They have everything you need if you are just needing to pick up food items. Fresh OJ and milk. The ground beef is quality beef. The employees are awesome and friendly. No mask nazis fussing at you. Local business........please support them! Of course anything you order off the menu, inside or through the drive, is consistently correct and delicious!

The store was very clean, even behind the counter and around the ice cream and food. The bathroom was also clean. I had the grilled chicken salad. You can actually taste how much better the chicken is because it's hormone and antibiotic free. It's one of the reasons we eat chicken here. It tastes wonderful like it should. My husband and grand daughter got hamburgers and they were really good. Of course we had to have some ice cream and it was really fantastic too. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Kudos to the Braums in Cleburne!

Had the double meat cheese burger. It was hot fresh and delicious. Milk shakes were thick and delicious. Service was very prompt and professional. Went through drive thru. Didn't have to wait long at all. If you're in town and hungry definitely would recommend stopping by.

Wife and I just wanted something sweet, so we drove to our local Braum's. I ordered a Dr Pepper, wife ordered the yogurt swirl in a cone. Both were just as expected delish! I was even given a thank you for my service in the Marine Corps, because I had the logo on my debit card. Thank you for the great service, and a great experience and awesome food and treats! I love me some ice cream! That's reason enough for 5 stars. Service at this particular location is hit and miss. Sometimes you get you're food pretty quick and other times you have a 20-30 minute wait. Everyone is always polite, so no real complaints.

I took a friend out for ice cream to celebrate his birthday and the lady behind us tried to pay for our bill. It was so sweet of her. The young people in the drive through are refreshingly friendly. The great ice cream made the way asked it the bonus!

Burgers are good and the kids love the place. Restrooms where very clean to the point I thought I could eat off the floor. Service was top notch and really impressed me for the type of restuarant it is. Price was reasonable for the amount of food and the size of the patties. Ice cream of course was and always will be the best part of this trip. Update: Everything is still great.

The ice cream is the bomb. The burgers are the truth. If you haven't had Braum's you are definitely missing out. I recommend everyone try it because you will not be disappointed.

When I go for lunch to this location there aren't many cars in the drive thru, but the burgers and fries here are pretty good. I like that they don't have a long line because it's convenient for me when I have a short period of time for lunch. I can quickly run through the drive thru and pick something up to eat.

Like any braums the food a d ice cream was excellent. The one negative at this location is how long we were there. It took incredibly long for our food. Braums restaurant food is not quite as good as typical fast food burger restaurants. It is tolerable for the ice cream. The ice cream is the best! Great selection of ice cream products and most are primo! The dairy store is fantastic! The have higher quality milk than most grocery stores at good prices along with all the ice cream products available in the ice cream parlor and more.

Great ice cream! Got a huge double scoop, though the wife's was considerably smaller for her double scoop, the burgers while cheap were dry, stale, and uninspired so grab the ice cream and head elsewhere for a meal.

If you use the drive thru they are slow to take orders, and will have you pull forward to wait 20 min. But the food was hot, ice cream cold, they apologized about the wait and were nice aside the long waits.

Always a pleasure to visit a Braum's store. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is always with a smile, prices are moderate, and portions generous. When you're done with your meal you can treat yourself to wonderful ice cream or shop for your favorite staples in the store.

Just left drive thru and we had to change our order a few times bc we were indecisive on ice cream flavors but Gianna was super nice and patient our order was made fast, hot and fresh. We come here often and sometimes it is hit or miss. The biggest miss are all the flies which is gross inside and sometimes for food it does take way too long. Other than that we’ve never had a rude person and food has always been good.

I love the food here (four-cheese combo or get some chili-cheese fries.) I would recommend to dine indoors or use the fresh market grocery. Drive-thru is inconsistent and sometimes takes longer than just dining in. They always forget our straws but I love the milkshakes and the big sweet teas on a warm day.

The food is good but the service is mid. I enjoy the price and flavor of the junior double cheeseburger. However, I always order no pickles and it ends up 50/50 if it turns out that way. The fries are not my favorite but the chili is awesome and can improve the fries by dipping them. Overall it's a solid place for a quick bite and the prices are more than fair.

The food was really good, though they didn't get the order entirely correct, and service was good as well. We went through the drive thru and ordered number ones. My husband asked for no sauce, though it had sauce on it anyhow, but it all tasted really good, so no big deal.

sometimes it’s clean, sometimes it’s not. i guess it depends on the day and time you go. the burgers use to be big but over time it started to shrink. the fries are salty which some people may like, but some people may not. the newer people need to be trained a little bit better considering the fact that the ice cream line is out the door sometimes 😊 but overall great atmosphere depending on who is working, when you go, and what time you go.

I like the food and ice cream and frozen yogurt and the shopping portion of shop even the servers are friendly most the time. My only problem is the drive through sometimes you sit there for ever if there is a long line because the person taking orders has you waiting for minutes before you can even start to order and the person in front of you too.

Saturday morning around 8:30. Went through the drive thru. Very very slow. No other cars in line, and it took 5 minutes for them to take my order. They said they were "backed up" but there were only 6 cars in the parking g lot and that included employees cars. Then they had me pull around front to wait for my order. Again, no other cars in line. After another 5 minute wait a girl, who seemed like she would rather be anywhere else, finally brought out my order. Food was fine but nothing was complicated.why the long wait times?

Braum's burgers are good. Not the best but not the worst. Love their fries. My reason for going to Braum's is their limeades and cherry limeade. This location consistently makes poor limeades. It seems the syrup is forgotten nearly every time. Shakes are about the same. I want to go there but normally find other places to meet the need.

Great shakes. But boyfriend went to use restroom while I ordered our shakes. A worker walked in and supposedly tried to "scare" my boyfriend.. the kid is lucky he didn't get hit. You don't walk in a customer in the restroom like that. Great way to make your company lose service. Luckily we love their shakes.

Ordered three shakes, all tasted great but we're not mixed well. Had to go inside as the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Looked like they had one girl working the ice cream counter for inside and one poor guy working drive thru ice cream orders alone Several workers including a manager standing around watching those two work their tail feathers off.

Usually great. The last 2 times I've been the burgers have been dry and very light on toppings. It was like the meat had been under a heat lamp for far too long.

I can't give anymore than 3, and considered giving two stars. Why? I only come to braums for ice cream. The last year or so I often encounter the same scenario, like today. I ask for a tuxedo sundae. The girl asks someone what goes on that. Well she mixed up the fudge and marshmallow toppings, putting them on the wrong kind of ice cream. The marshmallow was half on half in the middle of the two scoops. It was just a mess. Every now and then you'll get an employee you can tell has made something a bunch of times but it's few and far in between.

They are lucky to have good food... The customer service at this location has really gone down hill these last couple of months. I understand being short staffed and having to wait on food, but that is no excuse for terrible customer service. A "Hello, thanks for waiting" makes waiting more bearable instead you choose "what do you want?".... Didn't get greeted at either window, just kids with their hands out... If you're going to work in customer service, you may want to learn how to talk to customers....

We love Braum’s. We come here all the time. We have been here twice in the last week. Both times our order took more than 20 minutes and it was wrong. First time, all I needed was the extra veggies I asked for. They could have just put them in a bowl and handed them to me. Instead, they remade the whole burger. Second time, they forget the bacon. Again, they could have just given us some bacon. But no, they had to remake the whole burger. And they still made it wrong. Please train your people better, or get people who care about doing their job correctly.

Braums has good food I give them that but the lady taking our order you could barely hear her, she charged us an extra dollar on each of our meal combos with a shake without explanation. We had to wait for our order for quite a while only for them to get our shake order wrong. The tables were not clean we had flies bothering us the entire time while we waited. All in all the food is good the wait and the employers pace was not.

Sunday, July 9th, 8:50pm The guy working the drive-through didn't respond to me until I finally said, "Hello?" For a second time. We waited for 5 minutes at the window while I watched the ice creams they made for me melt.😂 When he finally gave them to me through the window, I realized that it wasn't even what I asked for. It wasn't worth telling him because I knew he'd go back to working SUPER slow on the computer just to give me more melted ice cream. The ice cream tasted good, though, but the workers seemed pretty bored and dull.

I just went through the drive thru and the employee at the window was extremely rude when I asked for sauce. I work in the food service industry and I get that it’s irritating when people ask for something at the window but, every time I ask at the speaker they NEVER give it too me. There was no need to be disrespectful. He said and I quote “next time ask for sauce at the speaker” and proceeds to slam the window.

As usual . Not busy yet not a single clean table . NOT a single clean table . Brahms is my favorite restaurant… It doesn’t matter if I come in on Monday at 6:30 Or a Tuesday at 9:00 or Thursday at 7:00 . This location NEVER has clean tables. What is the probability of that? Seriously.

I'm pretty bummed to have to write this, because I'm usually here all the time, but lately, this place has been a letdown. As a regular, I've noticed the scoops have gotten smaller and smaller. You're really not getting your money's worth. It's like they're trying to save ice cream or something. The other day, I watched one of the employees, Heather, get told by her coworkers to give a decent scoop, and she just ignored them and kept skimping. Seriously, it's ice cream—live a little!

Seriously lacking customer service. I wish I would have gotten the girls name that served us because she was not at all friendly. I think it's possible that it was nerves, like she was nervous to talk to us or look at us and I feel for her if that's the case, but seriously managers - get to know your staff and who should be in what position.

The worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. The young man could not tell me what the difference was in yogurt soft serve and ice cream. He was to busy trying to look like a girl and that's ok but do your job. I just wanted to know the sugar contents in a soft serve. The manager did care either. Would not recommend.

They don't know how to make malts/shakes at this location. The last few times I have gotten one from this location it's like ordering milk with a little bit of ice cream. They have no thickness; it's like drinking chocolate milk. Also, they expect me to wear a mask during these times, but their employees don't fully have their mask on. The person helping me had their mask up just enough to cover their lips, but their nose was not covered. What good is covering your mouth if your still breathing on my food and in my direction from your nose?

My order was wrong, the staff has no team building. The meat was dried out, just not very great for Braums.

Sad to say that I was the only vehicle in line and waited almost 7 minutes to place my order. I really just wanted to leave already, but I wanted my ice cream so bad...lol. I've had a long, hot day. The employee was terrible. She didn't even apologize for the lo g wait. Not that I needed an apology, but it's all about making the customers happy. A happy customer will always come back for more.

I have tried to be discreet about my issue, but no one from the corporate will call me back and there is no option on their website to email them so now I am going to voice my complaint publicly. For several years now, when we go to Cleburne to grocery shop, we normally eat at Braums. We have never had any big problem until last Friday, June 7th, when we went there for dinner. Due to food allergies, I only order a hamburger patty. When our food came and I opened the container that held the patty, I could see a 4 to 6 inch hair sort of curled around and cooked into the top of the meat. I took it up to the counter and showed it to the worker. I told him I needed a new patty please. He just looked at it and took it to the back. I walked down the counter toward the ice cream so that I was able to see the grill. It was clean with nothing cooking on it. I could not see the man because he went all the way to the left side. In a couple of minutes, he came back with an open container with a meat patty in it. I told him I had asked for a new patty. (For those who don't know, it is Braums policy that you have to pay the same price, $4.39, for only a patty even though there is no bun, cheese, or veggies.) He said it was new. When I told him I could see the grill and nothing had been cooked, he replied that they keep extra ones cooked. Then he said that I didn't have to worry because it was a cow hair and not a human hair on the meat. I was stunned and asked, "What???" He repeated that it was a cow hair from when they processed the meat so I didn't have anything to worry about. Also, he offered no apology. I was shocked, took my hamburger patty, and went and sat down with my family. The more I thought about it, the more upset I got. I took it back up to the counter and asked the girl there if I could speak to the manager. The same man came over to me. I told him I needed to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. Then he repeated that the hair was a cow hair so I shouldn't have a problem! Then h repeated that it was a different patty. I was never impolite or rude or loud through this whole ordeal, but at this point I was upset and told him I wasn't stupid before I went and sat down. I had totally lost my appetite by this point. He never apologized and, what's worse is that he lied to me about the hair, twice. We don't plan on going back.

The whole staff was in the store in groups laughing and joking. I ordered at the drive thru. Asked for braums sauce that I was charged for and didn’t receive. I paid for cheese on my chicken sandwich I didn’t receive. Also paid for a large Coke and they gave me unsweet tea. When I went inside to the counter to ask for the braums sauce I was charged for (didn’t check the drink or sandwich at this point) the girl at the counter looked around like she didn’t know how to ask someone what they need. Walked away to go talk to someone else and then came back. Train better.

7-26-23 14 people in line for ice cream and the manager isn’t doing anything. The guy is making ice cream and checking people out. No good Braum’s. Definitely not manager material. Update the morning manager is still slow. The food is great but everyone just walks around without talking to customers.

Worker taking orders could not get order right and said he had to charge for a meal just to add an extra burger. Had to wait in drive thru 30 minutes!! Only car in line! I will say that my experience speaking to the was good. She apologized and issued a refund.

Came for a banana split threw the drive thru. Asked for no nuts of any kind was on my receipt but they still added almonds to my ice cream. Not only did they put almonds but there was a Grey hair right on top of the whipped cream part.

The food is normally pretty good. However, the establishment is one of the dirtiest I've seen. Also, you might want to tell your employees to at least acknowledge customers they are just standing there waiting for someone to at least speak to them.

Walked in to buy chicken salad tonight and the entire crew looked at me and stared. No one offered to say anything. Rude customer service! I had to go ask if they would ring my purchase up over there and then they stated they would go get someone! Wow! Horrible customer service! Super unprofessional. I was left at the speaker for 5 minutes without being greeted or being told to wait, therefor i assumed the speaker was not working. I then drive up to the window and other cars behind me followed, I am not sure if they got their order taken. I tell the guy at the window I did not have my order taken and I just needed one item. He told me he could not take my order and I needed to go back around the store to the speaker again. I told him I had to wait 5 minutes that’s why I pulled up but he said he couldn’t help me. Definitely never coming here again.

30 minutes just to order we were the only ones in line shakes took 6 minutes to get the shakes the giy who took our order he speaks very quiet we couldn't hear him he also didn't listen very well as he messed up almost everything on the order the shakes he made were extreamly messed and covered in ice cream the shake station was nor clean it was filthy the person I assumed to be the manager was undermining everything the obviously new employees did nothing was right

I went in today about 3:30pm to get ice cream. I was waiting and watched the boy working the drive through DROP someone's ice cream. Picked it up off the floor and SERVED IT! The girl beside him (Kendall) gave him the ok to go ahead. That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I will be getting ahold of corporate as soon as they open tomorrow.

We go here a lot. The ice cream is cheap. However the building looks like a subway from the 90s. It is also in an iffy part of town and has some slightly sketchy people there- but all around a good spot. The ice cream always fills you up but gives you a stomach ache after. 4/5 stars. Edit: Had to edit this to 1 star. Came in a couple weeks ago and saw several employees raw dogging the food with their hands after handling money. One girl cut up a banana with her bare hands and shoved it in a bowl, mashing it all up in her finger nails. It's too much and I don't think I'll ever eat Braums again.

We’ve not had a single order correct the last few times we’ve been here. Either someone doesn’t know how to read or the management isn’t keeping on eye on their cooks.

Asked to pull around and wait with no cars behind us. We waited long enough for 4 customers to be served and leave before we got our food. We ordered food for 2. When it finally came out, we had warm, melted milk shakes and my bacon cheeseburger turned out to be a soggy spicy chicken sandwich. I'm so fed up with this location. I have given it a shot every few months for YEARS. They cannot figure out hot food. The Burleson Location is so good. If the district manager is reading this, you're inconsistent.

This location has gone down hill! The young lady that is like a manager is always late opening the store. The drive throu never has no more than one car and she tells you to pull around to side and she will bring it out to you. I wonder for weeks Why she would tell you that, until I finally figured it out. I've noticed every time she goes out to take the order to you she starts to vape! Which is a little gross in it's self knowing that she is cooking the food and Most likely don't Wash her hands. But also I noticed the last time she brought y food out to me that she is like 7 months pregnant!! Absolutely ridiculous! Please take this review with the knowledge that I have over 10 years experience as an S-tier fast food worker, 3 of which were at a very high performing Braum's. Took about 5 minutes for a cashier to come over to the dine in section to take orders while they had 4 people running ice cream on a not so busy line. It is what it is. While I took my son to the restroom, an associate had noticed that I filled our water cups with soda, I know, that one's on me. Per my wife's words, he walked up to our table, yanked the cups off our table, and slammed cups of water on our table before storming off. There's an right way to handle that and that wasn't it. But the major grievance was with another employee. Our son, at our table, was being rude to us, and we did our best to correct the behavior. He was not being loud or disruptive to the rest of the patrons, we're not those kind of parents. But another employee, who had just gone on break, had said in his phone call that we were raising our kid badly. Instead of causing a scene, we got up to leave, verbalizing to ourselves that we should not have come in today. Again, the employee had made another rude comment over the phone about us. It was at this point I asked if he had a problem, and he said he was talking about something else over the phone. As soon as I turned my back, he told them that I was getting too aggressive. Let me be clear, I am all for employees talking smack about customers that DESERVE it; weird orders, rude for no reason, etc. But this guy was criticizing how we disciplined our son literally right behind us in the next booth Every worker knows that you do not talk smack about customers in the freaking lobby, that's just stupid and rude.

Went here about a week ago got chicken tenders a burger and a chocolate shake took them 30 min to get that out and not only that milkshake looked like absolute trash asked for a redo lady very rudely took it out of my hands and re did it and didn't say anything and asked for ketchup and Braum sauce and got none of that in the bag and no lid for the milkshake since there a certain lid they can only give you in the back and just in all a horrible experience 👎🏼 big fail

The salt is so much that it makes eating at braums a bad deal. Why so much salt. Most say 3rd times a charm but nope tried again salt to thick on the fries that it just ruins the meal. When I said something to the girls upfront I was told not my problem. So I wont be ordering again from braums. TO MUCH SALT

This evening we had the misfortune to have Jason the supervisor make our yogurt cones. The yogurt was level with the cone. We had never had any small like that before and couldn't believe how they were made. We complained and he said he was the only one who made them right. We pointed to the picture and he said that was a large cone. We knew he was lying 🤥 and told him so. My advice is don't let Jason make your cone and if he does hand it back.

Good restaurant until I showed up inside and could not bring my assistance dog inside without the vest. My dog hates the vest. I needed a pound of butter and some lemon juice. Was already inside the store at the register when denied service. Forrest Gump dude called his manager instead of just ringing me through. I am asbergers. Train your employees better. This is unacceptable for a disabled person just because they have their dog with them.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. We ordered 2 chicken strips and we literally got chicken strips the size of my pinky finger. They were so dry and gross. We asked the person at the register if thats the size they normally are because as advertised, they are not that small. They proceeded to tell me to my face that all their chicken strips are that small. They called out our number but our order had a different number on it so we asked if that was ours. It took them about 5 minutes to tell me that that is my order and they just mixed up the numbers. Mind you, the person in front of me complained about their order and the person behind me did as well. Terrible customer service. I got a bacon cheeseburger but it didnt have bacon. At this point i was tired of complaining so i just kept eating my burger. This was until I found a hair in my burger. Not a single time did anyone apologize for anything wrong with my order. No one was wearing hairnets, no one had a sense of urgency. Food was mid service was the worst Ive ever had anywhere. This place needs to be inspected.
