Ordered through Uber Eats, so did not interact with any staff and did not visit the location, but the food was tasty and will return. We ordered a half chicken of the BBQ and Diabla seasoned with a side of rice. The chicken came with all the accompaniments which included tortillas, salsas (was not spicy, a bit watery, but flavorful), tortilla chips and grilled onions and jalapeños. The BBQ chicken tasted like traditional BBQ, but the diabla was not spicy and makes me think they gave me a regular seasoned. Was definitely expecting something super spicy considering the name. The rice was good. Basic white rice with some veggies. It was also tasty. Will visit the restaurant and do take away next time after seeing the huge price difference from ordering with Uber compared to buying direct.
The bar where they serve you and give you your chickens is usually dirty. They should pay more attention to that detail, because what they sell is food. Yes, they are very tasty, but it detracts from the fact that the bar and the floor where the people who work there walk around look dirty.
The chicken is delicious and the price is perfect, just order it to go. Eating there is a bit pricey, and if you add drinks or toppings, you'll spend double. The mashed potatoes, cactus, and beans are horrible. But the salad is delicious, and the salsa is amazing.
The enchilado chicken is very tasty and costs $199 to go or $214 if you eat in. It includes tortilla chips, two salsas, handmade tortillas, toreados chiles, and onions. There are other packages. If you go on Wednesdays, they give you half a chicken with the purchase of one. We decided to eat there, and the service was quite slow—maybe 15 minutes before they served us and 30 minutes before they brought the chicken. The lady was very angry and literally swore at the customers who were there before us. We served ourselves a salad, and everything was already spoiled, including the jicama and carrots. We had a hard time finding parking. I would go back, but I'd order takeout.
Grille chicken quesadillas and Pasta are really good. The price is incomparable good

Guys, your chicken used to be our favorite, but you've gone too far changing the recipe for your enchilada chicken. It's just a ton of chili, and you can't even eat the chicken because it's soaked in the sauce. And we're used to spicy food, but this has gone to the extreme. Please go back to the original recipe…
They taste delicious, but the cashier needs more training in customer service and improved behavior. The woman who serves food in the restaurant microwaves food in plastic wrap, a health risk.

El pollo es bueno pero en los sides, mezclan nopales/arroz viejos con nuevos, compré el finde semana y me enfermé del estómago porque los nopales estaban ya medio viejos. Además, cuando vas y compras, aunque lleves muchos productos, no te dan bolsa y te la ofrecen en $20.00!, hasta parece que el negocio es vender bolsas y no pollo asado…
It's a shame they changed the recipe for the enchilada chicken. The new recipe is drenched in sauce, and you can't tell if you're eating chicken or just pure chili. Please go back to the old recipe!
In terms of service, I have been treated well. They are friendly and fast, but the problem is that they do NOT use gloves to fill the bags of tortilla chips or to package the chicken. I know we all have the right to work, but whoever handles the chicken has a condition in their hands, and even if they didn't, they should wear gloves, not because they are a bitch, but because of HYGIENE! Be careful with that.
Pésimo servicio al cliente. La comida es rica, a eso le pondría 5 estrellas, pero la chica que atiende lo hace tan grosero y de mala gana que no quedan ganas de regresar, además que pedí dos pollos y ella quiso vendermelos en paquete cuando se los estaba pidiendo por separado. Sumado que se encontraba comiendo con las manos mientras me atendía y cobraba y otra chica sin cubrebocas dentro del local enfrente de los productos de venta.
El pollo es bueno, lamentablemente su servicio al cliente es pésimo, la chica que me atendió no se esperaba a que viera el menú y ya me estaba vendiendo lo que ella quería (lo más caro) y lo que no quería unas papas y un refresco por 40 pesos más. Otro punto negativo es el hecho de que si llegas tarde (5:30) la chica te trata de disuadir para comprar diciéndote que tu comida va a tardar más de media hora. Esa es la chica

It's a cheap copy of Pollo Feliz, nothing like the real thing. The beans are awful, the tortillas are bad, and the tortilla chips aren't what they used to be. It's really bad; they tried to save money on the franchise and ended up with a mediocre concept.
Terrible, half-chicken and ugly. And the spoiled onions were sour.
Very poor service and attitude from the woman delivering the chickens. I asked her for an extra plastic bag for two more sauces I bought, and she wanted to sell me one for $20. She's a very rude person who doesn't seem to like her job. And the delivery drivers do provide large, clear plastic bags. They can serve them. But customers who walk in and crave something are not easily served.
Unfortunately, we had to experience the experience of receiving completely raw chicken. Their response was, "Send me the photos on WhatsApp, and if you like, we'll send you another one, but tomorrow because we're already closed." They never responded to our messages, and I don't think asking for another one will happen again. This is serious and a health hazard, and apparently they don't care. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DON'T GET TOUCH.
