El pollo es bueno pero en los sides, mezclan nopales/arroz viejos con nuevos, compré el finde semana y me enfermé del estómago porque los nopales estaban ya medio viejos. Además, cuando vas y compras, aunque lleves muchos productos, no te dan bolsa y te la ofrecen en $20.00!, hasta parece que el negocio es vender bolsas y no pollo asado…

It's a shame they changed the recipe for the enchilada chicken. The new recipe is drenched in sauce, and you can't tell if you're eating chicken or just pure chili. Please go back to the old recipe!

In terms of service, I have been treated well. They are friendly and fast, but the problem is that they do NOT use gloves to fill the bags of tortilla chips or to package the chicken. I know we all have the right to work, but whoever handles the chicken has a condition in their hands, and even if they didn't, they should wear gloves, not because they are a bitch, but because of HYGIENE! Be careful with that.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. La comida es rica, a eso le pondría 5 estrellas, pero la chica que atiende lo hace tan grosero y de mala gana que no quedan ganas de regresar, además que pedí dos pollos y ella quiso vendermelos en paquete cuando se los estaba pidiendo por separado. Sumado que se encontraba comiendo con las manos mientras me atendía y cobraba y otra chica sin cubrebocas dentro del local enfrente de los productos de venta.

El pollo es bueno, lamentablemente su servicio al cliente es pésimo, la chica que me atendió no se esperaba a que viera el menú y ya me estaba vendiendo lo que ella quería (lo más caro) y lo que no quería unas papas y un refresco por 40 pesos más. Otro punto negativo es el hecho de que si llegas tarde (5:30) la chica te trata de disuadir para comprar diciéndote que tu comida va a tardar más de media hora. Esa es la chica

It's a cheap copy of Pollo Feliz, nothing like the real thing. The beans are awful, the tortillas are bad, and the tortilla chips aren't what they used to be. It's really bad; they tried to save money on the franchise and ended up with a mediocre concept.

Very poor service and attitude from the woman delivering the chickens. I asked her for an extra plastic bag for two more sauces I bought, and she wanted to sell me one for $20. She's a very rude person who doesn't seem to like her job. And the delivery drivers do provide large, clear plastic bags. They can serve them. But customers who walk in and crave something are not easily served.

Unfortunately, we had to experience the experience of receiving completely raw chicken.
