Im not discrediting anyone elses underrated review, but every time my kids and I stop here, its like we are at home. (Maybe because its day shift? Idk. But I love them.) AJ, Brandy, and Dallas have greeted and took care of us better than family in this location. Always takes care of anything we ask or need. I dont really know the cooks, but our food (bone-in meal packs and fries) is always on point. Im sure they want a break, but we love to come see them!! When nothing else goes right.. we go get Wingstop. 🫠❤️🥰

I was hesitant of ordering from here because of the reviews but I really wanted Wingstop so took a chance. My order was ready on time (for pick up). I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. My wings and fries were cooked perfectly and my blue cheese dip was full. I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back.

I have a different experience every time I come here. Sometimes the service is over the top, sometimes mid, sometimes downright rude. I never know what I'm walking into, total mixed bag. The food is mostly mid, but its fast and hot. I have to admit that I love the season fries, and the blue cheese is top tier. Its one of the few fast food places in town that has caffinated root beer.

The fries aren't very good anymore. They aren't the same. I'm not sure why people do this. Take a great thing that's working and change it. Maybe to squeeze a little bit more profit out of it. Not sure, but the fries aren't really good anymore. They used to be awesome. They were the main reason that we would go.

Closed at midnight. Online it says open till 1am. False advertisement! My next visit, I saw a cook drop a wing on the floor and pick it right back up....this is not my uncle's back porch with a deep fryer. This is a place of business. Unacceptable! ****UPDATE**** Been a few months since I've eaten here because of my last experience(watching a cook drop a wing then pick it back up, as if 5 second rule is OSHA standard). Hasn't gotten any better, more they can't even finish cooking the wings properly before they hit the floor...

Crappy customer service at this location. Nobody at the front counter and when I asked that person to help, she stated she is not working counter as another two minutes passed. I ordered two orders for separate houses and they put all the wings in one box instead of two like normal and they ain't busy so there shouldn't be easy reason to be lazy. It's a very inconvenie and the workers including manager do not care what happens and shows a lot.

With my online order they forgot all my sides of ranch, gave me a large water when I paid for a large coke, and it was an hour late. I've been trying to get in contact with the manager for a 2nd day in a row and they just don't care.

They DON'T take cash!!!!! As a veteran this is how I feel. That is UN-AMERICAN!!! If you don't take American currency in America, it's should be considered Communism. Food is subpar for the price ya pay. I don't blame the staff, they were polite and friendly. They can't help what Corporations do. As an American i can NOT and will NOT recommend Wing Stop until they change their ways.

I walked in to get my mobile order, I had to wait forever because all of the employees looked at me but no one came to take my order. The girl who gave me my food was so rude, she literally rolled her eyes when I said thank you? I think they are all high 24/7 because these people have the worst customer service I’ve seen. I ordered the crispy tenders, I think they gave me some leftovers. They were cold and hard, and the sauce is all dried up? It costs $2 extra for ranch, so you’d think they’d at least fill up the tiny ranch cups but they were each only half full or less. They give half as many fries as they used to, they were cold as well of course.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a delivery and received no RANCH . . Called up there & she’s like you can receive credit or come up here like excuse me there’s a reason I ordered a delivery tipped the driver etc and yall want me to drive up there? Insane so then she gets me the shift lead and he’s like I can refund , not the first time this happens to me , one time I placed an order and my order was in the trash!!! I got there to pick up and they’re like we don’t have your order and they end up finding the receipt in the trash!! Insane.

First time going in ordered meal for me and my wife came to 28.00,pulled billfold out to pay in cash, guy behind register told me they don't take cash, I was shocked at the least, wanted card only, which I firmly refused to do, so turned around and walked out, I'm astonished think how much money they lose every day, the guy behind register couldn't tell me why except it was a corporate policy, but leaves me wondering do they not trust their employees with cash, afraid of getting robbed, surely not here in Cleburne, my thinking it's the employees so why would they hire dishonest ones,if there honest why would they work for a co.that doesn't trust them, it's the first and last time I'll ever go to wingstop anywhere, I'm just 1 of hundreds I'm sure and they don't care about customers or they make to much money. ,

Almost everytime I come something is wrong with my order or I wait 30+ minutes. I called and complained about burnt Frys and half full ranch they offered to remake my meal and when I arrived to pick it up no one knew what I was talking about and the woman who figured it out was rude and very short with me.

This place is always a mess so I stopped coming here. But being pregnant with cravings I decided to take a chance. I ordered delivery today and the order was wrong. I ordered the boneless lemon pepper(dry rub) and got some sauce flavour that is absolutely horrible instead of the dry rub, this happens every time I ordered here. The large seasoned fries were more like an extra small portion that was cold and unseasoned. Still a disappointment.
