On more than one occasion, I've dined here for lunch. It's been exceptional each time. I choose to sit in the bar as I dine alone and it's well suited for seating yourself. The entrees I've picked both delight me in flavor quality and satisfy my larger than soup and salad appetite. Great service, and quality. I don't prefer the rolls if I was to make any non positive statement, as they seem a bit tough, but the fact that they come with the meal is nice. I will look forward to satisfying my appetite with this treasure by the name Pastafina again!!

Excellent service...hands down. I was expecting our bill to be astronomically high bc it's was my GFs son's graduation dinner. Atleast $150... Nope! Our waiter worked his magic and came back with a $64 tab. We were all shocked. So he got the remained of the $150 as his tip. What a cool guy 😎

Best Italian restaurant in Cleburne! Always tasty. I like their delivery and to-go. While other restaurants pack their food in plastic containers, Pastafina packs their food in FOIL containers. I don’t like to eat plastic and have it in my body. Good job! I recommend this place 👍

The food is great everything is made fresh, so much better than the Olive garden that it's not even funny. Cheaper too, they also do pizzas you can order and take home which are fresh made and cheaper then anything you can get at a Dominos. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they make it easy to pay and order, the atmosphere feels like you normal local Italian restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

I'm sorry. This restaurant is just too amazing. From soup, bread to pasta dishes and dessert, everything is always impeccable. Flavors you won't find anywhere or next block. Please give Pastafina a try. You will not be disappointed. Wonderful hostess, server and the kitchen staff must be amazing to care enough about their dishes to turn out food like this. If you are lucky and get sat in Jaci's section she will be sure to take great care of you! She has always been a top notch server for us!

Great Italian place. Food took a minute to come out but we were kept busy with the bread rolls. Our wait staff was on point with refills. That's key! Entrees were averaging $13-15. Very reasonable!

I’ve been here many times, but last night was probably the best. Pizza was fantastic. Salad was great and as usual the bread rolls were off out of this world!

We had a great meal while traveling through! The pizza crust actually had flavor and our four year old loved it. I got a tortellini Alla Panna and it was so full of flavor! Salads were also very good! They even had a really good sweet tea (which is hard to find). Glad we stopped! Greta food and a reasonable price!

The food is great. We live 45 mins away and this is one of our go-to places for Italian each time we visit Cleburne. If you love olive oil like we do, don't forget to order olive oil dipping sauce for your bread. I generally ask for crushed red pepper to add to my dipping sauce and food, if you care for some added spiciness.

Our favorite server is Doris. She is very attentive and is always fun. She is great at her job. I recommend the Chicken Parm. Its delicious!!

Had our small wedding reception at Pastafina. Wonderful experience! They kept our cake in the fridge along with our Sparkling Cider. Brought wine glasses for our toast......our waitress was VERY attentive! Price was very reasonable! Excellent place to party!!

This was our first time at Pastafina in Cleburne. We came in with a large party on a Saturday evening. The food was fantastic, and the service was absolutely amazing. Doris was our server and she truly made the experience special—she was so kind, attentive, and handled our big group with so much care and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area, and we hope Doris is working so we can request her again!

Went in a few weeks ago with my husband for dinner and definately will be going back. The food was great and the service was great. Doris was our server and was fast and goes the extra mile for her customers.😀 Definately will be going back.

I brought my family in last night for their first time. Our waitress was a Godsend, I have a picky family lol. She accommodated each one, satisfying them all with food, good conversation and antics with each one. I ask for her every time I'm in but last night took the cake. Doris Castaneda went above and beyond to send us off gat and happy. Food is excellent, pink sauce with manicotti is always my favorite. Thank you for your great personality and work ethic, Doris! Stopped in this evening and was really impressed. The place was spotless, including the restroom. The service was pleasant, attentive, and timely. The food was hot and fresh. If you love homemade soup - you need to give Pasta Fina a try! After a very disappointing Chicken & Gnocchi soup at the OG (next door) which had no chicken & was watery. I tried PF's Chicken and Poblano pepper and it was filled with shredded chicken and very creamy. It was the special of the day. Delicious - your taste buds will thank you for stopping by :)

Amazing rustic Italian restaurant, we ordered the pink sauce to dip the garlic knots (combination of Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce) and we're blown away. I had the ravioli al forno with giant ricotta stuffed ravioli covered in Alfredo and marinara sauce. My fiance had the chicken tetrazzinni, tender chicken covered in the pink sauce and red bell peppers on a bed of angel hair. Everything was 10/10 and we highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a good time at lunch with our friend. Even though there was a large party in front of us, the wait was fairly normal and our food came out piping hot. Compliments to the kitchen staff for juggling and working on those orders! The atmosphere tends to get pretty noisy and it would benefit patrons to have portable decorative sectional screens to attenuate the noise. The front doors are not for the weak and wonder if they have to be so stiff. Food was very tasty and our waitress was attentive to our needs and wants.

A wonderful little spot! The pasta is great and they offer a wide variety of baked pasta dishes. I love the manicotti and I can absolutely recommend any of the pasta dishes. So pretty good experience for us celebrating 23 yrs since our first date. The waitress was nice and pleasant along with being quite helpful and attentive. We had an order of the mussels marinara which was pretty good mostly with the exception that there was too much marinara on the mussels and one of the mussles shells were broken and the shell was in the meat ( not a deal breaker I just cleaned it out). I decided that I would get a personal pan Margherita pizza however I noticed that on the back of the menu was $8.99 but the lunch special was $1 more. Again no big deal, but I did inform the waitress just so they would know and which she did make sure that I was charged $8.99...which truth be told definitely will be coming back for the pizza over and over again. Toppings were perfect and fresh which is good but the best was the crust. It wasn't chewy, had just enough sauce/ dough ratio but that crisp cracker like crust that you could hear the crunch...ah that was perfect. My wife enjoyed her pasta which was great in flavor and was just perfect on the portion size. I'm still thoroughly happy about Pastafina every time we go. Thank y'all

It was our first time at Pastafina. We were told they were short staffed and it was a 30 minute wait, but we were seated after a few mins. But the food was not tasty. It needed more seasoning. The waitress was excellent she refilled our drinks before we asked for a refill. The bread and salad were great!

The place was nice. The service was good. The bread was not the best. Seamed stale. The appetizers were pretty tasty. I ordered the seafood combo and it was really good. The tap beer was good as well. Nice and cold.

My husband and I went in for an early dinner and everything was great. It was not crowded since it was a little on the early side for dinner. I'm not sure if they get busier/crowded at other times but there are plenty of seating options if so. The service was great, the food was very good, and the prices were reasonable.

My sister and I went on Sunday for dinner . We had an old-fashioned server, Colby. What I mean by that is this, he was very in tune with the concept of service, very genuine, very attentive, patient and very outgoing, and explained that he was new, but his experience & zeal of a Professional Server, spoke Volumes. Every time he left our table, his attention & focus were on us, his customers. He stood in close proximity every time, looking from afar. Colby is who servers today should be trained by.His politeness was not scripted or just pleasant enough to get a tip and get thru his shift. God's hand is on him to do what he does for the people and I've had to work in this field. It's really Not easy dealing with entitied ppl or out of controlled children Thank you, Colby

First, I must say the food was excellent!! The veal,pastas, sausage and peppers were fantastic, cheese cake to die for. But the service seriously lacking. We ordered an appetizer, and a meal that came with a salad. ALL was delivered at the same time. Our waitress was hard to find, and had no idea about menu items. Management and staff were very friendly. We will be back because it is well worth it. I would say prices are what you expect for what you get.

Excellent food. Service was extremely slow, and they were not very busy. Felt like I was invisible. Brought entree before my salad or drink. They seemed to have forgotten us. This is unusual for this establishment so I hope it is a one time occurrence.

The food is always excellent! The bar is small so it can get packed quick and there is not enough help. The bartender Rocky does a really good job at keeping up. The restaurant side is a decent size so there is usually not a wait. I love the Chicken Marsala!

My wife and I had lunch last Wednesday. The food was incredible but it’s the exceptional customer service we witnessed recently I’d like to acknowledge. It was lunch time anf busy. The seemed to be only server on the floor. She handled it very professionally. No one was left waiting. She was sitting people, taking orders and bringing food to tables. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and no mistakes were made on our orders. This is a very hard worker and this restaurant is lucky to have such an outstanding server. Her name is Doris and she is so nice and friendly. She had a smile on her face the whole time while doing the work of several workers. Thank you Doris for such a pleasant experience. We will be seeing you again next week.

Tried this place for the first time since moving to Cleburne, we had great service and everything was served very quickly! The food was good, it lacked a little in the flavor dept but I would eat here again. The pizza looks really good, planning on giving it a try one day for take home. They have the best cannoli in the area so far of the 3 ive had! Definitely will get another when I try the pizza.

To be honest this was my first time to try Pastafina. Only reason giving 4 stars is the marinara sauce could use more basil and/or garlic. I went ahead and ordered my meal with extra garlic after trying the marinara. Otherwise was a good experience.

We were there with 8 people last sunday. Food was ok, but as a restaurant vetran, I saw how short staffed on overwhelmed they were. Both waitresses were "slammed ", but we lucked out and got Doris. Food was pretty decent, but service was definitely worth coming back for.

I'm happy to report things are better. The food was great! The state of disrepair the restaurant was in, has been taken care of. We've eaten here many times since it has opened. We do not visit often. Good food, waiting staff, atmosphere, going to take out now...... restrooms clean, great parking awesome food. This was tonight and tomorrow's food. Our puppy loves the side chicken $3.00 of heaven for him. Is grilled and cut. He and we all love the food. Hope to see you there. They do have a bar and is always maintained and drunks told to leave. It's a great place for a date, family outings, meetings or quick dinner for a trip home. So, tip well and remember drink smart with a designated driver or uber yes even here in Cleburne!

Ordered the Chicken Marsala. What i usually get. This time, they did not clean the mushrooms properly, and It looked like someone lost their wig on top of my food, and in my food, it was bad. Even the waitress was like, "Oh my goodness, I've never seen this before. The manager came over and said it was the mushrooms and that he didn't know why it got served like that. They made me a fresh one with NO mushrooms, which really defeated the purpose of chicken marsala. I had to wait longer, and my husband had already eaten his food. The food was ok. The waitress was super nice. The atmosphere ok. I guess .I just saw that the employees were playing on their phones, and even the guy cleaning the tables he was cleaning while on his phone. Very disappointed in the food and lack of trying to make their mistake right.

Very nice on the inside. The inviting nature had me expecting a lot more though. Side salads were pretty small, and were basically just a bowl of lettuce w/ a couple cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Not really what you expect from a decent Italian restaurant. Would’ve been nice to have some crotons, olives, onions, etc. Entree portions also seemed a little small, but the price was fair. Wish the chicken parmigiana had a half and full size portion, would’ve loved an option for an additional piece of chicken, as that was the best part. Marinara was very thin, and lacking depth of flavor. Comparable to an off the shelf sauce in a jar. And apparently you don’t get garlic bread with your meal, and have to order it separately as an appetizer. It comes as a buttered/toasted split loaf and is extremely crispy. Not sure why there’s so many pics of soft garlic knots, we weren’t offered anything like that.

I wasn't impressed with the lack of seasoning on the food. The service was just ok They were busy when we arrived. We got the salads together but the food all came out separately. 3 of us were done eating and waited for the last 2 meals to come out. The waitress did a great job keeping the drinks filled and checking on us. The atmosphere was nice.

The atmosphere here is great. However, the food is okay. We ordered an Alfredo to go with the bread because the bread was dry and seemed old. When the server brought more bread to the table it was much fresher. The server should have tossed the old bread. She didn’t make herself very available either. The entrees were okay too. I orders the chicken Marsala. Honestly, I make a better gravy for this dish at home. I was a bit disappointed. My husband ordered the shrimp Alfredo and was also let down. He did not like the shrimp tails still attached which made him have to fish them out and get his fingers saucy. This establishment could have done so much better.

The first set of bread was hard. We ordered the Alfredo sauce and received fresh soft bread with it, however the Alfredo sauce was very bland. Not knowing this I ordered chicken fettuccine as my main dish. The chicken tasted like canned chicken and was not edible. My husband ordered the Michaela Angelo tortellini which was much more flavorful. Server was great and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Thier tomato sauces need to improve for my taste I'm used to new york style marinara sauce and old fashion red sauce thier sauce is not that great now for thier pizza especially thier margarita pizza out standing

We keep trying to eat here but CONSISTENTLY the kitchen and service in general sucks. 10+ minutes to get drink refills, waiting 45+ minutes for food, it not coming out together and STILL having to wait longer. Currently sitting here waiting for boxes and the check… it’s been 5+ minutes… Nothing happens at even close to “normal” speed… Olive Garden that just went in is gonna crush this place

Seated in a booth toward the back. The AC fan was rattling making the music indistinguishable behind this rattling sound. My first experience was great many years ago. The noodles were clean with the right thickness and texture with perfect seasoning with the grated cheese option. The table bread is still just as good today as it was the first week they opened. The food and service has taken a big decline over the years. The noodles are now the fine thin spaghetti pasta, pre-coated with sauce and double topped with the meat-sauce. Making the meal all about the sauce and the pasta is lost. Maybe, it would be better if I ordered something else. Spaghetti should be an easy perfect dish. Today there were approximately 5 tables of people and two waitresses working. My drink became empty and placed it at the end of the table hoping the waitress will see and refill or come ask. I ended up taking sips from my honey's drink. Eventually she came out. I ordered a different drink. The bartender brought the second drink out, where I asked the bartender for a refill of the bread for the table. As you might know, I waited a bit for her to bring the ticket at the end. I asked her at that point not to walk away as I gave her my card. She came back and asked how things were. I did give the waitress the pointer at this point, that with the place pretty empty, she should keep a closer eye out on her tables she is waiting. I really just want the place to know that a simple spaghetti meal should not be compromised so, so much. My honey did not eat his lasagna. He ate about three bites and spoke of the lack of seasoning. I should have gone to R and K instead.

All the food was cooked earlier in the day. Chicken was dry and old all 4 plates were not good. The manager even said the food was cooked earlier in the day he also mentioned there's no competition for Italian food that's why it's bad

Took my family in tonight because I was told it was a great place. We were seated after a brief wait to clean off the table. Once we were seated by the hostess, we never saw a waitress at all.the hostess came back to the table to tell us our waitress will be right with us the first time. After a good 5-minute wait the hostess returned again to say our waitress would be right with us and brought us some bread. We kept making eye contact with the different waiters and waitresses that were walking around us. But nobody came back to the table. No one asked us for our drinks, nobody and I mean it no one came back to that table and we sat there and waited menus open, menus closed, still making eye contact with every one of the wait staff. Including the the same hostess. No one ever came back my family and I waited there a good 15-20 minutes. That is no exaggeration. I was very disappointed. We live in Crowley, so it is not just a up the road drive. Needless to say I will never know how this food tastes...

When I placed my order I was told it would be ready in 20min. When I showed up I had to wait a total of 40min. I get home and this is the most disappointing chicken parmesan I have ever had I couldn’t even eat it. It was literally a frozen dinner that they popped in the microwave. I will never come back to eat here.

Not sure if Pastafina’s is under new ownership; however, the food lacks quality. My family and I chose to have lunch for Father’s Day there and were disappointed. Each chicken parmigiana served was “spongy”. The server didn’t take into account that the food was not fully cooked and the manger didn’t attempt to make things right either. Will never be returning, since they don’t seem to care about the quality of food they serve. I will be dining at Giovanni’s from here on out.

The restaurant is beautiful. I ordered a simple pasta and Italian sausage. The sausage came sliced, half burnt and hidden under the pasta, almost intentionally. The pasta was smothered in sauce, too much ! The service was inexperienced even to the most basic details; forget about the small things like removing the menu after ordering and forgetting to deliver the salad before the entree. Asked for salt on the margarita rim and the waiter couldn’t figure it out. Nice guy, but spent most of his time telling us how sorry he was. He was not sufficiently trained unfortunately. Not his fault! It’s management’s fault for expecting him to learn on the fly. Not a good experience. In a nut shell, the service did not match the ambiance. Unfortunate experience.

As a walked into the restaurant the hostess was very welcoming she even got us a booster seat for my child. After watching what seemed to be waitress after waitress walk by and not say anything I already knew where this was going. We walked out. Sounds like the manager doesn't have good communication with their staff members. Maybe just the wrong manager on duty tonight. That would be giving the benefit of the doubt. However positive note if you are ready to hang out at a bar it looked like they had good service in that section.

Never felt a need to make a review on something being bad until now. Had to have been the worst dining experience I've ever had, not only did they forget to get us a server for the first 30 minutes of siting at our table they made us wait 2 hours to get sub par flavorless food and gave us a full bill after apologizing for make mistake after mistake after mistake that's fine I'll pay the bill but I won't be going back and everyone who will listen to me complain about it will know not to go here.

Went to have a New Years dinner only to be once again provided with unprofessional customer sevice seems to be the trend now! Asked for lemon with water did not get it. Asked again still did not get it. Was asked if we wanted more bread said yes never came. Asked where is the bread? Oh let me see if cook put more in the oven really then why did you offer it? Watched two new people come in to be seated and was served bread. The food took a really long time to be served as well. The food finally came the salmon was burnt & bread on stromboli was hard with no flavor & side salad is $4.00 for lettuce with 1 tomato and 1 slice of cucumber that's it! They did not offer parmesan nor did server ask about drink refills. This big female that was our server had no customer service skills at all! The manager was approached about the matters and also was no help! He offered $5.00 off bill. He did not seem to be concerned about his employee's diservice or poor quality of food. I even said to the poor excuse of a manager....at your restaurant I should not have to serve myself. I had to go to the bar to get the lemons we asked your server 2x for that she failed in her job duties to produce. She could of advised that the bread would take time to cook even though she should of checked on availabilty before offering it in the first place! As a person who works hard for their money I refuse to come here again to spend it.....bad customer service & lack of skills is becoming to trend in public places. These businesses will eridicate themselves as hard working people will not return to places like these to continue to do business. We will go where we can get good quality food & portions as well as where we are appreciated for our time & our money!
