Being born in Italy, eating fish in the summer is quite usual but the quality of this place really is top level! Some of the best fish based dishes I had in 29y! The mussels were amazingly fresh and tasty and the service and set up really is something! We enjoyed the terrace for a few hours and drank top wine! Cannot wait to go back, for sure!

Kindness and hospitality from all the staff and Paolo! It's an excellent hotel in a quiet area near the center of Civitanova. Large, modern, and very clean rooms. Even the interior rooms overlooking the railway line don't cause any disturbance at night! Free or private beach right in front! Highly recommended! 😍

We stayed at the Hotel Gabbiano for five nights from August 31st to September 5th. It was our first time at this hotel and also at this Adriatic location. It was an absolutely positive experience. The hotel is small, and has a family atmosphere. Our room faced the sea on the fourth floor, and the view was fantastic. I loved all the modern features in the room: electronic air conditioning, electric shutters, a beautiful Phillips flat-screen TV, and modern yet welcoming furnishings. The breakfast was plentiful, and last but not least, the absolutely fantastic restaurant. Reservations are required, but hotel guests receive a 10% discount. We ate fish all week—very fresh fish and generous portions. All the staff were truly courteous and ready to offer explanations. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby establishment, Ippocampo, where we also found the courtesy and kindness of the staff. An experience we will repeat next year.

This hotel is directly on the seafront, located in a quiet part of Civitanova, with few restaurants, but ideal for those seeking tranquility. The welcome at reception is very warm and helpful. We stayed in the unrenovated section, where the rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans, which are nevertheless comfortable and clean. The only downside, if you're looking for a place to stay, is the late cleaning hours (ours were at 12:00). The restaurant below the hotel is elegant, and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are all fantastic and made with quality ingredients. Highly recommended are: tagliolini alla marinara and al gabbiano, and the pentolaccia (a portion of pasta is around 150-200 grams), while the fried and grilled meats are the main courses. The prices are very reasonable for the food, especially considering the quality.

Fantastic! I travel a lot, and finding a hotel whose rooms match the photos on various websites is almost impossible. In this case, they're even more beautiful, new, and clean in person than in the photos! Immaculate, brand-new, and well-kept hotel, excellent value for money. Helpful and smiling staff! Excellent hotel, stayed several times and it's consistently one of the best value for money. Practically new, clean, and comfortable rooms. Very kind and helpful staff, a satisfying breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant in the same building is excellent. I recommend it.

This is my second time back. I really enjoyed the reception staff and the owner. The restaurant staff were very professional and sometimes even spoiled me. The dinners I had were worth the money. Wonderful sunrises overlooking the sea and equally wonderful sunsets. Perfect rooms. Nothing to say. They're my favorites in Civitanova. Highly recommended.

Nice quadruple room (there were three of us) on the top floor overlooking the sea. The price was fair and in line with the season (late June). The room was spacious, the bathroom was the same, and the shower was nice and large and clean. Well done.

Restaurant overlooking the Civitanova Marche seafront; hosted by a family friend for his son's graduation; excellent location with sea views from a large sliding glass window; spacious, bright and well-furnished rooms, excellent cuisine and fresh fish; tagliatelline with scampi, prawns, clams, and crab, and unsurpassed tomato shoots; vegetarian dishes are also served. Excellent service, fast and organized, friendly and knowledgeable staff led by Mario. The restaurant is located on the mezzanine floor with stairs equipped with a wheelchair-accessible stairlift. The only drawback is that they also have outdoor seating, but it's located on the lower ground floor.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and fully equipped room. The only flaw was that when I lifted the toilet lid, despite the hygiene safety strip, the rim was splashed with urine, clearly indicating an unforgivable oversight. The reception was unstaffed when I arrived, but they were busy serving the restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. If you're not parking next to the hotel, there's a large parking lot a few meters away on the highway, and then you can return to the hotel via a pedestrian underpass.

The room with a sea view was tidy, clean, and spacious, as was the bathroom with a large shower. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The proximity to the train station didn't bother us much; you could hear the train passing by, but it was perfectly tolerable. Mr. Paolo was very helpful.
