Grazie! Alice Marco e Viola
Ambiente famigliare, cortese ed attento all'ospite.
A dive into the past where memories of grandparents and childhood places resurface at the first bite. An almost mystical experience where the cuisine is that time portal that brings a tear to the eye. Thanks to Fabri and Iolanda for everything. Superb flavors, a stimulating sense of taste and smell with every dish, and paired with wines that elevated each dish. Truly, thank you both for making us feel as important as your dishes. Hugs from all of us ❤️😘🫶🏻🔝
A truly hospitable place, excellent service, a very interesting wine cellar, and impeccable cuisine.
Let me start by saying that you can't go beyond 5 stars because the system doesn't allow it!!! Staying at this property transports you to a dimension of extreme comfort: tranquility, silence, cleanliness, order, nature, and above all, extreme professionalism, competence, and courtesy!! I would love for those who work in hospitality and cooking to come to Fabrizio's place to see how it's done. Kindness and discretion are supported by a great knowledge of the local area, which is expressed through an intelligent, thoughtful, and very tasty food and wine menu. Beautifully presented, balanced, with character, and an extensive wine list. The dinner atmosphere was magical in a beautiful, cool, and discreetly lit loggia. We also had confirmation of this the next day at breakfast. Everything was fresh, either home-grown or locally sourced, and there's a lovely corner shop selling local products and small workshops. I'll conclude with an incredible quality/price ratio. Congratulations to Fabrizio and all the staff. Thanks again for hosting us. Marco and Livia
Wonderful farmhouse A little gem in the Marche hills Excellent cuisine Kindness and friendliness of the owners Excellent value for money
The location is stunning, nestled in the green hills of the Marche region. The farmhouse is immaculately maintained, the owners are very helpful and hospitable, and you feel right at home. The food is excellent, everything homemade, and both breakfast and dinner are exceptional! We also loved the pool, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. We'll definitely be back.
Farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Helpful and welcoming managers. Good and non-trivial food with local products or their own production. Homemade breakfast.
How to describe a place that is just perfect because of its imperfections? The charm of this agriturismo lies in its rustic authenticity and the warm, family-like atmosphere that embraces you from the moment you arrive. Our personal experience with the philosophy of Fabrizio and Iolanda is that they strive to make you truly feel at home in their very small, yet delightful agriturismo. It has nothing to do with the perfection that you can experience in a 5-star hotel and a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it connects on another human and heartfelt level. They put love and care into all aspects of what they do, and if you stay there for a few days like we did, you become part of the family. There is a small swimming pool, which is perfect for a quick refreshment, and 5 rooms furnished in authentic farmer chic style. Meaning they are simple, but stylish and comfortable. As for the restaurant (including the breakfast), that is on another level. From the 15th of July to the 15th of September, the Restaurant is open 7 days a week every year. Iolanda and her team cook with the best organic, km0 ingredients they can source. Everything on your plate, from the bread and cookies to the pasta and the sauces, is homemade. The result is a variety of traditional Italian dishes with a twist; the menu changes according to the availability of products and the seasons. Fabrizio has built up a unique collection of wine, from very small producers exclusively from the Marche region, with a great diversity of white, orange and red, both traditional and natural wines that pair perfectly with the food! Thanks again to Fabrizio, Iolanda and the rest of the Ponterosa staff. We truly felt at home and we will be sure to be back another time!
A fantastic agriturismo, highly recommended. Fabrizio is very friendly and will guide you through the Merche region. The rooms are very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. Excellent food. The place is incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding under a tree.
Cooking course 8 people we ate what we cooked. Absolutely delightful host. We all had a wonderful day. Would recommend it ,go and have a great day .Paul ( different coloured Eyes 🥰 )
We had a relaxing holiday and felt like family. Fabrizio, Iolanda, and their staff are wonderful, kind, and always available to satisfy any request. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh fruit and many exceptional homemade desserts. A savory breakfast is also available. We also enjoyed dinner at the farmhouse several times: traditional Marche dishes with a modern twist, prepared with style and using the highest-quality ingredients, most of which come from the farmhouse itself. The bread and breadsticks, all homemade with flour from the farm's own grains/cereals, are excellent. My family and I will definitely be back.
The food is exceptional; it's truly rare to eat so well. Cons: We went with my one-and-a-half-year-old son, and they gave us a wobbly folding high chair with a cushion to adjust it to his age. They were also, unfortunately, very rude when the child started climbing the stairs near the entrance leading to their private quarters, which wasn't mentioned. Excellent food, though!
We just returned from a 5-day stay at the Ponterosa farmhouse. We were thrilled with both the hospitality and the quiet location just outside Morrovalle. As foodies, we thoroughly enjoyed both the dinners and breakfasts served with products grown and cooked by them. Their cod passed the test of two Venetians with flying colors! Fabrizio offered daily advice to make our stay even more enjoyable and directed us to the most interesting places in the area. I also found him to be a very good wine expert. Shouts also to his sister and to Alessia, who took care of breakfast... biscuits, cakes, and other delicacies were much appreciated. We returned with wonderful memories and... 2 extra kilos... P_S: We loved Le Marche... a region to discover!
I absolutely must return to try everything else on the menu that I didn't get to try. What we ate was truly delicious, seasonal, perfectly cooked, and impeccably served! Fabrizio and Iolanda exude so much passion and are very knowledgeable. You can also sense a great rapport with their staff, and the atmosphere is truly positive! The place is wonderful, simple and well-kept, and immersed in a breathtaking natural setting. Congratulations, and we'll definitely see you again soon!
We came across this agriturismo on the recommendation of friends, and I regret staying only for one day. I found an oasis of relaxation and peace that regenerates soul and spirit. Comfortable, tastefully furnished rooms, beautiful rustic flooring, and excellent cleanliness. The owners, Fabrizio and Jolanda, are kind. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast with genuine, locally sourced products. We had dinner at the agriturismo, and it was a wonderful experience. We tasted traditional Marche dishes, such as vincigrassi alla maceratese, lamb arrosticini, and a delicious dessert with fig loin. We also tasted some good Marche wines. The quality/price ratio is fair. I forgot to mention that you can purchase baked goods made with sourdough and organic flours, preserves, gardeners' products, and much more. Highly recommended.
Graditissimi i consigli sui vini. Consiglio...
An excellent experience of authentic cuisine rooted in the local area: sublime Marche-style fried food, excellent guinea fowl, and, above all, truly locally sourced vegetables. The strawberry sorbet was fantastic...finally, a real sorbet. Excellent wines from small Marche producers. The price was reasonable. P.S.: The giardiniera was unforgettable.
A family-run farmhouse immersed in nature. Speaking of the restaurant, I can say that the service is friendly and attentive. The food is good, made with excellent ingredients. However, I personally found the price a bit high for the menu and location.
I made a reservation for dinner with my family and it was a disaster. The food was passable (although the quantities were limited), but the service was extremely poor. The owner was rude and disgruntled with everyone at the table, and two women were outside who rudely treated my guests (because they were approaching the pool and because they had parked in a free spot). If you're unable to handle large groups, just let us know when booking. Not recommended.
