Loved it. The best fresh crispy donuts. They had full variety of donuts. Very clean. Her customer service was awesome. I live like 30 mins. Away. Just needed a coffee and smelling all those fresh donuts. I had to get a half dozen donuts for the kids. And had to get one for me & my husband so we can have with ourr fresh hot tasting coffee. I would show picture but they looked so delicious everyone ate them. 👍👍👍👍👍

I love this place. They have a large menu. So much more than just doughnuts. I love the Albacore Tuna Sandwich. They make it any way I ask! Grab a bag of there delicious chips, choose from so many drink selections, and finish it of with a fresh doughnut. What's not to love? And the prices are very fair! So glad I found it by accident one evening! Because it's not very easy to see from street (especially if your not familiar with the area).

Donuts are light and fluffy. Bagels soft and fresh. $4.49 for bagel sandwiches. Service is inefficient, though, with only one person making orders for our party of 4, while another helped people who came in behind us.

We used to live near a Yum Yum Donuts and now my kids are convinced they're the best doughnuts around. What can I say? It's a doughnut store. They have doughnuts. It's clean, and it's open for in store pickup. They're not my favorite doughnuts, otherwise I'd give them a 5.

The maple bar, classic. Good 8/10 I got the maple bar and a guava milkshake, their raspados look good too.

I like their large variety of donuts. They have French donuts, which many places do not carry. They are expensive $1.75 each. They are small. They taste good There are lots of muffins. The muffins are large. There are many other items. The service is good. Fast and friendly

It's nice early in the morning. I normally get a cup of coffee around 4pm no foot traffic. Coffee is hot and fresh. The baker works 7 nights a week and is very nice. I recommend.

This donut chain is great. I love their donuts but today the person working did not wanted and did not sell me a "chilla" because they only make them in the morning. Hope the manager sees this comment and clear things out, if it is true or not.

The staff I spoke to didn't hardly speak Spanish so very difficult asking questions. Came in around 1am. No day-old sale items. The donuts themselves we're good. The glaze seemed bigger size.

Get your food and go. Nothing homemade. Overpriced. Lots of good doughnut places around that aren't corporate owned. Go support a local spot instead.

My main complaint is that the staff here isn't always friendly. Seems like the female workers here are a bit snobby. I've been here on different occasions and every time the female staff here is working in the morning, they'll take other orders before mine even though I've been in line first. They'll also roll their eyes and make faces, which I've found unprofessional and is the reason why I no longer want to visit this location.

I come here for their delicious Windex donuts. The lady was cleaning the donut glass display from the inside and just sprayes Windex without taking out the donut racks. Pretty gross.

Hate this place customer service states that they dont do nothing but just sale what there is, which is just the donuts that are displayed. So the workers are too lazy to serve a hot chocolate, coffee or make a chilla. Too bad for this place, I live close by it so its a convience for me, but yet I have to travel to the one in the city of Montclair, so I can get treated better and the workers do it all there, from hot bagels, chillas, tortas, to serving hot drinks as well. This place should be looked by corporate so workers here can get fired for not wanting to do their job, all the workers here seem to stealing time from the company 😠😡🤬

Owner of he went to get donuts at 7:20 p.m. on a Friday night. The clerk did not know what a word of English. We asked for 12 donut holes and only got seven! We tried to get milk she did not understand. We just wanted to get out of there! This is America today not a single word of English was understood. Will never go there again!

worst experience i have ever had with them i usually go in their and they let me buy doughnuts. Now i know its been while after christmas and all I had at the time was a hundred dollar bill. Now i am under 21 and didn't appreciate how they treated me. they said it was card only and I've gone in there many of times and payed cash but not this time because I'm a minor and only had a hundred even though i just watch a kind gentlemen pay with cash before me. so i will only give them one star even though i am till mad they do have a very good selection of doughnuts.

Trash,Trash,Trash. I had a glazed donut and a jelly donut both awful tasting compared to the donuts to get down in Los Angeles such as Randy's. I also had a hot chocolate that was nothing but Brown water and the lady grab my cup and put her fingers in prior to adding the liquid. Terrible.

Coconut donuts had barely any coconut compared to a year ago and frosting dry. Being a 24hr bakery also doesn’t help unlike traditional donut houses that open early and close noonish so every day fresh donuts or sold next day as day old.
