I took my kids inside, we usually use the drive thru. They loved the play area even though it seems quite small inside. The food is great and fresh as usual and the cashier was cool and friendly.

Chick-Fil'A's are known for their quick drive throughout but this one is extra fast. Barely had enough time to finish writing my review lol. Plus, they have a little refreshment tent thing for their employees. That's cool.

The food was fresh and great. I did a curbside pickup and the service was quick. The curbside traffic could be better if the flow of the drivethru traffic gets changed a bit. Other than that, I will be back and support this business. Thank you for everything.

To start, there were 20 of us and it was getting pretty close to their closing time. We had just finished a match against another school and got hungry so we went to Chick-fil-A. They let us order and eat there. They were really nice and got all of the orders done really fast. The food was great. I got a spicy deluxe meal and man that hit the spot after hours in the 100+ heat running around. Great location and overall a great company. Thank y’all so much!

Clean restaurant. Young friendly staff. It's nice to see the younger generation get out and work. Closed on Sundays. Good food, and service. Quick service in the drive through as well. Spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. Along with the waffle fries. The chicken tenders are tasty as well.

I take my son here to play and I can enjoy reading a book or journaling. They've always been so nice and attentive every time I go here even with my son who goes up with the receipt for his ice cream. Food is always great so definitely no complaints there. They've never messed up an order and the place stays very clean. I think the team is doing a wonderful job and I wish them all great things to come!

I don’t usually leave reviews for Chick-fil-A because the service is always good—but today definitely deserved one. Caden was incredibly well-spoken, professional, and carried himself with poise, even while being completely slammed. I only eat the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Its the only thing I've ever ordered. Somehow, (and this is not exclusive to this particular chick fil a) every time I have ordered it this year I have been handed something different. Today was one of those bad days where everything that could go wrong did, I worked a 10 shift overnight. My car overheated. Shark week started out of the blue (girls know) and of course, craving a Spicy Deluxe and finally being awake past breakfast time, I stopped by Chick Fil A.... ordered through the drive through, got home, FINALLY sat down.... and found a grilled chicken sandwich. I'm convinced this is a universe thing not the stores fault. I called, and the manager answered immediately, I asked if he could just please have a hot Spicy Chicken Deluxe ready for me and he did. I made it back and was given the right sandwich. My day has finally turned around lol I appreciate the sincerity, professionalism and compassion so much. It was a bad day but it's all better now.

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Order was up quick and brought to our table with a smile. We got a free refill on our drinks. The whole place was run very well with great heart and pride in a job well done. One of the staff walked around asking if everything was good. They appreciated the feedback om anything and everything. This was our first experience in Chick-fil-A and we know why it was so busy. Great food. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. Employee Karri was so very pleasant .She was patient and kind by assisting my company orders and helping me with mine. I truly appreciate Kerri help and her customer service. Before leaving , I had one more purchase, a special item for a family member . Maybe a manager with a pink shirt with little designs on it ? I do not know his name, except I do recall his shirt being super tight . He was in need of a safety pin to fix his shirt , I would have offered one, but he was rude or grumpy with no customer concern nor care in his attitude...one apply destroys a tree. :( A great experience to a frown .

For fast food, it’s pretty good. However, this location does not live up to the chick fil a standard that we all know and love. Very slow compared to other locations, and orders are often times incorrect.

Food is usually decent, but most other CFAs allow you to order lunch before 10:30. I don't even mind waiting an extended period of time. They're also pretty stingy with rewards, whereas i'm constantly getting them from Waco and Burleson CFAs.

Leave it to Cleburne to screw up ChickFilA. CFA is the best fast food I stop at across the country. Hands down the best customer service. Never had an issue, even in Waco LOL. Stopped by Cleburne store maybe 10 times since they opened (closest to my home). They have screwed up my order 3 times. Went through the drive-through, And the girl who took my order, saw my dog with me and told me to ask for a pup cup at the window when I received my food. When I got to the window, I said hey the girl who took my order told me to ask for a pup cup for my dog we just got done with a little run, The manager seemed very confused and the manager at the window came by and snapped, “ No, we don’t do that” I replied OK, no problem sorry guys, And the manager replied again, “ No, we don’t do that, Sorry” A very snippy tone like he was annoyed that I even had the audacity to ask one of his employees told me to ask for one. Recently this location has been struggling. When dining in, tables are mostly dirty in the evenings. This morning, ordering food curbside, after waiting 20 minutes, I found my food waiting in the “mobile order” bin, cold. After waiting 5 additional minutes to talk to a manager I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge my presence and left.

This store is simply not like the Burleson one. They constantly leave out ketchup, I quit ordering the larger fruit cup because they never got it right. And today the nuggets you could tell were old. The people are nice, but the Burleson one is just better.

I LOVE chick fil a. But this one in Cleburne is an exception to all good Chick Fil A restaurants. Super slow, incompetant staff... no one actually cares. I ordered a 12 piece grilled nugget and got 9. Someone needs to tell the kids working there that they actually need to count them. Its far too expensive to only get a portion of your order.

Chick-fil-A Cleburne is going to have to step up their game to compete with the new growth happening in Cleburne. They workers are friendly but the Service speed is slower than molasses. I waited 15 min for a simple order for 2 chicken biscuits. In Arlington or Mansfield they would have had them ready by the time I got to the window

I ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup. I got chicken noodles soup with saltine crackers. Very disappointing because I did not get what I ordered. In addition I paid over $5 for 3 teeny, tiny, seriously overcooked, dry chicken tenders. The worst food ever. I will not return to Cleburne Chick-fil-A. Burleson does a much better job.

First off, I just want to say I'm a huge Chick-fil-A fan. It's awesome! Unfortunately the cleburne location is not holding up what has become the Chick-fil-A standard. We have been here about 6 times since they've opened, and there has always been a tremendous wait time in the drive through, which we all know is not normal for Chick-fil-A. I know you have to wait, but I've never set in any Chick-fil-A drive through line for more than 30 minutes, even when the line is wrapped around the building. They constantly forget things, which is understandable to an extent, I'm not going to get bent out of shape over forgotten condiments. But then this last time we go and we have to scream our order in over the intercom because the girl couldn't here us I guess then we get to the window and she hands me our drinks in a carrier as she's spilling them over the side and instead of wiping them off she continues to hand them to me while they spill out. Then we get home and half our order is missing, as well as our straws and condiments that we asked for twice. So needless to say the Cleburne Chick-fil-A is a serious stain on Chick-fil-A's reputation. We live here in town, and I will be driving to burleson for Chick-fil-A before I ever go back to this joke of a place!

I have no issue with the food or the chain. My complaint is that the kids having to stand out in the sun is not only not necessary, but it is annoying & inefficient. They could be inside doing other things & taking orders from a headset. I don't need them to stand by the menu & manually take the order. I don't need them to tell me to follow the car ahead of me. Why does every fry ordered from Chick-fil-a turn out limp,cold. Years ago I worked at a Chick-fil-A, and we never,never severed cold limp fries. Maybe it's for the elderly community. That's how fries are served in nursing homes. Why can you go anywhere else an get hot crisp fries?

Absolutely disgusted by the service and management!!! My mom ordered a shake forgetting to ask for no whip and cherry. She kindly asks them to take off the whipped cream resulting in the employee taking it back, putting her hand in the shake, and scooping out the whipped cream. They handed the shake back to my mom as if her hand was not just in her food/ drink. My mom informed the manager about this, he laughed and then handed her a dessert coupon as if it was no big deal and sent my mom on her "merry way". What kind of service and management is that? Disgusting! They need to be checked for not following regulations and food safety procedures and protocols.

To start off, we walked in and no one greeted us and it took them a while to come to the register and tend to us and a couple other customers. Then turns out they have a policy where if they mess up your order you only have a week to claim it, unlike canes where they let you come back anytime, like the guy told me when I called they had messed up. Then we ordered just a sandwich and it took them over 30 minutes to get it to us. The staff was not as nice as they have been at other CFA restaurants. The lady that seemed that she was in charge of the inside of the restaurant paid more attention to her Apple Watch than the people coming into the place. Worst cfa experience ever.

Super frustrated with Chick fil a in Cleburne! We came in to town to have lunch with our niece and we got her a kids meal and they said that they dont do fries until 10:30, it was 10:15 and we asked if they could make an exception and they said no. The girl at the register said that “McDonald’s doesn’t do it either”. Well that’s why I came to CFA because they are different and usually are more than happy to accommodate people but not in Cleburne! It sucks that they aren’t able to work with people! Never coming back to this location!

Went to Chick-fil-A when they opened at 8am for breakfast. Waited in drive thru for 26 min and was asked to move. Everyone behind me getting their food. Me still waiting. The manager comes out and explains that my card was charged for the order behind me and I would be refunded back for their $14.37 order, it will take 2-3 days. Didn’t offer anything for the error. Still no refund for the additional order. Called corporate who said the store managers have 2-3 days to call me back. No call back. I called the store this morning and spoke to Jordan, who said that she was sorry and that I would need to call my bank. So at this point I have been inconvenienced and they have still yet to offer me anything for my inconvenience other than an I’m sorry. I even gave her the chance to make it right on that phone call. Nope nothing other than I’m sorry you will have to call your bank. Super frustrating and they don’t care. I’ve never been treated like this at other fast food places. They at least try to make things right. Terrible place to go in Cleburne.

The service here is ridiculously horrible & slow, there is no consistency and the staff is not friendly at all! They rarely include a fork with a salad or grilled nugget order, I've been told they cannot make the fries extra crispy, most of the time the fries barely seem to even be cooked. Curbside orders should be on a first in first our service yet I watched 6 people who arrived after me get their food before me. Just ridiculous!!

If I could rate my experience with zero stars I would! Reasons: 1.) My deluxe chicken sandwich and fries were given to me cold!! 2.) The chicken also smelled spoiled and old... I ended up throwing it in the trash!! 3.) The lemonade tasted like lemon water. This was honestly a waste of my money and by far the worst experience I've ever had with Chick-fil-A.

The last 2 times I've gone I've asked for my usual order 12 nuggets with a large frie and a diet coke no ice, yet they have managed to messed each time

When you go to a Chick-fil-a you expect to have a good meal and to be comparable to other Chick-fil-A's. Had my order made wrong. They fixed the error but the chicken sandwich they gave me was extremely fatty and almost as thin as the slice of cheese on the sandwich (mostly breading). I think the franchise is losing their quality of good and consistency.

At least it's warm... aside that it's always wrong weither it's a forgotten item or leaving pickles on. The drive thru is sssslllllloooowwww. You would almost be faster just driving to the burleson location. At least there they make it how you ask it to be made and make it lightning fast.

Caution!! I don’t even want to give 1 star. A server at this establishment does not wash their hands or the food was undercooked. I never complaint but today was the worst experience they drive thru is packed and I waited to only get a chicken strip meal and I have to wait 10 minutes to get in and 10min parked - I was helped by Vicky I asked for a refund and when she went to her window she started laughing at me.

Not sure in what capacity that its okay for an employee off the clock to go behind the counter and make their drinks.

Ordered two meals with there fries and a cup of soup on the side I got one fry and the cup of soup they don’t pay attention and when I told them about it they said they only charged me for one fry so I had to pay 2.90 for additional fry

We ordered two biscuits right before breakfast for carry out. There’s no reason not to leave an order out for AT LEAST an hour. We got there 40 minutes later and they had already thrown them out. I called about it, and they told me to come back — that they would take care of. We get there the next time, to find out there’s this whole process. That the guy I talked to should have taken our names, put it in the system. It was just a really bad experience. We never complain, even at times when we should have. We’re not trying to get free stuff, and to be made to feel that way, when we’re just trying to get back what we lost? This chick fil a just sucks in our experience.

Terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. Dirty tables everywhere, garbage cans didn’t have liners in them, and none of it was corrected while we were there (kids even played in the play area).

It's extremely unfortunate that I've got to write a negative review for Chick-fil-A. I have been a Chick-fil-A customer for over 20 years. I have visited locations all over this country. Never once have I been told that they would not do the lunch menu at request during breakfast hours... Especially 6 minutes from the 10:30 conversion to the lunch menu. I've attached an image showing the time. It took me 4 minutes to start this review. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better. Edit: On reading other reviews it appears that this location just has a failure to learn. There have been multiple complaints for similar issues. When one person tells you something, you can ignore it. However, when you hear it time and time and time again... maybe it's you that's wrong. I strongly encourage corporate to step in because this CFA is getting it very wrong and hurting the brand by upsetting lifelong customers.

Besides the drive thru being notoriously slow the customer service is horrendous!! On a recent visit I ordered a large fruit cup that was not even a quarter of the way full, you could see the bottom of the cup. I called and was told that they would replace it on my next trip. 8 days later I went by and asked about getting it replaced when I placed my order. I was told that they only will replace it for 7 days. I was not informed that it had to be within 7 days so that means I paid 6.00 for nothing. I even called later to verify with the manager. I will not darken the doorsteps of the Cleburne location again.

The level of service and how long it takes to get simple drive-thru items at this particular location is absurd. I drive all over DFW for work and can confidently say that I avoid the Cleburne location as much as possible. It takes forever to get your food, there's never anyone proactively taking orders ahead of the speaker, sat in line for 15 mins this morning waiting... With everyone else ahead of me. Line didn't move for a full 7mins of the 15 Mins. Maybe instead of radio stations setting up tents out front, the owner could get help to train the staff to better function like every other location!!

Historically every Chick-fil-A is pretty good the people are nice ......not Cleburne they never get my order right ,I just got a parfait that I love so much with no strawberries ,called was told that there's a strawberry shortage. maybe mention that whenever I order it.Then was told by the manager oh well I just need to add that into training!! No it's common sense if you're out of strawberries and somebody order something with strawberries say hey we don't have any strawberries would you like just blueberries! it's not that hard and it's not that serious it's strawberries but come on staff is rude thing about it is people are still going to go cuz it's Chick-fil-A but they shouldn't

Ordered inside to go and instead of calling my name to get order, it was placed in the order pickup area like it was a DoorDash order. Only employee that helped was Chloe who seen us waiting for over 10 minutes. Food is now cold and not fresh. Employees too busy carrying on personal conversations and horseplay instead of making sure guests get their order. Even the cashier who took the order saw us just standing around. Just terrible service today without it even being a rush inside or drive through

Terrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes in line just to get home and realize half my order was missing. Called the manager and he acted like it was my problem — super rude and unhelpful. When I went back, the staff had no idea what was going on, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing food. Completely unorganized and disappointing, definitely not the Chick-fil-A service I’m used to. I work in customer service and management myself, so I completely understand mistakes happen — but this could’ve been handled better.

Me and my hubby got food poisoning within an hour after eating chicken from here on Monday night. We have never been so sick in our entire life. My husband had to take 2 days off work. We spent $500 + getting iv therapy + zophran to help us bc we are so miserable. I will never eat here ever again. So sick we can’t even take care of our 6 year old , luckily my parents came to the rescue and have watched her the past couple days & took her to school when they live an hour away. Super disappointed, bc we love chickfila. This ruined it for us. A miserable week for us that could have been prevented . The chicken was undercooked.

So we odrered in drive thru, it’s more convenient for us..we had no issues with employees they were mostly all very kind, the manager was so rude, we ordered and paid for a lot of food in drive thru, when I took my bowl of soup out it was cold yuck’ the bowl was slightly warm so I tried to eat it, but it just got colder, this was frustrating because I went inside with receipt asked for help, I told the young worker it was so cold that I was not able to eat it he touched bowl and said oh yeah it’s cold. The manager walked with a ugly look on his face, I approached him to ask if I could order one more thing he, gave me a half smile horrible attitude and said oh’ I can’t buy he can put a order for you right here. They guy clearly was busy taking a lady’s and her kids orders, lobby was empty no one was in there trying to order, I was just standing there waiting to order one simple large waffle fries while I wait on my soup! By that point I was so upset to see atleast 7 workers and no more be at register, I get it was nearly 8:pm there’s no excuse how that manager acted!!! , but come one it was one customer waiting in the lobby, the manger could of rang me up instead telling me he will get you, and make me stand and wait for no service! Soup finally came out 12 mins later my husband and son were already almost finished eating when I finally grabbed my food from them! Before that he yelled at one of the employee it was a young guy, boy the young guy humbled himself, I give him props for that! (The manager was being lazy!!!? That’s the word., Y’all need a NEW MANAGER ASAP REPLACE HUM HE OBVIOUSLY HATES HIS JOB!!

We just purchased a kids meal. We ordered with the chocolate milk as the drink. After my daughter took a sip she complained about the taste being off. The expiration date on the bottle is 5/04/25. I called the store, spoke with Jack the store manager and he stated the company had mislabeled the product. Stating the expiration date on it is 5/4/29. I don’t believe it because i haven’t known of a milk product that is good for 4+ years. Jack was no help.

Uodate- havent been here in 8 months since last bad review. Maybe its worse now. Ordered a chicken biscuit with pepper jack... wasnt edible, cooked way too long to the point it was hard. Apparently the franchisee doesnt care or you would see a response to all these negative comments. Time to change the grease, the chicken was the worst I've EVER had at CFA, absolutely terrible today. Service was off as well
