Delicious food and excellent service. 👌 Starting with the location, it's located on the ground floor of the plaza, making it easy to access from the street or the parking lot. The restaurant isn't very large inside, but it's comfortable. I liked the decor, the variety of tables, and the layout. I went with a group of 10, and there was a table that was perfect for us. I didn't have to wait for a seat, but I went on a weekday. The food was delicious and the portions were adequate. Service took approximately 30 minutes, although some dishes were served earlier. The average price of a dish is $250. There are promotions on some dishes, with better-priced dishes and higher-priced dishes. I liked that because it fits any budget. The drinks were delicious and varied. The waiter who served us was very, very attentive. I don't remember his name, but he's a guy with white tea and glasses. 🤓 Super attentive, super friendly, very efficient, and I'd even say proactive in their service. The downsides are that despite going during the week, I couldn't find easy parking, and the parking fee seemed a bit high.

Excellent place to enjoy drinks and snacks. The meat was delicious and of good quality. The only thing is that my dishes were a little lukewarm, but I understand that I was in a group and there were many people to serve. I'm sure that if I had mentioned it, they would have heated them up.

The food is awful; while the portions are generous, it's like reheated, old food. The last time I went, they had to remake a hamburger I ordered because the bun was ancient, the meat was raw, and all the vegetables were wilted. The prices aren't terribly high, and the food and drink menu has a wide variety. The service is a bit slow and inattentive, but overall, they're friendly.

A few months ago, I visited this restaurant and the experience was excellent. Although the food was also slow that time, the place was packed, and yet everyone was doing their best. The head waitress at the time, a brunette, personally brought my food, was attentive at all times, and they even made it a very special celebration for my birthday. That's why I decided to return yesterday for my dad's birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was completely different. This time, although the same brunette (now a hostess) was very kind, the rest of the service left much to be desired. The waiter took the order, the drinks arrived in good condition, but the food again took far too long. No one came to ask if everything was alright or to explain the delay. I had to get up and ask the hostess for help. She pointed me to the managers, Gustavo and Iván, who were sitting looking at their phones, completely disconnected from the service, while the waiters rushed around trying to serve everyone. I find it incredible that, seeing how busy the restaurant was, the managers were so unconcerned. Their inattentiveness affected not only my table but others as well; even the table across from me ended up arguing with them. It's clear that most of the service problems stem directly from poor supervision and a lack of leadership from the managers. Thanks to the hostess and the current captain, my food finally arrived, but the experience had already declined. To top it all off, they only brought one slice of cake at the end, and only one waiter sang "Las Mañanitas," a far cry from the festive and organized atmosphere of my previous visit. The food is still good, and the waiters are friendly, but the attitude and lack of commitment from managers Gustavo and Iván completely ruin the experience. It's disappointing to see how a place that once had excellent service is now so poorly managed. For now, I don't plan to return.

The steaks have 0 flavor. You may as well go to a British restaurant as this is the one place in mexico that hasn't heard of spices and seasonings. It hurts because the fries are amazing as they come with lemon pepper seasoning. The service is great. The people who designed the menu need to be sent back to England because there's 0 excuse for how bland the steak is. The tacos are alright. You are better off eating anywhere else until they rework the entire menu and hire chefs that have the balls to tell management this isn't how you make a steak as it's a tragic waste. If you are allergic to all seasonings and more than a teaspoon of salt would kill you and you need your meat straight from a cow and cooked without any marinating or prep, this is the place for you. Such an awful way to end a trip to Mexico WHERE EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS WHAT SEASONINGS ARE.
