. They also offer food to accompany your drinks. The service is good; when you pay, you'll see a screen where you confirm your order. The restrooms are accessible via a password on your ticket; they're clean. It has Wi-Fi and electrical outlets, making it a good place if you're stuck in a hurry or have to do some work.

The place is pleasant and suitable for working (it's not noisy) and there are usually few people around. However, the coffee isn't as spectacular as I imagined. They offer a variety of coffee beans from different parts of Mexico and Latin America, but I didn't feel that any particular bean had anything special about it. The prices are very similar to Starbucks. Therefore, I give the place a 7.

They have misleading advertising, they have a sign outside about a promotion and when you tell them to apply it they say it ended 2 days ago, the staff gets upset and says they are not infringing anything

Pure marketing. They boast about having beans from various countries, but they only make espresso-based drinks, which I think is a waste—actually, a lie. The latte was bland, it tasted like pure milk, and the Americano was like something you'd get at 7-Eleven or Oxxo. It's the same as going to a Starbucks, really. What I liked most was the place itself, but honestly, I'd look for another coffee shop.

Terrible place. I ordered a latte, nothing fancy, and it took over 15 minutes to arrive. I kept asking questions, but no one gave me a straight answer. The staff was awful. The coffee was very average, and for $77 (which is what it cost me), there are other chains with better coffee and better service. I definitely don't recommend it.

They used the last of their coconut milk for my coffee (which they also charge extra for). My friend ordered the same coffee, and it didn't taste the same... the milk was settled, it had a crumbly texture... I told them about the problem, and that was the only explanation they gave me to justify it; they didn't offer to replace it. My friend's coffee tasted completely normal, but the service was TERRIBLE... just to save money on that last glass of milk. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

I ordered an Ethiopian origin Americano, and it is not Ethiopian. As a coffee professional the coffee was ok, a bit burnt specially if you’re looking for different origins with this type of roast all you’re getting is chocolate. The service was worst than the coffee, there were two people working there, but only one was actually working with the shop basically empty it took me 45 min between ordering and getting coffee. When I asked about my coffee and it’s origin the barista was rude and bothered that I would question it. The lack of professionalism and poor coffee experience leads me to question wether these are actually true origins.

The employee prepared and give me my coffee after the man which was next to me! I mean, don’t they respect the order? It was an old man but I’m an old lady. I asked the guy who took the order and got the payment and he did nothing! What’s wrong with these employees? Starbucks has very much better service. I’ll never get back here!
