I went on November 1st and the staff was very friendly and cheerful, they were made up for Day of the Dead and it added a fun touch to my visit, they made me laugh a little and my dark mocha was delicious.

This was my first time trying this Pickup Coffee chain, and I was amazed. I ordered the Mazapán Espresso and loved it. The combination of flavors is very well-crafted, balanced, and delicious, although the chocolate bar is a bit small. The service was excellent; the guy who served me was very friendly. I definitely recommend it and will return to try other menu items.

I love Pickup Coffee. They have very reasonable prices, and the price doesn't go up for the area! It's something you can really enjoy in a beautiful area and at a low price. The drinks taste great, and you can even add bobba to your drink. The service is very good, and the ladies who served me were very friendly.

Excellent service from the girl who served me, very cordial and friendly. The donut I decided to try had a very good texture and flavor, and the coffee was very rich. (Just one detail, it would be great if they had a table or two where I could sit and enjoy the product.) From then on, keep it up, excellent.

I liked the coffee, but the matcha wasn't good. It was kind of poorly blended. I asked for it cold, and they gave it to me without a lid and like a layer of plastic. I don't know if that's how it works, but I didn't like it. 🤷

The waiters are very friendly. The drink tastes delicious. I thought drinks in this area would be more expensive, but they weren't. The only bad thing was that my drink was filled with ice, and it didn't last long, leaving all the ice in the glass. I can't imagine what it would taste like if all the ice had dissolved.

Hello, today, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, I stopped by on my way to my office to buy coffee. I hadn't seen the young lady who was there today before. It's a good thing it was just today since she has a terrible attitude toward service. She's slow and gets upset when she feels pressured. So much so that while I was waiting, five people who were waiting left. If I see her again, serving the place, I'd better move on. Her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Even though the food is good, I don't expect this type of bad attitude. The place is well located and the service should be fast, but I'd rather park, walk in, and go to the café a few doors down than deal with this person.

Todos los sábados consumo en esta sucursal, el día de hoy 2 de mayo mi mamá acudió a comprar 2 donas para mis hijos y un café y la TIPA que atiende por qué no se merece respeto ya que ella no lo tiene por los clientes, al entregarle el pedido a mi mamá le preguntó al otro chico que estaba ahí que si se lo daba A ESA, qué tipo de personas contratan que ni si quiera tienen trato al cliente, contraten personas que mínimo tengan educación

The barista was working hard, but my latte was pretty bad. She boiled the milk - it was still at a rolling boil when she poured it in the cup (so it was too hot to even hold, let alone drink). By the time it cooled down, it tasted weak and bland (probably from being burnt). Its not hard to make a decent latte.

Es la primera vez que compro café aquí, es un café regular, la atención es buena y los costos son bajos para la zona, lo que no me gustó es que cuando llegue a mi trabajo y me dispuse a consumir mi café noté que me dieron mucho menos producto del que en realidad pagué.

Me atendió Braulio. La tapioca estaba muy dura. Me negaron servirme mi bebida sin hielos aun cuando estaba dispuesto a pagar un extra, ya que en otras sucursales si me han atendido de excelente manera.
