My favorite bakery in the world!!! It's a tiny place with a pretty big selection. My favorite are the lemon glazed cookies.

I've visited all three branches, and I think this one is the least crowded. The flavor is the same in all three; the tres leches cake is delicious, the brownies are also very good, excellent quality at a great price, highly recommended!

The tres leches cake pleasantly surprised me: the whole loaf is perfectly moist, but without any milk dripping from it, which speaks volumes about its excellent preparation. Although it doesn't have an extraordinary design, the flavor makes up for it and completely defends it.

- I arrived at this store on a Saturday around 2:30 p.m. There were three people shopping. - I've only tried the tres leches cake with cajeta (caramelized milk), and it's actually very tasty. - The store is small. - They sell cake candles, cookies, chips, and many other things. - They accept some credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash. - If you have reduced mobility and/or use a wheelchair, be aware that access and movement within the store is difficult. The interior space is very small. - The place was visibly clean. - It's located inside La Mexicana Park, so parking is available there.

I had a bad experience with the raspberry mousse; it was spoiled, I imagine it was from the day before. The taste was very sour, it had been refrigerated the whole time, and it was very unpleasant for my guests. What a shame because it looked delicious.

It's a shame they send via Uber Eats. I ordered a chocolate cake and it arrived destroyed. No one takes responsibility. Take care of your brand and your product. It's not worth neglecting its quality. Or warn the customer that you are not responsible.

I don't know what's going on with this store, but this is the second time in a row that the products haven't met their usual high quality. First, I bought a yogurt-based gelatin, and it was already sour, so we had to throw it away. And today, I bought a cake for Children's Day, and it was tasteless and had a huge glob of chocolate rolled into a ball on one side.

It used to be my favorite bakery because I love their cakes. I've been buying them there for years for all occasions. Unfortunately, the service has declined, as have the cakes :( They're not the same quality anymore. I bought a tres leches cake, and it seemed like it was made from all the leftover cake scraps, just packed together. It all fell apart, and the same went for the cajeta and walnut cake. The walnuts were all rancid and hard, with a really bad taste. I hope they bring back the Tulips!

The tres leches cake was terrible. I don't know if it was the baker, the season, or just the branch at La Mexicana. This is more like a loaf than a cake. It was a disappointment to me and my guests. Tres leches cake is supposed to be dense so it doesn't fall apart. They sold me a loaf cake that tasted like tres leches. It wasn't soaked in wine; before, the milk would leak out. Every year I bought this cake because, in my opinion, it was the best. What a huge disappointment! I never want to buy from Los Tulipanes again. My guests liked the apple strudel from Costco much better. What a shame!

Compre un panque de zanahoria ayer. Para empezar el servicio pésimo un empleado masculino con una empleada platicando ni buenas tardes NADA 👎 PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Bueno llevo el panque a casa de una amiga de regalo y cuál fue mi sorpresa que el panque estaba seco y sabía horrible a humedad. Lo regrese el día de hoy a la tienda y claro no fue sorpresa lo mal que me recibió el mismo empleado junto con otra empleada hablando entre ellos y les dije que no pueden decir buenas tardes? Oh siii!!! les dije que había sucedido no les importa, no pregunataron nada, ahí estaba la dueña o gerente no lo se pero nunca fue para acercarse y preguntar que paso, porque yo estaba regresando el panque, ni me miro. Realmente el servicio al cliente está en decadencia en ese lugar. Un lugar tan bueno ya da por hecho que su comida siempre es de calidad, pues NO!!!! Ya es la segunda vez que me pasa. De un negocio familiar tan increíble, ya se volvió una máquina de hacer dinero dejando a un lado la calidad y el servicio al cliente. Que pena!!!!!
