Buen precio, buena atención y los tacos de buen tamaño y bien servidos. Tienen aguas y refrescos. Los tacos de bistec y campechanos muy buenos. No es el típico tacos campechano con bistec y longaniza, en lugar de esta última es carne enchilada y le da otro sabor muy distinto.

Somos clientes desde hace ya unos años. Mucha variedad en tacos, aguas de sabor frecas y muy ricas. Excelente trato x parte de todos los que ahí laboran, la señorita Dayan siempre muy amable y los chicos de la parrilla super eficientes.

Los tacos muy buenos especialmente el de cecina enchilada, sin embargo la persona que estaba picando la cebolla tenía las uñas ASQUEROSA creo que es imprescindible la higiene en las manos sobre todo al preparar alimentos y se les olvida un poco en este lugar.

Por lo regular venden ricos tacos y dependiendo de la hora es la afluencia de pedidos, lo que hacé que sea rápido o tardado el servicio, pero en general muy recomendable

Las papas a la francesa con que acompañaba los tacos son buenas y le dan una buena presentación al taco..los tacos con quesillo no hacen mucho la diferencia le ponen poco quesillo y solo una tortilla de harina más sin embargo si sube un buen porcentaje el costo final del taco ahí mejor los prefiero solos... las salsas es importante también siempre probar sabor y sal para que queden al punto.. pero en general un buen lugar para comer...

Las porciones están muy bien servidas, además de que el personal es muy amable, los complementos del taco como la cebolla, nopal y sobretodo las papas son abundantes. Únicamente a mi parecer falta un poco de sazón extra a la carne, pero aún así son buenos tacos.

Lo único que hay que considerar es que se tardan mucho en entregar tu comida porque hay muchos pedidos para llevar, considero que deben tener más personal para atención tanto en mesas como en parrilla, cada que voy solo hay 2 personas en atención a clientes en mesas Pero también tienen que empaquetar, cobrar, etc y no hay seguimiento. La comida es buena quizá por eso vale la pena esperar, el paquete para niños esta muy bien, te entregan tu cajita con tu taco, una bebida y un jueguete. Para estacionarse es en la calle, justo afuera no encuentras pero en la banqueta de enfrente sí.

Pésimo servicio!!! La atención del personal es demasiado lenta, la señora que atiende, lo hace de mala gana y el taquero es bastante lento. Le dan prioridad al servicio para llevar perro, al consumo dentro del establecimiento, sencillamente lo olvidan. Me he percatado que dependiendo del personal en turno, es la eficiencia del establecimiento, ya que, por momentos, se percibe al personal muy desorganizado; los tacos chorrean de grasa; aún tratándose de una arrachera y ello pues, le resta al resultado final del producto. Anteriormente, había comentado que carecían de periquera para los más pequeños pero, ya se han hecho de alguna y eso, es de agradecer. Me parece que deben prestar más atención a lo que se refiere al servicio al cliente pues, lo tienen esperando hasta por 10 minutos; casi 15 minutos. Mientras que, las órdenes para llevar, los vuelven locos.

En cuanto a servicio, nos atendieron después de que otra mesa igual se quejará de que no los pelaban, yo limpie mi mesa y silla porque estaban sucias y digo, está bien que eso no fue su culpa pero lo vieron y les valió, no había tanta gente y aún así se tardaron un montón. En relación a la comida es excelente, sabe a enchilada la enchilada, la comida en si es rica Prefiero pedir por Didi que acudir

I'm giving the food 5 stars because I've eaten at the Tecámac branch, which, by the way, respects its opening and closing hours. The staff there is friendly. I don't know if this branch is owned by the same person, but it's a shame that at 1 PM on a Saturday they're just opening and then claim they just arrived. They either need to get their act together or simply change their hours on Maps.

Today we went with a group of friends and unfortunately the service and food were terrible, the tacos were horrible, nothing like they were. My wife and I had already eaten there once and that's why we dared to invite them, but it was really awful. My brother-in-law ordered a side order of fries and they refused. Honestly, I'm not lying. They opened the freezer and it was a real stench. It was horribly spoiled. The skirt steak taco isn't really skirt steak and is super dry. They gave us the wrong tacos. They refused us an order of French fries, saying they were out of stock when they had plenty. They never offered us anything to drink. They tried to overcharge us. The plates were dirty, which we reported, and all they did was wipe them down and put them with the other plates... Truly terrible service. They can justify it by saying it didn't happen, but there are more similar comments about cleanliness and service. Have a great day, and I hope things improve.
