Ulla, it's absolutely gorgeous. I loved the service and the beautiful room. The DJ in particular is very pretty and knows how to play the music. I also liked the "tureperaconlapapaya, sera banana" mascots ❤️. And the waiters should earn a very good tip; they're very active and put in a lot of effort.

The place is amazing, a cheerful space. There are just a few details I don't like, like the water in the bathroom, the smoke from the air blowing directly onto the table where people are eating, the waiters' uniforms aren't presentable, and the bathroom isn't wheelchair accessible. They need to organize a guest list per table and eliminate the use of tickets. Everything else is great; it's a nice place, with pleasant decor, good sound, and a good atmosphere.

The place is nice, except I think I'd remove a wall with a huge Alcatraz on it; that would make for more space in the living room. It's part of the decor, but it would be better used.

Terrible service from the waiters. They kept us waiting for our second course, and we had to stop for bread, sodas, etc. There was no designated waiter; you had to ask whoever passed by, and they would forget. But what they didn't forget was to pick up their tip at the end. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE WAITERS.

A very hidden party venue, it needs remodeling as there is a lot of dampness, the bathrooms are very neglected and dirty, they charge $40 to park on the street, I think there are better options.

Salón en pésimas condiciones, el servicio de meseros deficiente, niegan los hielos y refrescos cuando todabia no termina tú evento, baños en pésimas condiciones

No cumple con los paquetes que tienen el mismo día del evento no tiene lo que acordaron y todos los trabajadores son pura familia por lo tanto el cliente nunca tiene la razón 😅👎

The hall itself isn't ugly, it's the details that are bad. It's very enclosed from the entrance, with only a narrow hallway to evacuate 200 people in case of emergency; I didn't see an extra exit. They lit copal or incense, and the entire anthem filled the hall, which was awful. It has small windows, but they don't open them, and there's no air conditioning, so it was very hot. The bathrooms are average. There's no parking; you have to park on the street. They don't offer bottled water, something you can get anywhere else; if you want some, you have to go out and buy your own. The waiters just spent their time at the bar flirting with the young women; they didn't serve alcoholic drinks at the tables. You had to get up and wait for them to do you the favor of serving you—terrible. But they were quick to ask for tips. The DJ was incredibly lazy; he couldn't seem to liven things up and was just on his phone yawning. They say the crowd creates the atmosphere, but they should help out. Many issues, especially with the poor service.

The decorations are nice, but I don't recommend it at all. They charge all their guests 50 pesos, even though it's a public street. The food tastes bad. It's very noisy and very hot inside. The service from the waiters is just okay. In short, I don't recommend it. My band and some guests had a very bad experience today.

I really do not recommend this place, we had an event there, first they are very attentive and friendly, but as the day arrives, the owners are rude and what they promise they do not fulfill, days before they need to rehearse they do not want to let people in, only those who are going to dance, in short very rude, very bad service and very bad management, a shame, since the room is nice, but the people in charge are very unprofessional, also at the event the food takes a long time to be given to the guests and they serve it in a bad way, in addition the waiters and people there drink the drinks that are for the guests 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible service, half the world crashes the events. The owners' entire family hangs out, taking food and drinks. A plant is growing between the tiles in the bathroom because of the humidity. The floor is slippery, everything drips, and even the waiters are grimacing. I went as a guest, and there's no way I'd hire them for one of my events.

Terrible service and attention from the waiters, and they still dare to ask guests for tips. And even more so, it's in terrible taste when the owner's relatives crash your event. Very, very bad.

The facilities are of extremely poor quality. It started raining, and water leaked through the roof (near a speaker). In the kitchen, someone was smoking while food was being prepared. Near the bar where they were cutting bread, people were cleaning up the numerous leaks. I hope these issues are resolved soon because well-maintained facilities are essential for an event venue.
