Muy buenas porciones, buena cocción y sabor. Pedimos boneless Pero creo que se equivocaron de salsa. De cualquier manera tuvo un buen sabor . Es un lugar limpio y bonito, baños accesibles y la mesera fué muy atenta. No hay (como en muchos lugares) refrescos al tiempo , eso sería una consideración aún más significativa, yo como empresa lo he brindado y no nos quita nada hacerlo por los demás, incluso ganamos mucho con este simple gesto. De ahí en fuera todo bien. no hay donde dejar el carro fácilmente por parte de la ubicación. Y tampoco funciona el metro. Hay que llegar en metro bus o dejarlo en la calle :)

The best day to visit is Thursday, for there's an excellent price on wings on that day. Any other day is quite expensive. Arrive before 5pm and you'll be seated quite fast. I personally recommend the Cajun and Lemon Pepper flavors.

Although eating wings here is delicious, it's also expensive. You might want to come here on a thursday for the special deals, but that means it will be crowded. Definitely avoid on a thursday night. Waits can be 30 min. or more.

Los boneless están buenos, el personal se tarda mucho en atenderte y en permitirte la entrada al lugar ni se diga, a parte de que no nos querían hacer válida una promoción. El tarro michelado 10/10

Boy Meets Food

Slow service on a Tuesday night, owing only to the fact that there were only two waitresses on duty. Classic Buffalo wings were good, as were the mozzarella sticks. Good beer selection and plenty of screens to watch games (or the Wing Stop girls dancing in a made-for-Wing-Stop music video). Look, this place isn’t going to win a Michelin Star anytime soon, but it’s the poor-man’s version of Hooters and not bad.

Normalmente tienen buen servicio, pero hoy que compré una ensalada verde mediana se supone que debe tener 150g de pollo y en realidad fueron solo 90 con lo cual no cumplen con la cantidad que ofertan.

Fui en jueves de promo, estaba completamente lleno y solo había 3 meseras (tardaban mucho en atender). Lo unico que había era alitas y hamburguesas de res. No vuelvo a ir en jueves 🥲

El servicio en la sucursal de Zona Rosa es horrible. Tuve que rogar por atención 30 minutos mientras los meseros juegan en la barra y atienden 4 mesas entre 4 personas. No hay gente, y aun así para entrar y asignar mesa tuve que levantar la mano en la puerta. Nadie les pide limosna. Vayan a otro lugar mejor. Una cerveza y unos tacos en la calle auperan la experiencia con creces. REPITO, EL SERVICIO ES HORRIBLE.

Un lugar bastante descuidado, se ve sucio. Además, no hay personal y me demoraron media hora en llevarme mi comida. Lo peor fue la blue cheese burger, asquerosamente salada, incomible después de 2 bocados. Nunca me había arrepentido tanto de comprar comida, la calidad es pésima.

De la zona a mi parecer es la peor en cuestión de todo te atienden súper mal ,las alitas cuando se trata para llevar es de lo peor te dan las más flaquitas y ni por qué no tienen gente se tardan como si realmente tuvieran ,por cercanía lamentablemente aveces voy pero si puede a las de alrededor mejor vayan esta Cibeles que te atienden fenomenal o la de reforma si tienen oportunidad comer aquí piérdansela

Media hora para que nos atendieran a mi y a mi novia nos hicieron el feo por solo ser 2, la comida demoró casi 1 hora en llegar, la cerveza estaba caliente y las alitas permesano, eran pura grasa y nada de parmesano, muy insipidas, al momento de pedir la cuenta se demoraron otra media hora en prestarnos atención, pesima actitud de las meseras y el personal en general, pagas para que te traten mal.

Acabamos de ir a festejar un cumpleaños un grupo de 14 personas y primero nos amontonaron en 2 mesas y nos tomaron la orden después nos cambiaron a un espacio más grande y x ese hecho se perdió la orden y no nos entregaron lo pedido en un principio, cambiaron los aderezos, no habia boneles, ni pechuga, no nos respetaron el precio de unas ensaladas, se le dijo al gerente ya que la mesera se comportó muy grosera y solo nos hicieron "el favor" de descontar una ensalada, con eso tenemos para no volver a ir

Fui con mi pareja el 11 de nov, me comentaron en la entrada que no tenían disponibles los baños, ok no hay tema, a la hora de pedir nuestro mesero (ni nos mencionó su nombre) muy mala actitud, le pedimos una bebida con baileys tipo frappe y molesto me responde que no tenían agua que si no lo habían mencionado en la entrada(cosa que solo nos mencionaron que no había baños) le dije que no, que nos comentaron que no había baño y me responde burlándose y de manera altanera “es igual no tengo agua” achis! Pues que preparan los frappes con el agua del baño o que? Es más aunque tuviera filtro, esa bebida se prepara con hielos me parece que ni siquiera sabía cómo se preparan las bebidas, todo su servicio mal, la comida estaba bien como de costumbre pero la atención arruinó totalmente mi experiencia, lástima por que era un lugar que frecuentaba ahora no regreso ni aunque me paguen

Muy mal, pero muy mal. Lugar sombrío, sin vista, malos colores de paredes y muy apretado entre mesa y mesa. No había agua, nos avisaron en la entrada fue el único lugar donde vi una persona. Tampoco meseros, sólo comensales y bastantes, todos con menúes volteando a todos lados buscando quién los iba a atender. 10 min. de espera y nos retiramos. Nunca nadie llegó! MAL MUY MAL.

The manager was drunk and yelling at the servers. Not ethical. I ordered before closing and they forgot to take my order and the manager said it’s not her problem. Other staff was sober and quality service but this manager is a rotten apple that needs to be fired.

Horrible experience. I got a really bad food poisoning because of their food. The staff were walking around and eating in the kitchen which is why I got food poisoning. Dont visit this place if you don’t want to sit on the toilet for two days.

The Wingstop experience is really location-dependent. This location is awful - the ambiance with its sterile dim blue led lighting, apathetic staff, and worst of all the wings were overcooked and dry. Love wingstop, but oh my, what an awful experience.

Dirty. The worst service I’ve experienced in Mexico. Seated at dirty table in nearly empty restaurant- many servers ignored us. We ordered beers appetizers wings and a burger- it was 20 plus minutes for the beers (and a table wipe)and another 15 plus for the food which came at once- so much for an appetizer- and they never brought my burger. The boneless wings were gummy and the sauce was gooey. Fried apps were just that. When we asked for the bill ( to see if they were charging us for the burger- seriously no one came by to go check on us and when I flagged them down I was just given nasty looks))- the waitress brought over a burger and tried to make us take it 30 minutes later- This place is ridiculous- no language barrier

SORRY WINGSTOP, But you suck. Here are 5 reasons: 1: Chicken is not marinaded, seasoned or treated with love. I ordered sauce on the side, the true test of a chicken wing. These taste like cardboard. Mind this is Mexico. A country that can teach any other culture a few leasons on taste. No leason here. 2: Expensive, even for a tourist with US Dollars. I don't mind paying above average prices for quality, effort, good taste, love or just a smile. Non of that here. 3: Bland Sauces (where they claim they rule). Some restaurants cover mediocre foods with awesome sauces. Well, I tried three sauces and they where all bland, except for the hot factor. I like good tasting hot, not just hot. Hot is not a flavor. Hot needs company to become delicious. Mexico knows better than most cultures in the universe how to do this, so this one is just confusing. 4: SERVICE. If you charge $44 pesos for each beer, I'm sure you can afford to pay for staff training. Bad service is never the servers fault. It's always management, specially the owners fault. So yes, I tipped my waiter (who sucked) but was not to blame. Neither was I to suffer bad service. 5: They're called WINGSTOP. If your name is the thing you don't make right, you should STOP MAKING that thing. I suspect these clowns started their business before the concept of chicken wings became popular in Mexico, they expanded rapidly and somehow Mexico brlieved it was good. It's not. Taco Bell is popular in the US. That does not make Taco Bell tacos good, or tacos. Chicken Wings are sacred. A gift from the Gods. Please wing-STOP ruining wings for Mexico and humanity in general.

So now I know how a hart attack tastes like - sorry to say but it is not food fit for human - I always thought that wings, ribs, necks and feet of any given animals is slaughterhouse waste and my view was corroborated - NEVER wings again.... I ordered 10 Louisiana style wings and got 10 salt-bombs who got my pulse up where I could actually see each heartbeat my body produced - I'm sure that this experience has taken at least two years of my life - been there, done that ... this restaurant visit have brought my heirs closer to my bottomless debt ... god bless the fools who see wings as a meal
