I ate at the takeout location, and what I didn't like was that they prioritize all the food app delivery drivers, while the customers who were waiting took forever. I arrived first, and after me, they served 5 delivery drivers. They should have more staff; 40 minutes for 11 tacos is way too long.

The tacos are generously portioned, whether they're filled with meat, potatoes, cactus, or onions. It's well known that a good taco needs a tasty salsa, and here the salsas are exquisite. Something I really liked is their "little family box" for kids, which includes a taco, a juice box, a yogurt, and a toy—a great bonus that appeals to the youngest customers. I would definitely visit this place again.

The food is good but the people who serve you are not so good. According to what they say, they open at 11 on the weekends and it was 12 and Ivan arrived. I asked them what time they open and they said that at 1 in the afternoon they would be serving. Then there is a girl who doesn't pay attention when she is taking your order, she doesn't blow her nose and denies things to you, she tells you there are none and it turns out there are but they haven't prepared them yet. From there on out the tacos are good.

The tacos are good, but they never have the full menu. Today they didn't have coffee, chicken breast, or even potatoes for the tacos! And the service was AWFUL! We told the waiter something was wrong with our tacos, and he just laughed and didn't do anything.

I'm giving the food 5 stars because I've eaten at the Tecámac branch, which, by the way, respects its opening and closing hours. The staff there is friendly. I don't know if this branch is owned by the same person, but it's a shame that at 1 PM on a Saturday they're just opening and then claim they just arrived. They either need to get their act together or simply change their hours on Maps.

This is my first time there, and you don't need to be a genius to know about meat or have the sense to know it's good, but seriously, don't go. Don't waste your money. If you don't believe me, order the arrachera steak; the meat is awful, it's kind of raw, anyway. If the business sees this comment, improve your product. Either it's too refrigerated, or you buy your meat from your cousin's friend. Anyway

Today we went with a group of friends and unfortunately the service and food were terrible, the tacos were horrible, nothing like they were. My wife and I had already eaten there once and that's why we dared to invite them, but it was really awful. My brother-in-law ordered a side order of fries and they refused. They have their reasons, but they should have let us know that they're out. The waitress was very abusive and wanted to charge me 40 pesos more, which surprised us because the tacos were disgusting. We left her a 20% tip since we're empathetic, but the truth is, we won't be back. It's a shame. I hope the owner sees this maybe 😔 or maybe not, but oh well, let it be for future customers who visit that place... thank God this person is still with us. By the way, their freezer smells like they have dead dogs. My sister-in-law, who's pregnant, almost threw up on us. They gave her a very dirty plate!!! First of all, we weren't drunk; my sister-in-law had just brought a beer. As soon as we arrived, we asked for the menu so we could order from the assigned seating. We asked for a piece of paper and a pen to start writing down what we were going to order, and they wouldn't give it to us. The guy stood there until we ordered. They seated us next to the freezer. Honestly, I'm not lying. They opened the freezer and it was a real stench. It was horribly spoiled. The skirt steak taco isn't really skirt steak and is super dry. They gave us the wrong tacos. They refused us an order of French fries, saying they were out of stock when they had plenty. They never offered us anything to drink. They tried to overcharge us. The plates were dirty, which we reported, and all they did was wipe them down and put them with the other plates... Truly terrible service. They can justify it by saying it didn't happen, but there are more similar comments about cleanliness and service. Have a great day, and I hope things improve.
