We are from Weslaco, Tx. We visited a state park earlier and for lunch we looked up BBQ places and decided on Chisholm Trail Smokehouse. A decision that we wouldn't regret. We ordered the Brisket Nachos, Brisket Sandwich, Smoked Elote, Smoked Jalapeño Popper, Mac N Cheese, and the Smoked Cheese steak . Our daughter is very picky and I was surprised she gave her Smoked Cheese Steak and Mac n cheese a 9/10✅ . My husband said his brisket sandwich was really good and so was the potato salad; he rated his meal a 8/10✅. I really loved the brisket nachos. I give them a 10/10✅....their chips, brisket, toppings; it all was delicious. The elote had a savory flavor. The filling to the Jalapeño Popper was on point. The cherry on top was our waitress Alexandria. She was very attentive with us, great customer service. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Passing by from a short road trip, we need a restaurant pet friendly 😀 we find this incredible place , super clean ,family atmosphere, pet friendly ( they bring a bowl 🥣 with water and a desert for our dog 🐕) super friendly over the top service, and the best of all delicious food ! Generous portions ( we ask for a Togo box ) and fair prices ,highly recommend this place 👌will be back for more. You will be very pleased.

We sat out on the patio with a breeze blowing and the sun shining and it was wonderful. Our waitress was super sweet and the food was awesome! We got the brisket nachos, stuffed jalapeños, brisket cheesesteak and mac n chz. Everything was delicious. My husband and I decided we were bringing our friends back next time to enjoy the patio and some beers with the nachos.

Was blessed to attend the soft opening today for first responders. The place looks really nice and is well put together. The people were very attentive and friendly. We tried the brisket 9 out 10. Sausage was very good as well. The burnt ends are a 10. My wife had the sweet potato with burnt ends she loved it. The beans are wonderful. Desert was wonderful too. We will definitely be returning. The outdoor patio area is pretty cool with games and they will have a full bar to boot.

This place has amazing smoked BBQ!! You know the brisket is good when sauce is not necessary. Sides were delicious as well! Not just an after thought as in most places. And the elote 🤤 The green beans were so fresh! Saved in my Google maps 🤩

As someone who takes Texas BBQ very seriously, this place is batting 100 on multiple visits. The brisket and jalapeño sausage are must-have items on the menu, and the sides I've tried so far have been incredible. Friendly service, fair pricing, and tons of parking.

We visited Chisholm Trail Smokehouse for dinner, and it exceeded all our expectations. The brisket was cooked to perfection, the sausage packed with flavor, and the standout was the incredible jalapeño popper. And if that wasn’t enough, the sopapilla for dessert was absolutely flawless. To top it off, the owner, Jose, came out to introduce himself, which really added a personal touch. Best ribs I've ever had! Tender, smokey,juicy and fall off the bone ribs were amazing. The pulled pork sandwich came loaded with a green apple coleslaw and a side of a zesty spicy mustard. Amazing service and prices both combo meals came out to $30 which is more than reasonable for the food.

Great BBQ! I've tried all the meats but sausage and all are excellent. The sides have really improved since Day 2 when I first visited. MUST HAVES: Corn on the Cob, Hobo Beans, Sweet Potato, Bread Pudding. If you haven't been in awhile, give it another try.

We went here tonight. Our group had the 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs, both of which were excellent. The other two meat plate was pulled pork and sausage which was also great. We also had the brisket quesadilla that was stocked full of brisket, cheese and peppers-extremely tasty. Lastly, we had the brisket nachos. It was very large and contained quite a bit of brisket. It was delicious. The service was very prompt and our server did an outstanding job. We will definitely return.

A group of us went for dinner Friday night before a play. The food was very good and the service was great.our waitress was so sweet. I had the burnt ends and pulled pork, others in my party had the sausage, brisket, etc and it was all very well done. Cooked properly and came out warm. Our server was very nice and timely. Looking foward to going back and trying the pork rinds and queso appetizer along with some spare time to enjoy the outdoor games.

Just took my wife and some family members. Food was all great! Ribs, Chopped & sliced BBQ sandwiches. Beans & Mac n Cheese were incredible. Rolls & tea too! Service was excellent to boot! Definitely 4.5 Stars if not 5. Definitely recommend to anyone. Also the Skins & Queso were great for starters!

The best place to go! The yard is amazing for both kids and adults! Food is to die for and the Service are amazing the staff is always ready and drink are always cold! It’s a great family atmosphere and leave will good memories and bellies full!

We had our granddaughter's family birthday here tonight. It was outstanding. The food and drinks were perfect. The kids got to play outside as we watched with the windows open. Sonya was superb in her service. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

The food, atmosphere and service is amazing. Their truck is set up in Bowie, Tx every Thursday and Friday. Good prices the sandwiches are huge. Ho check them out.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I got the turkey sandwich and french fries. The turkey was really good and moist, and the fries were out of the ordinary but delicious. The people that work there were so nice and really took care of me. I will definitely be back.

We visited at an odd our 3:00 p.m. there were a few other diners there but lots of room. Outside patio has games, then there's a enclosed patio, and indoor seating with a bar. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us regularly. A family with dogs enjoyed eating on the patio we noticed.

My husband got the Chopped brisket sandwich combo. He got the Baked potato salad that was delicious. I got a pound of ribs which was about 5, they were meaty and falling of the bone. Had a wonderful taste, so flavorful you didn't need bbq sauce (which was so good) with a side of fries. We will definitely be going back. The staff are great, we ate out on indoor patio and the young lady back there was very friendly. It was around 11:30 am. Thank you for coming to Cleburne!!!

We took our family to try out Chisholm Trail Smokehouse today and it was a great experience! The food was tasty, awesome venue and the staff were absolutely amazing! I believe it was around $30 for 2 sandwiches w/ sides and 2 kids meals. They went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable and were very accommodating for our special needs son. We will definitely be coming back soon! ♥️

Food was good but just a bit over cooked for our family. Just to much charr on all our food. Although the sausage was amazing. I had to go back after getting my to go order home due to they forgot my sons order of jalapeño sausage. I called and they were sold out but I got the blackened pepper sausage and the manager politely apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a little more than supposed to for my inconvenience. The staff was super friendly and place was very clean. Just looked to me that the kitchen staff seemed a bit unorganized and not sure how to read the order screen. I was disappointed in the coleslaw though. I thought it would be more tangy with granny Smith apples but mine had no flavor to it but mayonnaise taste and no seasonings which made it bland. And the peach cobbler was not your regular cobbler and I had to put it together myself instead of coming already prepared. But all in all I will go back and eat again. After all they just opened and Noone is perfect and takes time to workout a few kinks. They will get there I have faith cause we need a good BBQ place in this town.

I'm not a BBQ guy, but this place was very good! Food was excellent, service was impeccable, and the place was very clean and inviting. Homemade banana pudding was one for the record books.

The service here was great and the food was tasty. I had the loaded fries with chopped brisket and a very good mango margarita and the husband had a chopped brisket sandwich. I like that it’s a sit down and order type place rather than order at the counter like fast food.

We have diary allergies (and other allergies too). This is an excellent safe place for us to eat at. Food is delicious and fresh. Brisket is tender. Not only the food is good, but the people are awesome and honest. I forgot my purse here and got it the next day with everything inside. That was so heart warming. We will make this a top place to stop at when we come through here. God bless you all!

I was impressed with the portion sizes of our meals. I had the brisket plate with beans and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese should be award winning. If you get the wings, that's two meals in itself. The potatoes were the star of the show fr. Probably the best fries I've ever had. Highly recommend

Chisholm Trail Smokehouse barbecue Cleburne has the best barbecue anywhere around this area Joshua / Burleson. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The barbecue is always hot and smoked daily. They are reasonably priced. The baked potato salad is very good as well. They also have a drive-thru which is very convenient for those like me who get to go orders. Highly recommend.

Vibes? Incredible. Drinks? Great. FOOD? Wow! And the prices ???? Dang. WAY better than Dickies! I had the brisket sandwich and a green tea drink and left beyond satisfied. Be sure to ask for spicy barbecue sauce!!

Beautiful, relaxing and delicious food. What more could you ask for.. every meat at this smoke house is delicious and tender. That is very very rare. The staff was so friendly and actually told us thee back story on thee restaurant and how thee owner is still very much involved in day to day work days. We are so glad we found this place and will definitely be returning for our Sunday day dates…

Chisholm Trail Smokehouse was a wonderful surprise. It’s tough to get great barbecue just anywhere but they have some terrific brisket and their sides are all very solid as well. Good vibe to the place, as well as very good service. I can’t remember our server’s name but he did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Great BBQ, great service, hidden gem.

Ours was really good! I had a craving for barbecue and I was not disappointed. Flavor was delicious and fries were unique, but, OH SO GOOD! Definitely give it a try. We can't wait to go back. And our server, Idalia, was terrific. This is definitely at the top of barbeque places we have been to. Can't wait to return.

We took a dear sister to lunch, it was the first time any of us had been there and we loved it!! We will definitely be returning soon. I had the burger and fries, if you go you have got to try their fries they are sooooooo good! The burger did not look or taste like a pre-made frozen patty.

This was a really great place to eat! We ordered the brisket nachos, the brisket tacos with a side of elotes and some macaroni and cheese. The food was good, plated well and enough for leftovers. Service was phenomenal. Gabriel, who worked over at La Fiesta across the street, was our server and the best. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Yes they are going to be out of some items because they are a brand new family owned restaurant so be prepared for that. I had a brisket sandwich and I can honestly say it was one of the best I ever had. The BBQ sauce was incredible! Also had the brisket popper and it was actually smoked and had a awesome smoked flavor! This is a very new place and there are some kinks they need to work out but nothing worth saying it's bad.

The wade sammich is the way to go off the secret menu. The Mac and cheese the perfect flavors. The fries are perfectly crispy and the right flavors on them. Very friendly environment. Family oriented. And the drinks! They talk for themselves.

This is a must visit place while in Cleburne! The stuffed sweet potato is my favorite lunch go to and the poblano Mac n cheese and hobo beans hit the spot every time. Truly the best bbq in town. Perfect patio for a nice day!

So so good!!! We were passing through the area and I’m a huge BBQ lover so as usual I told my husband I’d like some for lunch. We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. The front girls working there were the sweetest and extremely accommodating after we changed our mind to take our food to go for the sake of making it to our next work appointment. Our food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Our favorite was the French fries. They were in a unique shape, like curled wedges-so tasteful! We have to come back in a few weeks and I look forward to eating here again!

We arrived late in the afternoon 2:30...I think we were just about the only customers. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pretty cool. You could tell that this is a pretty popular place locally, lots of activities with some seating outdoors Inside was furnished in Tex-Mex-BBQ decor with a well-stocked bar. We had the beef brisket, elote corn, baked potato salad & hobo beans. The veggies were awesome! The beef was not as tender as I have come to expect from fine BBQ shops across Texas. The BBQ sauce was very good...not too sweet or tangy but did have a little bite which was perfect. Now mind you I'm not a brisket smoker but I do appreciate a well marinated and timely smoked brisket. The waitress took the critique graciously and thanked us for doing so. We will definitely be back when we are in the area for another try. The rating really is 4.5 stars!

First time trying tonight and we were impressed! We used the drive-thru and got a sampler meal. Burnt ends, turkey and brisket were all great. Jalapeño sausage was good too, nothing special. Nice mix of Mexican style food and BBQ. I enjoyed the 2 meat plate (chopped brisket and the sausage stuffed with cheese and jalapeño. Great wait staff. Clean. Only has single male and single female bathroom in the restaurant area that I saw. I had a party of 15. The wait for the food wasn't long. Prices were reasonable and the portions were nice.

I’d give this place 3 stars because the food wasn’t great, but the service and atmosphere were fantastic. The food was pretty bland and I expected better to be honest, but they did just start up, so I hope they take some of the constructive feedback and improve the food. This could be an amazing restaurant with continuing the great service and improving the flavor of the food. For reference I had the brisket, poblano Mac and cheese, hobo beans, and corn on the cob. Options for plates would be good too.

Love that we have a new BBQ smokehouse in town! Food was very good. Sliced brisket sandwich, corn on the Cobb, potato salad, sliders for kids, bread pudding, etc - all great. The restaurant was not cooled well for dinner crowd. There is a bad fly problem as well. They are new so I'll give them time to work out the kinks, but they've got to solve these two problems. We spent our entire time there waving away flies. I'd recommend the food to go for now. I'll update this upon 2nd visit soon.

My first time at this establishment. I travel for work so I like to find good bbq places to frequent. From the outside it looks very cool and inviting. The inside decor is good as well. I was greeted immediately by wait staff and they were friendly throughout my visit. They asked several times how I was doing. I ordered a sweet tea, brisket sandwich, hobo beans and the banana pudding cheesecake for desert. Sweet tea in any restaurant is hit or miss for me so I didn’t blame them. Probably the tea container hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but the tea tasted rancid and I didn’t drink much of it. The meal presentation was good, a wrapped brisket sandwich with their homemade pickles and red onions on the side. A small cup of bbq sauce also on the side. The hobo beans served in a half pint styrofoam cup. The beans had the best flavor although I wouldn’t call them charro-beans, more like doctored baked beans. Although the brisket sandwich looked good, it was dry and didn’t have a smoked meat flavor. The bbq sauce itself was sweet and tangy, but not spicy. I poured sauce on both sides of the sandwich to give it some flavor and moisture. That made the sandwich much better. I layered the pickles on the sandwich as well and they tasted good. The banana pudding cheesecake although visibly enticing, had no banana and no pudding, it was mostly whipped cream, vanilla wafers and a cheese cake flavored whip. I ate everything due to being hungry, but honestly I was disappointed. For the amount of detail going into the decor the food should be amazing. The beans were the best, the sandwich dry and mediocre and the desert barely held any of the flavors it was advertised to have. Service was excellent and everyone was very nice. I will probably not return simply because I’d rather have great tasting food than a pretty establishment.

Gonna start on a good note. The meat had excellent flavor. Wife ordered a chopped beef brisket sandwich and I had burnt ends. I have made bbq for many years and by no means consider myself an expert but burnt ends are generally from beef not pork. Need to specify for those who don't eat pork or may be allergic to pork. Dont get me wrong they we're definitely flavorful. Prices are as to be expected and comparable to most bbq joints. If anyone has bought any kind of meat in last few years they will understand it's not gonna be cheap. All in all a good visit and will be returning.

Decided to check it out as it had some good reviews. Wasn't bad but not great as others have stated. we ordered the loaded potatoes with everything on the side, easy order right? Well to our surprise, when we got home our potatoes were already assembled. This sucks cause I don't eat Sour Cream and my wife doesnt eat BBQ Sauce, so by the time we scraped off the condiments we weren't left with much. Normally I would have some pics but I was too frustrated to take any. The meat wasn't bad on the spud but if you want a good loaded bake potato you need to go to Woody Creek in Ft Worth - that's a damn good meal.

Typical truck stop fast food/ tourist attraction. Small servings and high prices. Not bad BBQ but way! Over priced for what you get.

Loved the BBQ Mac and cheese was good didn't like that my banana pudding was now put together and I had to do it myself and it had no bananas just the flavor of bananas. But will go again for the brisket

Service was great Food was OK. Would've been better with freshly cooked food ! No clear direction on buffet makes it uncomfortable to ask where everything is. Wait staff is great and attentive to your needs!

Food was pretty good, chicken was fried but everything else was great. The forgot 2 parts of my order and the kid taking the order walked away twice in the middle of taking my order todo something else. Pretty sure he got distracted and why they forgot 2 items. I’ll probably come back since the turkey and sausage was good, but I’ll be double checking my order next time before I drive away.

This was my second time to eat here. First time was just over a year ago and food was pretty good. Nice brisket flat slices, fresh, and good quality sides. Went today, and it was no where near the quality as before. The brisket slices were from the point and chewy, smoke flavor not that good. Smoked turkey was super salty. The sauce was a little too sweet for my tastes. I think the coleslaw was right on the verge of going bad. It wasn’t the green apples in it. The mayo in the dressing was off—smell and runny. I took one bite and knew it was probably on its last legs if not already bad. I will say, the service was really good, but the food flavor and quality was lacking.

Food was terrible. We had ribs and brisket. Both were cold, overcooked with absolutely no flavor! We spent $50.00 for two. Don't have a problem with that, if the food is palatable. And to top it off, the next day we both had stomach issues. On the plus side, service was excellent and atmosphere was OK. We DEFINITELY will not be back though!

Food is overpriced. No meat plates so if you want sandwich and sides your going to spend over 25 dollars per person. Sides are bland. Barbecue is decent but not worth 13 for a sandwich with no sides. Desert was also bland. Peach cobbler tastes like canned peaches with no sugar added. I won't be back. I'd rather drive further and get what I pay for.

Loaded fries are a fail. They give you a lot of fries but not much meat. Main issue is the wrong type of fries. They are think cut and they suck up the juice and get soggy.

Our service was good. She was friendly and efficient. The place has a nice atmosphere. The food was not good. Meat was very dry. We specifically asked for meat with fat so that it would be more moist and tender. Didn't work. The sauce was more like ketchup than barbecue sauce. I rarely have a complaint with everything on my plate, but I didn't like any of the food. We had brisket, hobo beans and baked potato salad.

When they first opened we loved going there and the food was great. The last few times things seam to have gone downhill with the food quality. Our LAST visit my wife ordered a baked potato that was still hard and maybe lukewarm to cold at best, and her brisket was dry and crispy. My pulled pork plate tasted OK but was warm to cold. Sadly we've decided not to spend this amount of money again or to go back.

We laughed when we saw the tiny amount of sour cream in the little cup. When we order food and pay as much as we did we shouldn't have to go home and finish cooking it and use our own toppings. Sausage was way overcooked and the burnt ends were served in a puddle of grease. The coleslaw had no flavor, the green beans were hard, but the potato salad is good (it’s hard to mess up). The service was good, and we were immediately greeted. The massive downside is the price. I would have been less hard on this place if I didn’t just spend $80 for the small amount of food that I got not including tip.

I had a 2 meat combo plate with 2 sides...I ordered burnt ends and cheddar jalapeño sausage with pablano mac n cheese and green beans. The burnt ends were tasty but very dry inside. It was like trying to eat a hunk of very dry beef jerky. Very difficult to chew up. The green beans were HORRIBLE! The sausage and mac n cheese were ok. My friend ordered brisket on his plate and there was more fat than meat. He asked for lean cuts with little fat and they brought him meat that should have been used for chopped brisket sandwiches. He also had the apple slaw and said the apples tasted bitter. The service was good and they were very friendly. Unfortunately the food was not that great.

Was really looking forward to forward to visiting your restaurant, the waitress was sweet but could have let us know there was a buffet before we ordered, my nachos were brought out either beans after I asked for no beans then the 2 nd order was brought out the chips they used for the nachos were so tuff and hard I had 3 out of a supposed full order and scraped the fajita meat off the chips and left. My husbands fajitas were like runbber as well. Sorry but this food in no way is the quality of what La Fiesta used to be . Just threw away $46.50 for nothing . WILL NOT BE BACK !!!

My wife, our daughter and I and our besst friends and their daughter went for dinner and my wife and I shared a 3 meat plate with (brisket, turkey, and sausage) our friends did the same. None of the meat was hot, the turkey and brisket had no flavor and it was hard to cut them with a knife. The sausage had a good flavor but it was very greasy. Also the menu says that it comes with a 1/4lb of each meat you choose, but there is no way that there was a 1/4lb of each meat. Our daughter ordered the chicken tenders and fries, well the chicken tenders were tough do they weren't even ate.

Had a late lunch here today. I'll start with the positive. The place looks great! The employees were very nice and very helpful. They explained that they did not yet sell meal "plates" but only sold meat by 1/2 lb or sandwiches. We ordered brisket and black pepper sausage as well as potato salad, macaroni & cheese, and beef tallow green beans. It did take a while to get our food because the kitchen was given a different number than what we were given at the register. We sat down at a table that had just been well cleaned. The only issue is that there were flies swarming everywhere! When we finally received our trays of food, it was all luke warm. To make things worse, nothing had any seasoning and was extremely bland. The potato salad wasn't much more than potatoes topped with a dried herb that did not complement the dish. We spent $45, and with the help of the sauce, the brisket was the only thing that was edible. We did eat most of that. Now for the worst: The black pepper sausage. I'm not sure where they are getting it, but there is no question that this is absolutely cheap greasy junk sausage like the cheap weiners or bologna you might find at a dollar general or something. I normally always give a new place a second chance, but I wouldn't put myself or my wife through this again even if it was free!

Hopefully, this will be taken in the manner intended, constructive criticism to help improve. Facility is very inviting and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable if the product and service are of the quality expected at a Texas barbecue restaurant. Brisket: basic in brisket, always cut meat against the grain. My wife's sandwich was so stringy it was nearly impossible to eat without pulling apart. My brisket was fat, greasy with little to no smoke or seasoning. Over half of it was a waste! The beans were awful, tasted like warmed over canned ranch style with no additional seasoning, no barbecue flavor from the fat scraps that were added. The potato salad was flat, dry, tasteless, and nearly inedible due to the giant potato pieces and lack of ingredients! This could be easily prevented by additional training, quality control, and a little pride. Someone in authority needs to taste the food regularly and oversee what is going out. Service: poor! Food was delivered to our table in 4 increments. Simple solution: set some standards and adhere to them! A little more training and fewer employee get togethers around the register. By your reviews, many customers are happy, but consistency and quality should be a major goal! We will wait a spell and try again with better results. We really want you to be successful and one of the best in Texas!

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I am a huge foodie. Literally and figuratively. If the owner/manager reads this, please take this as constructive criticism, not just a hateful customer. But yeah, this was horrible. I sincerely hope it was an off night or something, because I didn't even finish my meal, it was that bad. They were out of turkey and any snausage, so I tried the ribs, the girlfriend got the brisket potato. I wanted a sampler plate to try different items, but nope.... Everything was way over cooked and had zero flavor. The ribs I had were very strange. They each fell off the bone in a gelatinous blob of meat and gristle, devoid of any flavor and had an "airy" texture to them. Not like biting into a hunk of meat like a caveman should, but like biting into a light croissant bread. Not the texture I was expecting from something I just paid $13 for. I really can't think of a rib I've ever had that had that texture. The girlfriend couldn't tell if it was pork or brisket she got on her potato. This girl doesn't complain about anything, but even she said it was horrible. 90% of the mystery meat in her potato was a tasteless blob of fat. It's like the person in charge of flavorings had the day off or something. (You had ONE job!!) The potato was so over cooked, it was even burned on the inside. She ended up scraping off all the meat/fat and only eating half the tater. I don't know what the format is there, but I had to get my own drinks from the bar. Don't know if there was someone that was suppose to be "serving" us, but I ended up just going to the bar to get my own drinks after waiting so long. Looking at my receipt, I was charged for a soft drink that neither of us ordered. Not to leave this on a bad note, the poblano Mac n Cheese was very good. Dare I say, it was actually the only thing that had any flavor, really. So kudos on that! As well, it looked like the people outside were having fun, so the atmosphere was pretty nice. Again, not trying to be hateful in here. This is coming from a 300+ lb guy that loves to cook and trying to give an honest, personal review. The meats on tonight's menu, truly tasteless and some of the most unpalatable BBQ I've ever had. Flavor, texture, aroma...everything. I do genuinely wish the best for this place and it's proprietor, but I don't think we'll be back.

My wife, daughter, and I decide we needed some bbq in our life specifically RIBS. So with my wife working in Cleburne we decided to try out Chisholm Trail Smokehouse, although we've heard mixed reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and sat quickly, the place was about half full. Waitress came introduced herself and took drink orders. The employees are very friendly and attentive. Looking around the place it had a good vibe atmosphere and the place looks good. They have a bar, and a patio with cornhole boards could be a nice place to have drinks with friends or coworkers. MEATS... Full rack of ribs $13, 3 meat plate $25 (jalapeno cheddar sausage, brisket lean, and burnt ends), and 2 meat plate $20 (brisket lean, and burnt ends). Each meal on their portions of meat (1 piece of jalapeno cheddar sausage, 2 slices of brisket, and 3 chunks of burnt ends) and the same for the brisket and burnt ends on the 2 meat plate too. Now the texture and taste is a different story, because had it been good bbq I wouldnt have complain about the amount of meat I got (Quality trumps Quantity all day if its right). The burnt ends were served soaking in a sauce and they were soft and soggy to the touch, not a single sign of crispy texture arpund the edges and thats the signature to burnt ends. Had 3 chunks and 2 out of my 3 were more fat than anything (soggy fat yuck). The brisket was dry and no flavor (as mentioned in previous reviews bbq was the best thing for those). The Jalapeño Sausage wasn't bad at all great flavor. Finally the RIBS the reason we even decided to get bbq, WOW SO DISAPPOINTED. Yes they had the flavor dont get me wrong, but it was as if they were reheated leftovers... soft, cold, and no real smoked crispy texture on the skin, kinda like the burnt ends. The worst thing about all that was the meat was served lukewarm (not hot at all). SIDES... Baked Potatoe Salad- Amazing MacNCheese- Amazing Hobo Beans- Good Elote in a cup- Not good at all. Just tasted nasty like canned corn barely strained with everything throw on it to make it Elote. CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 FOOD 3/10 Who knows maybe we caught'em on a bad day where they were getting rid of the oldr meat while cooking up a batch to get ready for the weekend, IDK. Would be willing to do another review if they were to show me it isnt normally like this, but definitely not spending my money there again. So this would souly be on the owner 🤔😏. Also the reviews option doesn't give you an accurate price range to select as I see most people select the $10-$20pp, but its more like $15-$25pp.

The absolute worst barbecue I have ever had; bar none. Ordered pulled pork, because I'm wary of barbecue joints to begin with and pulled pork is hard to do wrong. It was so greasy I couldn't finish it. Moved on to my potato salad. It was unflavored except for the extreme bitter taste. Tried the coleslaw; it was SPOILED! To top it off my beer was skunked. This place is a trainwreck. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

Went through the drive through to order our dinner. There was a young guy working the window with horrible service. We ordered the elote corn on the Cobb and we received the corn in a cup. No biggie. Brought it up and he argued with us about what we ordered and then proceeded to roll his eyes so far back into his head and being so completely disrespectful instead of just handling the situation. Probably won’t go back due to the bad service.

We stopped for a chopped Beef sandwich tonight and it was AWFUL. The buns were stale and hard and soaked in grease. The meat was greasy and real dry. They gave us little containers of BBQ sauce which was the best thing about the sandwich. They were kinda Small in size and for 2 it was 25.00. Definitely will not be going back there.

I went here 11/15/2025 @ 5:30 pm, we got a meat sample with four meats, one meat is normally 20.99, we got our four meats was supposed to be double brisket, it was very small we asked if that was two and they said yes, there's no way that was it was a very small amount, we then start to eat and the meat was not even warm, at that point our waiter took it back and said they were going to get us fresh meat, my question what was that, not fresh meat? At that point we lost our appetite, I just said we did not want it we would pay for drinks they said they were on house, but @ 20.99 a meat you'd think it be hot. I will not return, the brisket did not even taste smoked. Thumbs down what a wast of time and very disappointing..

Went and got the brisket, loaded fries, the jalapeño poppers, green beans and mac n cheese. It was $15 for three pieces of brisket. That was dry and had no seasoning at all. All the food came out cold. The fries were over salted and my son refused to eat them. I couldn’t even finish the brisket it was so gross. The only thing that was good was the bbq sauce. I was really disappointed and will not be going back.

I was looking for a good place to eat and I did not find it. The staff are active and attentive. However the food was a different story. The brisket was dry and almost flavorless. I regretfully tried the buffet and while the server was friendly the food was bland as paper. Given the prices I will not return.

Both my girlfriend and I got sick from eating here we both had the brisket that had the texture of corned beef and cuts I gave us were mainly fat in the portions of meat that were there were extremely soggy -update We've had food poisoning through the night and into the next day. Between having to use the bathroom continuously and throwing up it has been miserable. I don't know if they cross contaminated the food or have dirty dishes.
