5/5 stars! I absolutely adore Cracker Barrel! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the friendly staff, and of course, the delicious Southern-style comfort food... it all combines to make this place truly special. I've had the pleasure of visiting several locations, and each time I'm impressed by the consistency and quality. I currently live far from the nearest Cracker Barrel, and I must say... I miss it dearly! If you're a fan of classic American cuisine and cozy hospitality, do yourself a favor and stop by Cracker Barrel. You won't regret it.

I was so pleased with the service at this location. The food came out so quickly. We were starving after a day at the beach and were satisfied with everything here. The atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly. We love our server's spirit. Greeted us with the brightest smile. Definitely coming back here the next time we're in town.

I called earlier today to see if they had a Halloween item in stock. They had it in the back room. There were a few Halloween items I wanted, and Hannah was nice enough to search for them in the boxes in the back. She was really sweet, and helpful. Great customer service from her! I can not rave enough about this place it was my dads birthday we had guests from out of town a total of 22 and the manger Cory made it happen we had the time of our lives! Food was Fresh tasted amazing order was accurate and the servers on point drinks were always kept full manager was assisting servers when needed I could go on and on I would definitely 100% recommend this location!!! Thank you again for making this happen!

Cracker Barrel never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, Food comes out quickly. It’s just a staple that’s been a part of my life since I was younger. I love this place from the entrance with the rocking chair, to an old time shop to the restaurant and the food. Southern hospitality at its best. I go only for the Country Fried steak and eggs always my meal to eat. The corn bread and the muffins are to die for. Never go wrong with my meal.

Cool that they now have beer and wine. I don't recommend the strawberry mamosa though, it's extra sweet. I ordered a bowl of beans and they tasted not so fresh and they weren't even warn. The waitress took them off of the bill.

Best cornbread! The rest of the food was okay. Mediocre service! November 28, 2024, Thanksgiving Day lunch. I put my name on the waitlist and received a text that I was #21, with about a 30-minute wait. I checked with the hostess, who informed me that they did not have my name and told me to wait for 15 to 30 more minutes. After all that, I waited for at least 50 minutes! I explained that they should not offer a waitlist if the app is not working. Be aware of the waitlist app! 👎

Food was consistent with other locations. The service was good. Tyrone did his best to help and be on top of all the details of our meal. We got the fish fry meal with okra and green beans. Country fried steak with potatoes and carrots and cornbread muffins. Coffee and water. Gift shop has some good deals on sale from other seasons. 70% off is always awesome! Thanks for a fun visit and yummy dinner.

The reason for the four star is when the food came, the maple bacon chicken tenders were dry and cold, although it was a large portion. Tasted like they’d been sitting out a while, almost like they were day old. The potatoes with the other order were dry and not creamy. The potato casserole was also not hot. The biscuits were good. The cornbread muffins were average, not a lot of flavor. The fried okra was hot and good. Overall, none of our critiques would keep us from coming again. We also purchased a few items in the store. Prices seemed good. Lots of store help in the store.

I want the cracker barrel the other day and I got the fried shrimp meal with two sides and then I added extra pancakes to it. The fries were over cooked and so was some of the shrimp. The Mac and cheese was good, the hush puppies were good and the pancakes were yummy.

Went here with my family and my grandmother today, Saturday, September 21st, 2024. we didn't dine here. We just visited the gift shop . The setup of the store was different. All the Cracker Barrels are set up similar . The lady was friendly when checking out. We enjoy going to different Cracker Barrel's in different states!

Ordered a meal with eggs, hash,and sausage. Food came. No eggs on the plate, but plate was dirty with old dried egg yolk on it. So gross. No silverware to use either, and server forgot rest of order. Called over server and although she said she will go get the eggs, she left us with the dirty plate. Ugh. Had to call manager over and he gave us a new plate, can only pray it was new sausage too and not just placed on new plate. 2nd time here and both bad experiences.

The pancakes were genuinely awful - studded with black charred bits clearly left over from previous batches. They had an overwhelming taste of burnt, greasy meat drippings, as if they’d been cooked on an unclean grill. It completely overpowered anything that could have been enjoyable about the dish. On the bright side, the service was kind and attentive — my server was lovely.

It is a bummer, how this place has gone downhill. I’m a huge fan of cracker barrel. In fact, I’ve really loved this particular location over the years. Today, however, service was particularly slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. It took over a half hour to get our food. Worse, however, was that the food quality has gone significantly downhill. The mashed potatoes tasted dehydrated and yucky. The biscuits - which were delightful in the past - were hardened, and difficult to chew… as if they had been microwaved or something. The hashbrowns were not cooked all the way, causing them to be somewhat inedible. The prices have increased a good bit; you’d think you’d get a good product for what you pay. I hope this place wakes up, puts some actual effort in, and becomes the restaurant it once was. On the positive end, I must say the giftshop was nice as always, and the country fried steak was as good as usual. The server, though not very attentive, was very nice.

Apparently the server didn't give a damn about our order or else she would have been checking on it and realizing she had a table sitting there for 45 min with no food.

I got the lunch. I ordered meatloaf. It had been previously cooked in the microwave making it hardened and tasted liked processed food. The witness was not happy to exchange it for another choice but I opted for the dumplings since Cracker Barrel has served those forever. Unfortunately, the chicken and dumplings were so salty and greasy I could not eat them either. I had this many times before and never had such terrible food. To take it back the waitress was very unhappy now with me and told me that this is how Cracker Barrel makes food and if I was going to order anything else that I better be positive I wanted it. I wish I would have taken a picture because it would have been worth all these words.
