They never disappoint! A1 since day 1 💯🙌 The chicken strip basket is and has been great since it came out, the staff is fantastic and they make their own ranch♥♥♥ Their fish🐟 sandwich is 🤤🤤 They have the best Chocolate shakes too😄 The Dilly bars😩 my weakness😅

I love the food and shakes but the prices for a large shake is as much as a meal it's kinda ridiculous. Overall I'm usually satisfied with my service and order. They don't usually miss anything and are very polite.

Highly staffed on 3rd of July. This is the city's independence day celebration. This plaza, parking lot is where locals park to watch the firework show. Would recommend parking away from the DQ and keep their business running smoothly. Food was great. Thanks DQ every year for the 3rd of July. Honestly, I should stop by more often lol.

Old school retro Dairy Queen. Cool history pictures on the walls and right across the street from the river and park. You can walk your desert off or swing in to cool down. The service was quick and staff polite. You can pick up ice cream cakes and take home boxed icecream.

….. the skimping is real. If I’m spending $10 I expect more for my buck vs when I spend $7. It’s better to get the $7 meal deal instead of a basket tender deal. The size of the fries are that of a kid portion. And the tenders are bite sized. I’ll stick to the value meal. For an extra piece of a tender is Not worth $3 more.

After waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes I was Able to order. I was treated by a female then a male Took over then thenfemale. I order it was repeated back to Me. I pull up to Pay for it they hand me my food it is not my order. I told them this and they asked me What I ordered I told them they said it was $7 more and I would have to wait for my food. The receipt said a number 9. I ordered a number 2. Combo this is not My order the manger said it is and I need to drive off or return my food. I turn the food and got my money back. I asked the manger is it normal for three people to take your order if one was taking an order maybe it would be right. $36 for a meal and ice cream is ridiculous I went to a Sit down restaurant with my wife and it cast $40. Management needs to wake up and train folks right

Had a great experience I had a great experience in dining in One of the guy employees hygiene wasn’t all the way there smelled like he hasn’t showered in over 3 weeks I don’t understand how his coworkers could work with him smelling like that

I ordered a sweet chilli chicken basket it was great. I also had purchased 3 m&m Blizzards and they all taste like perfume. Unfortunately we had already left the area 10 minutes out before we took a bite. I didn't feel like making a u turn so im putting my negative review here.

I ordered a small caramel sundae and politely requested that it be served in a large sundae container with caramel layered above the ice cream, as it has always been prepared in my previous visits. I was charged for two extra pumps of caramel, yet the sundae I received appeared to have only one small amount of caramel and was not made as requested. In the past, the staff has always been accommodating and the total has consistently been around five dollars and some change. When I kindly asked for the caramel to be added as requested, the employee refused and, shockingly, told me to leave the store. I remained polite throughout the interaction and simply asked for a refund. The employee then became visibly upset and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. I have always enjoyed visiting this location, and this experience was both unexpected and disappointing. I hope this issue will be addressed, as customer service and consistency in orders are important. If I could kindly give a 0 star review I would but I can’t. I just hope they can sole this.

Me, my fiancée, and his brother came in around 4:30pm today to grab some blizzards and hang out. The ice cream was delicious and the cashier lady was super nice and even accommodated my fiancé’s celiacs disease by having the blizzard station cleaned for him which we appreciated a lot. Unfortunately, the reason I’m giving a one star is because of one particular employee. He joked with us a little bit while we were ordering and it was a little awkward but not a big deal. We sat down, our stuff was delivered pretty fast, and we were just talking when he walks up and takes a seat our table???? It was super uncomfortable for all three of us, we all tried to give hints that it was extremely awkward for us but he wouldn’t leave. He called my fiancé’s brother “unc” which is slang for old, he dropped an f-bomb, and was just being really weird. After 20 minutes of him sitting with us we all decided to just leave. Probably the most awkward and uncomfortable experience at a food place ever. I’ve literally never had an employee pull up a chair at our table and scare us out before, it was so crazy 😭 I wish we remembered his name, all we remember was that he’s 16, and I get that’s still pretty young but professional boundaries are important! Needless to say we will be avoiding this Dairy Queen for a while, or maybe just sticking to drive through :T

This has to be the sorriest fast food joint ever. You have to pay for a sauce even when you order food. Nobody wants to go to eat and think about an additional payment for a condiment. Maybe factor in the price or condiments into the price of the food. Dairy Queen is good but i stopped going because of this.

Amazing - ordered a cake, spent $30+ dollars - was to have had chocolate and crunchie in the center. Well - mistakes happen. My daughter went next door and came back with chocolate syrup. Called the store they asked what they should do - well, how about a refund and they said yes. So far 5 star service. Here’s the part that shows how petty this place is. They called me back and said they could only give a half refund. Now that fried me - the money wasn’t there issue - but the $15 dollars they rebuffed on apparently would make or break the place. I told them we would share the issue on Facebook - that’s what people do, right? Yet we aren’t - we are out the time it took to go get chocolate drizzle, and the 2/3rds of the cake that’s left is going back - they said they would need the full cake. Tomorrow they get the cake and can keep the money - we are doing a charge back on the credit card for the full amount. Want ice cream? Avoid this place. They started out stellar. They ended petty and cheap!

I ordered a Cupfection Heath Caramel Bownie with chocolate soft serve. I got handed a cup that looked nothing like what I ordered and paid for. I asked for confirmation and she said yes I got what I ordered. Nope! After eating half of it, it was a brownie chocolate extreme with vanilla ss. The 2 are very different!
