I’m from out of town my sister wanted chicken we look up places and we decided to eat Popeyes I ordered the 6 piece wings combo large with 2 and a drink my sides was red beans and rice .my room 20 mins away from the restaurant I get back to the room to eat as soon as I bite into my chicken it was half cooked and the gave me the wrong sides I ordered red beans and rice and mash potatoes they gave me Mac n cheeses I called the restaurant spoke with a manager she was very nice and polite she asked can I come right back and she will replace my wings I was so mad I had to drive back up there I was finally settled after driving 16 hours I went back she looked at the chicken in disbelief and she apologized she replaced my wings so I get back to the room and ready to eat my second round now my wings was fried to hard and the didn’t have any sauce it’s like they just threw the wings in there with a little sauce I couldn’t even eat them and my drink tasted like Alka-Seltzer I’m so disappointed I went to bed hungry and thirsty I can’t go anywhere right now I waiting on Popeyes to open so I can drop there food and drink off and get my money back I need my $16.00 back they treated us like they was tired ready to close and go home the manager was nice but the guy working the drive thru he was looking tired like he had a rough day and was just ready to go

This is the first I go to pepeyes and food is horrible, chicken was cold and fries , I ask for ranch and sweet and sour sources, I didn’t get anything, horrible chicken, I don’t know how you’re in business, waste of money.

Popeyes chicken is popeyes chicken...pretty solid chicken. Popeyes customer service...ai drive thru. Multiple occasions I've seen cars back out and leave because the line moves so sl9wly. The wait almost feels like their feyung the chicken to order then you get some pieces of dried out chicken. Makes no sense. Multiple times my orders have been incomplete so now I check bag every time before I leave. This is probably the worst popeyes I go to as far as service goes. And not because of rude staff just seems understaffed and not properly trained.

Food and human service are good, but this new AI ordering system is so frustrating!!! Been twice and both times ordering was wrong. I feel bad for the workers because I’m sure they have to go through a lot of wrong orders due to the fact that Popeyes is replacing humans with AI.

Artificial Intelligence takes your order, it is DYSTOPIAN and terrible. The worker at the window barley spoke English and had to wait the parking lot for my food :(

Poor management. I placed my online order at 8:45, food was promised to be ready at 9:10. I got there at 9:45 and they said my chicken wasn’t ready. And then when I told them I ordered wayyy in advance they said they barely got my order like what? It was over an hour and I barely got my chicken. Manager named Desy. Poor communication, they coulda lmk.

First I want to say, I love Popeyes when they are fully cooked! I order almost every week in this location but in the past couple months, there are many wings are still raw inside! Seriously it happened for more than 5 times already and I cannot stand. I bought three flavors bone in wing today, i don’t know why, signature hot flavor was always fully cooked but lemon pepper ALWAYS raw inside, ALSO the new flavor. 🤯 I just don’t understand!!!!! Can you understand people can get sick from eating raw chicken? Honestly we’ve been having diarrhea after eating Popeyes for most of the time. We really really liked the flavor, there is nothing to complain about if they are fully cooked. Please, take this issue seriously.

I ordered 2 combos and 2 apple pies. With the combos I ordered Blackened ranch and Honey BBQ. When I got home I just had Blackened Ranch. When I drove up to the windows to pay after waiting 5 mins at the windows before anybody talked to me. The lady comes to the windows and tells me if I want apple pies I have to wait an additional 6 mins.I was like no thank you. You would think if you were down to the last couple pies, you would make more as opposed to running out before deciding to do so. Also the order taker was AI and was way more efficient than the dumb people inside the place. I say have the whole place should be AI, it would probably be a better experience.

My partner came to this location to order the honey bbq boneless wings. This location has an ai system to take orders which is really annoying. Once he gets to the window to pay, the lady tells him they have no honey bbq sauce for the wings. He then proceeds to ask for a different meal instead and the lady says no they can’t do that. What’s worse is that he paid before they even mentioned not having the honey bbq for the wings! The ai system is incompetent because he waisted time ordering something, paying for it just for them to not have it. Had it been a human taking orders, this wouldn’t have happened. And for them to not allow us to change a meal is even more mind blowing. Done with this location.

This location always makes you park your car even though there’s no cars behind you because they want their timer to be fast even though they take like 20 minutes to give your food. My drink didn’t have ice. I asked for ketchup she said she put it on the bag I get to my office. It’s not in the bag. I think I’ll do the drive to Chick-fil-A instead better service anyway . I came on a Wednesday at 10:40 and did not leave the drive through until 11:04am

Ordered 2 $6 big box, we paid extra for Mac and cheese and it taste like soap. I tried calling multiple times and they don’t answer. Didn’t want to drive 7 miles for nothing. Super disappointed. Last time we visit this location. 👎🏼👎🏼

Macaroni and cheese has zero flavor. It was stuck together and cold. The chicken sandwiches had too much mayonnaise. Very disappointed in you Popeyes You're usually delicious. If this Popeyes is a franchise they're making your corporation look bad.

They just gave me a stale old burnt chicken patty in my sandwich! There was no one in line or inside… I guess I should have known better but still! They weren’t busy at all and still gave me this deformed chicken slice! Do not go here!
