I'm only going to talk about my own experience. The food was acceptable and good, the alcohol prices were a bit high, but it's up to each person to order what they want. I opened and closed a check, and the waiter (Lalo) practically wanted me to leave 15%. I told him, "Take my payment, bring me the change, and I'll give you your tip and you can open another check." So I left 10% on the first check (a 7,000 peso check), and he didn't like it. I told him, "I'm opening another check, and I'm going to give you another 10%, which would make it 20% in total." He told me that each order is charged a percentage and that 15% is expected. So, he wants 15% for an alcohol check? I tip optionally based on the service, not the total bill. Make your waiters understand this; it gets annoying. The place accepts cash and card payments, it does not have parking, but there is one to one side and another a little further down where the BMW is.

If you want a party, this is the ideal place. There's a lack of ventilation upstairs. If you want to dance, it's difficult to find space. The music and DJ during the breaks are great. The cantaritos are good, but the glasses need to be cleaner.

If you don't have a reservation, don't wait. Being a trendy spot, you'll have to wait for a cancellation. They have a waiting area with a bar for those cases, but don't get your hopes up. Inside, the place is very pleasant, and the service and security are excellent. Live band. Everything was fine. They could do something about the air conditioning during the hot season, but my experience for that detail was 9/10.

Buen ambiente, sin embargo el lugar es pequeño y estás amontonado todo el tiempo te empujan hasta los meseros para poder pasar, por lo mismo de tanta gente tardan mucho en traerte las cosas; además, los precios no son razonables

Overall, the staff was quite friendly and treated us well throughout the night. The band played live, and there was a good atmosphere. My only complaint is that the "cantaritos" (small songs) weren't what I expected, and the space was very small. They fit about 12 people at a table for six, so people were constantly passing behind you, which made it uncomfortable.

Así como llegué y me senté me fuí, junto con otras 6 personas, nos sentaron en una mesa que era para máximo 4 personas, todos apretados ahí, comentaron que dependiendo del consumo nos podrían mover a otra mesa mucho más adelante dependiendo de lo que se invertía en consumo, cabe aclarar que estaba vacío el lugar, cómo se pretende disfrutar y consumir en esas circunstancias.

Precios caros, te obligan a consumir alimentos, pedimos un cantarito de 10 litros, nos llevaron uno de 5 y cuando les comentamos, el chavo se molestó, nos dijo que por cada cambio le cobraban $200 por amonestación (dándonos a entender que se los diéramos), pero pues al final fue culpa de ellos, y nos percatamos de que los refrescos se los llevó el mesero y estaban casi llenos, al pedir que nos los dejaran nos dijeron que no se podía, que solo uno y así notamos que no tenían ni gas. El chavo que nos atendió quería que le dejáramos el 15% de propina, se molestó cuando nos negamos. Compraron unos shot de tequila, que era puro refresco, ni una gota de tequila. Al final ya no nos dejaban ni entrar al baño. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovechenla.

Es lamentable que el servicio y seriedad de este establecimiento no se mantenga a la altura de la zona de San Ángel. Las reservaciones pese a ser respetadas en cuando al acceso, cometen el atropello de menospreciar la comodidad de siete de sus clientes al forzarles a ocupar una mesa que bien podría ser para cuando mucho 4 personas. Solo para luego atreverse a condicionar el "privilegio" de ocupar una mesa adecuada mediante el consumo que dada la precariedad de la mesa asignada, sería limitado por el reducido espacio para colocar bebidas y alimentos. Tras ser prácticamente ignorada la solicitud de una mesa claramente disponible que acomode a todos los comensales presentes, se optó por no aceptar más abuso e indiferencia así que se decidió llevar el entonces festejo de cumpleaños a otro establecimiento. Está claro que este lugar no toma en serio ni se preocupa por el bienestar o mínima comodidad de su clientela, por lo que no lo recomiendo para tus festejos.

Del asco este lugar, y su servicio. Hay sobrecupo de gente, no se puede bailar, el audio está horrible, el trato es malo. Al salir a guardar unas cosas a mi carro, y después de haber consumido una cuenta de aprox 15k, ya no me dejaron ingresar de nuevo.

The place is nice but it's too crowded. They have a menu with a wide variety of bottles, but when we went they told us there were only a few available. Because it's so crowded, the service becomes bad. The cantarito (a small clay pot) is bland and tasteless; I wouldn't recommend it.

It's supposed to be a live band, but the band only plays for two hours; the rest is just music videos. They have signs saying tipping is optional, but the waiter insists on a 15% tip. If you tell him it's optional, as the sign says, he'll report you to his manager or supervisor (whoever it is, but it's the person who takes card payments). He was very friendly, to be honest, but the waiters were awful. Plus, the same waiters stole my jacket while "clearing chairs." It was a really bad experience; I don't recommend it. There are better places, cheaper, with a better atmosphere and better service.

If you have the chance to go to this branch, DON'T TAKE IT. Terrible service from the waiters and manager. I went with my friends, we had a good time and still wanted to stay, but then they literally kicked us out because they had tables with reservations; even though they never mentioned to us when we arrived that we couldn't stay after a certain time. That definitely reflects very poorly on their service and how rude everyone behaved. 👎🏻 Disappointing branch.

Horrible experience! The waiters are incredibly rude. They demand a 15% tip! If you leave 10%, they get offended and forcibly remove you from the table! It doesn't matter if you're a woman! If they wanted to earn more money, they should have studied and gotten a better job! But what can you expect? I don't recommend it at all!!! And what's really annoying is how they demand something that's entirely voluntary.

I'd had good experiences until today. The waiter, Cristopher Gustavo, kept pressuring us to buy more, threatening to kick us out if we didn't because there was a waiting list when we made a reservation. It's a great place, but people like him make the experience terrible! Watch out for that! He didn't want to give me my birthday present because we didn't buy enough!
