They're busy, but the service is good, and the chicken looks delicious. Cool :) It's inexpensive considering they're the only ones in the area! Plus, they deliver!

The chicken tastes delicious, and so do the sauces, but they're very small. One leg is smaller than a normal spoon. You can't see it when they open it, but when it's time to eat, you'll finish it in two bites.

Great flavor, affordable prices, and a variety of sauces as toppings. BUT they rarely have the add-ons that come with the packages, so if you order one, you'll have to think of a backup plan when ordering extra.

These chicken restaurants have already opened a branch in Mty NL, on Arteaga and Cuauhtémoc streets in downtown Monterrey, but they don't have the toppings like the ones in Mexico City. They've become just another rotisserie among many in Mty. The one in Mexico City is 5-star, while the one in Mty doesn't even reach 1.

It's unbelievable how long it takes to get change, to serve customers, and everything else! They should train the women who are working... It's awful having to wait up to 4 minutes for change. The service is inefficient. It wasn't like this before. Take action, or it will hurt your business. While I was waiting, I saw at least two people leave the line.

I went to buy a chicken and it turns out they put habanero on top, not the sauce separately as usual. It's worth mentioning that I'm a frequent customer...that's how they had accustomed me! I have children and therefore it's no use to me if they put it on the chicken. At that moment I pointed this out to the lady who was serving and she was extremely rude, so I kindly ask that they take action on the matter or find a solution.

We bought something to eat there, and the tables were littered with trash from previous customers. There were no trash cans, there were cockroaches, the forks were bent, and on top of that, they weren't hygienic enough to handle them properly. They gave us one that had a black liquid stain on it. There was a cockroach in the seating area. I decided to stop eating; I couldn't continue.

Very bad service from the employees, they answer and do everything reluctantly, they want to charge you extra for everything (for a little more sauce they want to charge you 20 pesos extra), the chickens are now super small it is no longer worth it since they also increased the prices

Very bad service... the chickens are extremely small and there's very little sauce. Now they say they don't put enough sauce in because they charge you for the bag they put the sauce in... they can make money with that. I'll never buy there again, and they're very rude.

The chicken is tasty, but a major drawback is that they don't give you the sauce separately. If you buy a whole chicken, it's for several people, and not everyone likes spicy food. Before, they would put the sauce in a small bag for you to take away, and you could add it to your liking. Now, they give you the chicken swimming in sauce if you ordered it, and if not, you have to put up with it and take the chicken home with nothing.
