This is a MUST! everything is delicious. My family and I truly enjoy coming and just enjoy a calm dinner. I take advantage of booking a reservation online, it really helps so that we don't wait a long time especially with our small children. The atmosphere is calm, and the welcoming staff makes it nice to dine in. We always order the wagon wheeler sampler: it is a little taste of all the popular appetizers. Then we order the kiddos' chicken tenders, and let me tell you they are so delicious. For us adults my husband and I either go the steak or salmon. The steak is juicy and the salmon so tasteful. The wine is so good. I either get white wine or their mojito. We finish the night right by ordering the cowboy cookie with extra ice cream! Lol 👌 our sever for many years has been Cecilio. He is awesome! Always on top of everything making sure we have a wonderful dinner. Thank you! Everyone is awesome!

We came between lunch and dinner for the campfire dinner for 2 (meant to be shared between 2 people). The brussel sprouts had excellent flavor and texture, better than the much more expensive versions we've had at premium steak houses like Mortens, (but be sure to tell them to hold off on the bacon bits if you don't eat bacon). The sides were fresh and tasty. The salmon and filet mignon cooked perfectly. The service was ok, not great. We went during slow hours when they opened at 3pm, but still several tables were busy too. Overall, we felt very happy with the value and quality and will definitely return, perhaps at dinnertime when there is more ambiance. Wish there existed a way to tip the cooks separately from the server, since the meal was as perfect as could be expected and I would have tipped the cooks. Unfortunately in California and LA, the kitchen barely gets any of the tip as the tip generally goes entirely to the main server, less minimal voluntary tip outs. Groupon has a minor discount available. Note that they are closed for lunch and don't open till 3pm weekdays.

The food was good. We had the campfire feast. The Riley upgrade was worth the extra $7 each. The appetizer & drinks were amazing.

I dropped off my son to his cousins home and decided to treat myself to a meal at Black Angus since there's none close to any more! Plus they had a special going on for reward members. It was the steak, lobster and shrimp trio! It was very good and fresh. My server was Kim and she was great as well. I will return again. Please put one back in the LA area. I enjoy the whiskey experience they have fron time to time.

Took my parents out for lunch to Black Angus, overall the staff was great and made the whole experience amazing! Food was good as expected from a steak house. Dad loved the grill salmon and mom got the Cobb salad with chicken, I had the prime rib diamond cut! Best was the load potato skins!

Hostess was friendly and sat us with only a 10 min wait. Server Raphael was friendly and attentive and took good care of us. The booths are comfortable (we stayed longer and just relaxed after eating). We started with the potato skins and you could tell they are made fresh in house. Paired perfectly with some ranch and sour cream. I loved that they had space dust IPA on tap. Both of us had the prime rib. Definitely delicious, but I wish there would have been more seasoning on it or in the au jus. They advertise blackening seasoning on it but I couldn’t tell they used any. Ended up using A1 which I hate doing on good cuts of meat. It was cooked perfectly med rare and was tender and juicy. I had the potato soup which was fantastic and presented beautifully. My friend had the Mac and cheese and French fries. He said they were bustin’.

Server was great but food wasn't as good as it used to be haven't been in years standards have gone down no flavor on a filet mignon was charcoal after I asked for Medium. For what I paid for 8 people the food wasn't even that good. Also the atmosphere was too quiet I shouldn't hear the party from across the way or the staff in the kitchen put some music on in there.

Sometimes food is cooked differently from one restaurant to another. And things weren't that busy the night we went. But it seemed like it took longer than usual to get our food. I had the New York, medium well with a salad and broccoli. The steak was well prepared but the broccoli was bland. I paid for the garlic butter but I didn’t love the flavor. The salad was basic but the ranch dressing was good. Service was mediocre. My waiter was straight to business but polite enough. They accepted Apple Pay as a form of payment but I had to follow the waiter to the kitchen to tap my phone. Good place to come if you want something quick.

Was excited for a nice pleasant dinner. Was so disappointed, why do servers pick and choose who to be nice too. I came with my daughter and granddaughter for a nice dinner. We waited so long for everything. We weren't loud or disrespectful. My daughter is only 4yr. And because she was hungry we ordered her food 1st. And there were others seated and next to us who came afterwards and ordered there food and received there food before our my GD. Even another server noticed we weren't being helped and asked if we were okay. Our food came late. We didn't get asked if we needed anything until after the family seated next to us had left. The food was good but server was not nice and made us feel so unwelcome.

Saw some good reviews and bad reviews but decided to try this place anyway. I would highly recommend NOT TO eat here and go somewhere else. I went on a Friday evening with my mother-in-law. It was a calm and relaxing atmosphere and the wait was only 15 mins even though the place wasn't packed at all. Just didn't have enough servers to sit us right away. Two groups of two and a group of four were also ahead of us. Even though the atmosphere was calm the building structure isn't in very good shape. I'm mainly talking about their ceiling here. You can see water stains all over their tiles. Some are fresh and some are extremely old. To the point where the spots are extremely black and make you wonder if mold may be growing in the tile. Watch out, something might come out of it like the movie Black Water. The free bread that's served to you is absolutely terrible. It had no taste and the bottom side was hard. The bottom is almost like a tart and you could also still see the flour in the base of the bread. The top side was still edible but you could almost say it was still raw. Since the bread didn't push back towards you when you pressed into it. Paul Hollywood would be very upset. My mother-in-law and I both ordered the filet mignon. Which by the way, they're round steaks and are good quality meat. When we both received our dishes. My steak was a nice round, fresh, and easy to cut like a filet mignon. My mother-in-law's steak on the other hand was a flat burnt piece of steak. When asked if it was a filet mignon the waiter said yes. Said if she would like, he could go ask the chef to make sure it was a filet mignon or he could have the chef make her a new one. The chef said it was a filet mignon but when you cook it longer it "flattens." Steaks don't go from round and then shrink to flat when you cook it longer fyi. We had them cook her another filet mignon and once again. They brought a steak that was flat and burnt. She decided to cut into it anyway and it was rough and hard and didn't taste good. So it was like they were trying to charge us for a filet mignon but serve us a lower quality piece of steak. The waiter was very receptive and did everything that we asked. The steak was also removed from our bill since it wasn't eaten and we were not satisfied. The service could've still been better though. Whenever we were done with a plate. It stayed on the table the entire time even if the waiter saw it. Typically when you're done with something. The waiter would ask if they could take it so your table isn't constantly being cluttered by dirty dishes. Not once did the waiter ask if we wanted a refill as well. So if you want anything done, you must ask for it instead of getting good quality service. I will say though, the waiter was polite and respectful but improvement still needs to be made. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I would recommend not eating her. I would rather go to the cheese cake factory, PF Changs, or Texas Roadhouse.

Ripoff, lousy food for a high price, cuts of beef below Sizzler quality. Better off staying home

This black angus is montclair, I had a terrible experience.I went in a couple days ago and made a reservation picked the table.I wanted for me and my family of 7 due to some disabilities that my father has and I have. I even got an email confirming my reservation. I get there with my whole entire family. The table I had reserved is being used. Then, the girl that was at the front was rude. I said, oh my God, I came in here a couple days ago and made a reservation and talked to you guys, and you said you would have that table ready for me. She says, no, it's being used. She didn't even say she was sorry. I say can I speak to your manager? The manager comes over doesn't apologize. says We'll get you another table. That's not the point We can't all fit in a booth. So it is my birthday and I decided not to make a huge deal about it, but I was so upset. We got crammed into a tiny little table in the back. I kept asking them to turn the radio down. Because it was so loud, we couldn't even talk . I asked for the manager. She never came the lobster was cold. The bathrooms were dirty. I will never go back there. 250 $ definitely was not worth it

Wow!! Horrible experience. I sat at the bar for about 20 minutes. I took a spot where someone had clearly just eaten. NO ONE acknowledged me. A bartender with a pony tail and tattoos on her left arm walked behind the bar to make a drink for a guest. She called out to a hostess to bring me a menu. She could have easily done that herself. She walks away from bar area. I am still left sitting behind an un-bussed counter top. There was a server to the side of the bar watching the Dodger game on one of the TVs. He could have easily acknowledged me. Nothing. I guess the Dodger game was more riveting. The place was empty. It wasn't like the restaurant was exploding with guests. There wasn't. Save yourself a trip. There are plenty other restaurants to choose from.

Went to pick up an online curb side pick up and found that the supervisor Jay was parked in the curbside pick up location. In his silver Toyota corolla. When I asked him about it he played like he didn't know who's car it was. As he walked out from the kitchen area eating something. I specifically seen him get out of the vehicle and walk inside. I had to park further away for my curbside pick up order. In the rain. If I could give his professionalism and overall performance as a supervisor a zero start rating I would.
