I don't know about day crew but these night servers are on their game. Our server, Moe, was attentive and nice. Well definitely recommend!! Keep up the good work!!

Took a party of 22 at 11am and were accommodated with no issues! Our server did an excellent job of keeping up and making sure everyone was happy!

It was a very busy Memorial Day where staffing was short but they kept up with us well under the circumstances. The food was great. The waitress had a great attitude and did very well especially considering busy she was with multiple tables. Definitely recommend them.

The wait time was great, then it started to go down hill with our waitress, to be honest it was horrible and this was my sons bday dinner. We had ask 4 times for condiments we ordered at the very beginning of our order. Finally we got another waiter who promptly listened and was very attentive to our requests and concerns, he then told the manager, Kaitlynn who was also very nice and understanding. The 2 of them together definitely made our experience much better. She also gave my son a bday card signed by some of the staff with coupons along with a dessert. Thanks so much to Mardo and Kaitlyn. Giving 5 stars due to management and Mardo working together and actually caring!

Delicious food. Extensive menu selection. As senior, I had a bit of a challenge viewing the menu from my phone. Server didn't check back often enough to ask for condiments--but it was very busy the night I dined there. They did a good job of separating diners that weren't together. Waited in car until texted that our table was ready. That was a reasonable wait.

I had lunch with some old friends at Chili's and it was great. Service was very good, prompt, and friendly. I had the new smash burger which was excellent. I sometimes can't eat a whole hamburger at restaurants like Chile's but I couldn't stop eating this one. We even had some other patrons who realized we were retired ex coworkers and they offered to snap some photos for us. Good experience and good food.

This Chili’s is AMAZING! Our server, Redding, was an absolute joy to be around. From the time he came to our table, we knew that tonight would be superior and full of joy. Jennifer our server did a very good job. We had five kids in our party. The food was hot and the wait time was reasonable for the day and time we ate. I was very pleased with the customer service. The manager had the cutest head scarf. She greeted us and check on all of the tables often I felt it was nice to see a manager so involved.

The food was fabulous and if you're on a budget they had a 3/4 10 which included you drink which was great just enough food not to be a glutton waitress staff was very hospitable and took care of everything and if we needed stuff they got it immediately and the restaurant was full so I appreciated the service I will go back there again

I dont do too many reviews on chain resturaunts. But the Chili's in Cleburne had hands down the best service of any chain Ive had in quite awhile. My friend and I both ordered the appetizer sampler and tried all the things. The only miss for me was the nashville chicken tenders, they were very greasy. Out of 6 apps, 5 of them were fantastic. We had the best most attentive server, wish I could remember his name. Next time I'm in Cleburne I will definitely be back. Very clean resteraunt, bathrooms and parking was easy. Service was impeccable.

I was actually a dasher for this visit. this was my third dash and there was a technical difficulty that the manager was able to resolve so that we could get the customer taken care of. I really appreciate her help with that and making everything run smoothly so my customer could get her food. She went above and beyond to try to find out what the problem was and between both of us looking into each end we were able to resolve this. I appreciate her going above and beyond to take care of this.

Its chili's they have gotten the formula down pretty well at this point so unless you just get unlucky and get a bad server or cook everything is pretty standard for a big chain type of restaurant.

One of my favorite Chilli's locations nationwide. We travel for work all across the US. The service in the whole building was amazing. This location has a great crew of workers. Very clean and put together. Our server, Elizabeth was so sweet and funny! She matched the vibes of our little group. She also provided fantastic speedy service! I have a handful of allergies and she did a wonderful job, even had the manager inform the kitchen. Thank you for going above and beyond! I always appreciate anyone who takes care of my allergies. Food wise everything was delicious! We all got the surf n turf steak and shrimp. I got the Asparagus and Broccoli as my sides, everything was seasoned perfectly. The Mango Tea was also super good!

After remembering some friends and majority reviews saying this restaurant was trash quite some time ago, we decided to go anyway (not checking recently). We had a spunky server Aiden who not only made sure we were taken care of, but never felt like we were a burden even though he seemed super busy. The staffing overall was mostly well coordinated and seemed to be flowing as a team, but Aiden went above and beyond. He made suggestions when asked, he was personable, he was attentive. When they made my food wrong and someone else had gone to get it fixed, Aiden after asking if we were good he noticed my food wasn’t there but my wife's was and went without a word to find out what happened, and came back with an apology. Bro straight up seemed busy but made sure he knew everything he needed to, ensuring our satisfaction. Super engaged. Additionally the food was great when it got there! Loved this visit! We walked in expecting a 2.5 star experience, walked out with a 5 star, and largely thanks to Aiden! We will be back!

Our server was very attentive to us as well as other staff their, we were very happy with how much the employees checked in on the tables. We had one small incident with a food label in our food but the Manger handled that with grace, we will still be going back as a regular for date nights. Overall great but service was confusing as to who our server was and that one person was in charge of knowing what we wanted in real time. Not complaining, just an observation. The queso bean dip tasted like mostly beans and kind of burned. Not the best.

At first, I was worried because we were seated and then waited forever for a waiter. When he finally did come to the table to introduce himself and ask for our drink order, he was attentive from there forward. My only suggestion would be that the staff not group up where customers can hear and see them. I was able to hear their every complaint about their shift, about their other coworkers, and about their bosses. I was also able to hear what they did and were planning to do the rest of the week outside of work. 😬

I ordered the chipotle chicken fresh Mex bowl. It was pretty good. Tender and tasty chicken, though not enough in proportion to the bowl; greens, Mexican rice, corn and black beans, avocado, cheese and crispy tortilla strips and a slice of lime. I'll probably get it again. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. That one was waaaaay too sweet so I won't be getting that again. Prompt curbside service with a very friendly attendant who told me to have a blessed day.

Been here often for many years. A lot of the same people work there that did 10 years ago. That tells me they're probably good to their staff. The service is always great, they're all very friendly and quick even when they're busy. I heard this is one of the top earning locations. I've never had an issue here. The food is good and consistent. I love the Texas cheese fries and triple dipper. Really everything they make is good. Just depends on what you want. Would recommend eating here.

Ordered the old timers burger and chose a black bean patty. There was no indication on the menu description that this was going to be a spicy burger. The fries that I chose were crisp and had a good flavor as did the burger, once I got through the spiciness of it. Our waiter was very attentive even though he was spread to serve many tables, great job! The entrance rug needs to be tacked down better as my wife almost tripped due to it rolling back.

5/2/25. Stopped in for kind of a late dinner(9:30pm). I ordered a brisket burger and fries. I know it takes time to make a burger but when your burger comes out with out the fries something is not right in the kitchen. I was hungry so dealt with it. The service was very good as far as making sure I had plenty to drink.

WON'T be back! I go to Chillis no less than once a week with friends or family. Just in the past couple of weeks it's become a whole different atmosphere. Ordered chips and salsa, they were out of salsa. Burned out on chicken and burgers. No variety anymore. Found out today the new manager fired the BEST bartender they had, after one of the best servers was fired. Asked why and was told the new mng wanted to bring in 'his' people. That's wrong. Small town. Word of mouth carries fast.

I'd really like to give this place a better rating. Ordered the big mouth bacon barbecue burger which was actually pretty good, and asked for curly fries but when it finally arrived there were very very little curly fries. For as much as this cost there should have been more. But the service was fine.

It had been a very long time since we had been here bc of the same experience we had last time. Our server could never be located or was hardly ever around when we get upset drinks are gone and my child's wings never came out leaving him to not be able to eat what he wanted is rough on a 4 year old. There was another server there the ENTIRE time talking to 2 really young underage lil boys but proceeded to bring them drinks from the bar and when we were just merely trying to pay our tab and leave all I had was 100s so yet again our server nowhere around I and my wife asked the server that had been talking to the lil boys and serving them liquor he gave me a disgusting look and stated he wasn't our server and proceeded forward with his conversation...this is no where near permitted where I run my restaurant ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

My grandson loves this place. It's Chili's so the food is hit or miss. For me it was terrible, but my grandson was happy.

There was no service. If you are familiar with Chili's, it appears they no longer employee waitresses, only servers. They will bring your food out to you after that you're on your own. I can't see justifying a 10% tip for a person to simply bring my food out from the kitchen. The first time I ever gave a flat 10%. The burger was really tasty. I ordered a brisket burger. The appetizers seemed stale and / or overcooked, and the fries were certainly overcooked. I typically have two beers, but as I said, the waitress never came back. The restaurant was clean despite the crowd. And the place was not too loud. But the menu prices were quite high. It's absolutely not worth the price.

Our servers are always excellent- fast and friendly. Most of the food is great. We like the atmosphere and love to just sit and visit with friends over drinks and food. Just a few complaints: SUPER disappointed that the recipe for the Chicken Crispers has been changed- they look and taste like Chicken Express tenders. Second, we've had to send back a few salads because they always come out hot because they are placed on warmers while the rest of our food is being prepared, so now we just avoid ordering them. And the last complaint, about 9 times out 10, we get a grumpy and/or inattentive hostess - more than once, we've waited 5 minutes or more just to have our name taken to be seated because they ignore us when we walk in.

My order was wrong. Salad was wilted. Other food items were good.

To be fair they were packed for a Tuesday night. Didnt take long to get a table but we sat for 30+ min before a waitress came around. During that time a busboy (Aaron) asked us two times if anyone had been over. The second time I told him no, he went and rounded up a waitress. I hadn’t been to Chili’s in over a decade. I was hoping the food would pleasantly surprise me. It didn’t quite do that. The chips were very salty, the queso was not good. The ribs were OK, but again a little heavy handed on the salt and the Mexican street corn that came with the ribs was not edible for me. it definitely wasn’t the worst thing, but it’ll probably be another decade before I eat at Chili’s again. I understand living up to my expectations might be scaled a bit on the difficult side. Due to the years I was in service. We always give the benefit of busy nights or short staffing. All 3 times we have ordered curbside we have waited 20-30 mins for food, then to have them forget items and have to go in and wait. We always tip more than minimum and are patient people, but this is ridiculous at this point. Tips are earned, not required, we will no longer pre-tip, IF we choose to order from this chilis again.

The burgers were dry, which is unusual for this Chili's. The fry order with the burger is less than half what it usually is. Very disappointed.

I decided to give it another chance after not going for several years due to the fact my food was RAW the last time I went. Well, this time wasn't any better. The chicken was as tough as leather. The mac and cheese was mushy and old, the fries were hard, and my drink tasted awful. The only thing that was halfway decent was the quesadillia. I will not be returning. The server was ok.

I don’t have a problem paying the prices, but for nearly $14 the quesadilla explosion salad had very little lettuce. Was just quite small for a full size salad. It wad good but just left a lot to be desired. I even got the salsa and chips. And the container was half full. There wasn’t even a need for the full bag of chips. Just kind of disappointing.

our waitress and workers were amazing. We had one set of fajitas delivered with a hair in it, had sent that back. Five minutes later, the other set of fajitas arrived for another person, and after their first bite, they noticed a hair in those fajitas as well. One of the workers in the back did not have a hairnet, and he just had his hair pulled back in a ponytail. Very gross. Lost my appetite. They did remove the fajitas from my ticket and offered a 10% discount. So that was nice.

I come to this chilis regularly and I’m used to receiving below average service, but tonight was some of the worst service I have ever received. I believe my waitresses name was Maya, I was the only person at my table, and aside from bringing me my food and drink she totally ignored me to pay attention to her larger tables on a slow night. If this chilis doesn’t correct their, service issues they’re going to start losing customers.

Ordered Ribeyes they were tough, almost inedible.My wife's been sick so we did get takeout and when they tell you that they'll text you when your order is ready, they don't by the time I figured that out our food was on the lukewarm side. The sides were fine but trust me you don't want to pay over $53 for what was more like a cheap tough chuck steak than any ribeye I've ever eaten!

I have ordered from here for 10+ yrs, and I’m repulsed by the quality of the fajita party platter. Even after choking on a strip of tough beef, I electrically sharpened a kitchen knife and STILL had to saw through the beef 4 times before it cut. $50 dollars in the trash, and entirely family relying on sandwiches as a result.

this would ve been a five star review if it would ve just been about george. we got our food back from the kitchen wrong FIVE TIMES! george is an absolute superstar. he fixed everything right away and made sure we were content with it before moving onto other tables. the service from the kitchen is completely unacceptable. and to only get a five dollar discount after every single plate on our table was wrong! george needs a raise and yall need better kitchen staff! our food was so cold by the time they got everything right. we even spoke to the manager and he didn’t care! he brushed off our concerns and acted like we were the inconvenience! i’m so disappointed with this, i’m not even sure if i wanna go back because of how long it took for them to get it right!

Service was ok and food was decent. Took my son to the bathroom and witnessed staff members walk in, use the restroom, and walk out without washing their hands. Disgusting. Will not be back. Does anyone on the staff wash their hands? I shouldn’t have to wonder if my food is safe when dining out.

Ordered ribs and SW egg rolls to go. Ribs were burnt/old/sat in the oven too long, called to get a replacement and they had to get managers approval to not charge me again for the replacement. I brought them back and the second order was burnt even worse. Apparently, 8 tiny ribs is a $26 full order now. The $14 egg rolls were soggy or half cooked. I had family eat here at Cleburne Chili's last night and they said it wasn't good either.
