I had my entire $40 order for 5 on the counter before I could even finish ordering it. This location is ON TOP of it. Very very fast and very friendly. Exceeded our expectations for this area.

Wendy's is such a better hamburger than any other fast food restaurant! Just taste better! Do they have gift cards? This place it's so good! Somebody send me a gift card or invite me to lunch!

Very yummy and food is always piping hot. I had to let my chicken sandwich cool a few minutes every time I been there. And the fries were creamy hot every time too.

This place is very friendly and caters to their customers quite well. I've been multiple times and haven't ever had our order messed up. Food is always fresh, too!

Came here off a road trip. Staff were very nice. Got a larger meal because we got some coupons and had not eaten all day. The manager used 'ladies' to refer to me and my girlfriend and there was a lot of joy there since it's the first time a stranger has referred to me as a woman since I started to transition. Big epic cool happy stuff there. So yeah, cool place. Thanks for the gender euphoria, would come again. 🏳️‍⚧️

Overall good service at this location and mostly the food is good. As a corporate thing not a local problem the SpongeBob promo has been a problem and looks like all over the place where they make it look like it's going to come in this "goober box" so the kids are rather disappointed as well as the way that the Krabby Patty is made. A keynote on this promotion would be knowing that the kids are watching this program they're going to be sticklers to the exact recipe of the Krabby Patty first being the pickles on the bottom not cheese etc personally I don't watch it but the kids knew everything that was wrong lol again not the fault of the location but the promotional crew that did not send the boxes out just the stickers yet advertised it everywhere in which many people were disappointed.

Don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s location. The manger and employees consistently provide subpar food and service. The burgers are consistently cold and the employees could care less. I have twice written to corporate about the poor food quality and service at this location and have never received a response. Corrective action was never taken. The whole work team at this location needs to be fired and replaced! Updated 6/21/2024 - I’ve been back to this location serval times recently, and wow, what a change. The store has been remodeled with a complete change in staff. They now have an excellent manager and competent employees. The burgers are hot, the staff is friendly, and the service is great. A kudos to Wendy’s management for ridding this location of the incompetent staff that plagued this location for years. I plan on being a regular customer at this location going forward.

The kids working there were very nice and helpful. By the time I got there, they were out of tea, but one of the kids suggest a lemonade concoction that he likes and I told him that I'd try it. It was very good! I think he mixed the mango/pineapple and some other flavor with it. Anyhow, they were very kind and helpful, all three of them.

I asked Google about fast food restaurant salads and they told me one of the popular ones was Wendy's pecan apple salad. I found out why it's popular. It's very nicely sized and has a great amount of fresh chicken breast on it along with apples, cranberries and pecans that you can add to it. Plus there's also some blue cheese and it comes with a vinaigrette dressing. That's really awesome. At $8.89 and 540 calories it's not going to bust my wallet or my gut. Anyway, it's definitely one of the best fast food restaurant salads I've ever had.

Picked up lunch for my dad it was a healthy salad and he enjoyed it they have great food at Wendy's

$5 Biggie bag. It's not the Greatest fast food on earth, but it is filling. You get a small bacon cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. The price is right when you're near broke and hungry and in a hurry!

I ordered on the mobile app and couldn't get my frosty key tag thing to work so the employee said it was all cool and gave me the frosty without purchase! Good food here

Always good food. Cheap, but doesn't taste cheap. Great food at low prices, kinda puts other fast food places to shame. The only thing I didn't like was how long we've had to wait at the drive thru speakers at some times. Although I do understand that sometimes things happen. Great experience!

Got the spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and tropical lemonade. The food is fast food good but Wendy's is kind of expensive. Paid $9.40 for the combo.

Service at noon time was a bit slow. Food was hot. Coffee was ok, but the half & half cream curdled in my coffee. I ordered a baconator without bun, a side salad and coffee to drink

It's Dave's place. He should look in, services not spectacular, food was okay. I'm sure they don't prepare the Chili fresh, wonder about the Burgers 😗

The food was fine but the Lady at the window rolled her eyes at me when I asked for extra condiments.

We live across town, ordered regular chicken nuggets and got spicy, didn't want to drive back across town to exchange them. Not a happy experience.

I always enjoy going here , but I had a rough experience this last visit. They gave my food to another customer and when they remade it the second time it was wrong but I understand when people have bad days. Good food though.

The lobby was closed at 7:30 pm... no notice on the door as to why or anything... ordered a son of a baconator with the bacon cooked to extra crispy... bacon was not crispy at all and only 2 half pieces of bacon to top it off. You'd think for the price they have it at they'd at least put 2 whole pieces of bacon on there. Geez! Wendy's gotten pretty Greedy since her Daddy died! Jus' Sayin'

I just wish they would stop shrinking their burgers. If they could just offer the old burgers from the 80's I'd gladly pay more. They're the worst of the major chains for burger shrinkage.

When did it become standard protocol to not include napkins or ketchup in a drive through order? You know these folks are on the go and need napkins and when you give fries to a customer, why does the customer have to ask for condiments??? It’s not okay to not ask the customer or let them know there isn’t condiments. It’s disappointing once you realize basic things are not in your bag. The little things matter.

The service is very hit-or-miss. It could go quick or you could end up waiting in line for 10 or 15 minutes my order has been wrong multiple times and I once saw an employee with no disabled parking plates or placard take up 2 handicap parking spaces directly in front of the door. After posting a picture of this appalling behavior online a person, claiming to also be an employee of that location joined the conversation and tried to defend the illegal actions of their fellow co-worker. Other than the fact that I do enjoy many of Wendy's menu items I would not recommend this location. It appears to be poorly run, especially during lunch or dinner time rushes.

Apparently the workers here can't read or something. Husband and I ordered food here. When the food was delivered half my order was missing. No fries no drink and they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. This is why we stopped ordering here. Thought we would give them another try.

The service was great, but the food left alot to be desired. My original order was for a salad but I had to change my request because they had no lettuce. The jr bacon cheeseburger was tasty but had too much mayo. The fries were cold & soggy, with little salt. & The worst was my chili, with little meat & too many beans, all undercooked ... Because I live outta town I couldn't take the food back, which is what I would normally do with unsatisfactory food.

This definitely isn’t my favorite Wendy’s. I’ve personally had pretty bad experiences with the service and the inside feels kind of dirty when you go in. I will say if you are local and your child is interested in working here I would strongly advise against it. The managers need more training for the positions they’re in. My niece worked here and was sent home because she didn’t want to argue with one of the managers and their idea of using their authority is to yell at their employees instead of actually addressing and solving the problem. I made her leave the position there.

We walked in for Veterans Day breakfast at 10:25 and the employee at the counter would not take our breakfast order. Apparently they had already quite serving breakfast. We left.

We ordered food online they texted and said it was ready then when we got there it wasn’t ready and our food was cold and tables were dirty they were not busy so they could clean them

2 stars cuz the order was at least correct. However, tea was spoiled ALWAYS IS!! And burger was gross!!!! Had to throw it out after one bite! Tomato so mushy it fell apart trying to take it off the burger. Even after that, it was just gross!!

Gabby was very rude. I asked for chili seasoning and she said "we dont have that" when i explained it was in a red pack that says "hot chili seasoning" she said "thats sauce." Talked to me like a child that cant read. She needs to lose her job. Not to mention the fact she added tomatoe and lettuce to a baconator, which it doesnt come with and i didnt order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. next time shes getting a HOT CHILI FACIAL!!!!

Always the worst customer service EVER!! Already waiting for 5 minutes just to tell me they JUST drop fries and to pull up to wait even longer. When you look in the window all these two boys are doing is playing around, doesn’t even look least bit interest in actually doing their jobs

Customer service was OK, but the burger was soggy over done with sauce, the fries were greasy looked like they were possibly starting to rot. If I could give zero stars I would.

When a customer says they only want ketchup and no veggies on their food but yall decide mayo is okay to add as well. Learn to read a ticket!! Only ketchup means only KETCHUP! Also adding minute maid to sweet tea and calling it some awesome fruit chiller tea is a rip off.

Horrible service 7/27/20 was told to pull up and wait on food after a cockroach flew off the building onto my vehicle. Waited on food for 30 minutes then went to get refund and was told to drive back thru the drive thru. Was very rude.

I went here a month ago( attempted) and staff closed early like 8:30pm and the sign stated they closed at 11:00pm. I observed them hiding and cleaning up. There were several customers like me who attempted to go through the drive thru and the dining area but no staff assisted us. There were two staff ( males) sitting in the dining area with Wendy’s hats and shirts on and they ignored me when I attempted to come inside. There was one staff member( female) with a mop and yellow bucket mopping the floor and another staff member standing around and ducking behind the counter when I was attempting to open the locked door. I will think twice before coming here. It appears like a group of teenagers who didn’t want to work. I attempted to call corporate but I was on hold way too long. This was one month ago.

Ordered on the wendy's app, extra avacado for my salad on 8/17, didn't get it but still got charged $1.30. Today 8/26 ordered Avacado Salad and two hot honey spicy chicken sandwich combo's through the app, didn't get the salad. Still got charged the $7.45. Tried to call to get a refund, but can't get anyone to answer the phone.

My Fiance' just got back from Cleburne, she had ordered me a double with no cheese, mustard, all th way otherwise m, and that's what wmshe paid for, however, I got a single patty so small it looked like a 50c piece, slathered in mayo with cheese on both sides... and tomatoes only. Sucked. Can't eat it. Gee thanks.. They don't even answer their phone, so I have no way to resolve this without driving the 10 miles back. No pride, No happiness, No Good Food.

Used DoorDash to place an order, ordered the Grilled Chicken Asiago...it had no cheese or bacon on it. Ordered the baconator fries....they didn't even show up. Also ordered a bowl of chili with cheese, sour cream and onions...none of the toppings came on top. Did y'all even read the order? How can you charge extra for items and then not add them on even when they have been paid for?

Ordered a FULL salad, was charged for a FULL salad and they gave me a half salad. Asked to see what their full and half salads looked like to verify I got the wrong one, didn't even apologize and only offered to give me the difference or another half of a said. I am disappointed in the quality of the hamburgers at Wendy's. There is no flavor in the meat and it's cooked to long. The pickles are not hamburger pickles they ruin the whole experience. I have not eaten a meal here in 6 months and I would not suggest anyone go here anymore, but that is only my opinion.

Dine in is closed, so the drive-through is out to the street. Only 1-2 employees so drive-through takes 30 to 45 minutes. Never again!

Horrible customer service, no one attended us in the drive thru and had to come inside only to not get attended, while the whole staff was in the back talking. Manager was talking on the phone and completely ignored us until she finished her call. Restaurant is dirty and staff seems to not care. Came at 10:00pm and staff acted like it was closing. Never received the grilled chicken wrap that I paid for. A fly was found in my daughter's burger when she removed the tomato. Called store phone number multiple times and no answer. Very rude staff when I asked what time the lobby would open on New Year's Day. I was told when employees would come to work she would open the lobby. Completely uncalled for response, are these people even being trained? Work ethics, morals, or politeness I'm noticing is becoming non-existent in jobs dealing with the public.

I had to look up the ingredients on the baconator it state that it has 6 strips of applewood smoked bacon. At this Wendy's you get two pieces of bacon for $ 9.50 not worth even calling it a bacon cheeseburger we can do better then this Dave .... Sad days 😔.

I came back for the first time in years since the burleson stores are awful now. Thinking maybe they would be better. But somehow they are worse. They are mean, rude, food was just as bad as burleson, and there were roaches in the bathroom. This place has never been the same since Mark left. He was such an amazing manager and always went above and beyond and made sure the food was fresh. If you would treat your employees better, you would be able to keep good employees who take care of your store. Even Jim was better than who was working there now. I wasn't able to catch their name.

I ordered a son of a baconator meal and asked for a baked potato as my side. I asked for a small frosty on addition to my drink. When the cashier handed me the frosty, I asked for my drink cup. He told me that I didn't ask for a drink. I told him it should have come with the meal. He Addis with me and said I didn't tell him I wanted a meal. The shift manager or whoever she was came over but never intervened to try and resolve the issue. It also ended up costing me more because he charged each item separately.

I am a die hard Wendy's fan for the last 30yrs,never had to write a bad review.I bought two breakfast 2 egg and sausage croissant and 2 potato wedges first off don't see how you could call them potato wedges look nothing like on commercial these were flat and really no potatoes the potatoes I guess was cooked out and the croissants disgusting they were dripping mayo no exaggerating actually couldn't taste anything but mayo both meals went into trash that's how bad they were.With todays prices on fastfood I guess I have learned a lesson on checking my meal,but I have always trusted my Wendy's.

Pulled up and was the only person in the drive through was served cold fry's nuggets and burger for one of my meals , my 4 year olds kids meal was cold as well. Ordered 2 drinks as well and wasn’t given any straws and my son’s sweet tea was an unsweetened tea. Didn’t notice any of this until I got home so I called them and asked to speak with a manager I was told they were too busy when I was just there and no other customers where inside or in the drive through. I’m just confused why they didn’t make fresh food knowing it had been a while since they made fresh food and what they have been doing if not their job ..

When I go in through the drive-thru tonight they're out of chili at 6:31 I'll pull up they're out of drink carriers I asked for one extra honey mustard I asked for one extra ranch they're going to have to charge me for that I get home I bought five meals did not get one dipping sauce at all whatsoever I called and talked to the manager and it's like oh well sorry about that bad service bad everything from this place We will never be back

Their hours are VERY inconsistent. Mornings, they are not open on time. Evenings, they close two hours early. Idk what’s the point of having the hours listed here if they are not even correct. DoorDash also states you can order from Wendy’s until 12AM but that’s incorrect. I really liked Wendy’s but this location shows that they don’t want customers.

We walked in - 9 people in the place - 2 cars in the drive thru - was told by the kid at the counter he couldn’t take our order for 10 minutes because they had to get caught up. We asked for a manager and the manager said it was her policy that they can only serve 2 customers at a time And then have to wait until that order is done before moving on to the next one. I have been in the industry for 40 years and never ever did we ever tell a person we couldn’t serve them yet. How can other fast food chains get it right. We left and went to the place across the street.

Everything was cold, the burger, the nuggets and the fries and we ate in the parking lot so there’s no excuse! It’s ridiculous the level of service or lack there of that fast food has and wants to charge you these ridiculous prices. They don’t have to worry about me going back over there.

When I went it the lobby was empty. I had been looking at the menu on my phone before I went in so I would know what I wanted , when I told the cashier what I wanted she looked at me & with an attitude & said "I don't have that" maybe she was having a bad day but she was very rude . I started to say to her then when why is it on yalls website to order at this location, but I didn't she told me what they "did" have & i ordered something else that they got wrong . Everyone that came in after me they added things to their order they said not too , they definitely don't pay attention.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had to share my experience just now. Walked in to get some food, employees rolled their eyes, we came in a little before 9:30pm on Sunday September 29th and they said they are closed. Then they asked us if we wanted food, after they had already told us they were closed and essentially kicking us out of their dining room. Their dining room hours say they are open until 10pm every day of the week. I occasionally get food here but a few bad apples have ruined my experience with this Wendy’s and I will not be returning until it’s under new management. I understand it’s not fun to have customers at the end of a night, but this is also a business and it has set hours. If those hours are not accurate then they need to be adjusted so your customers do not come in and get disappointed and go somewhere else instead. I would not recommend anyone to go here as I wouldn’t trust them to make my food after an experience like this.

Went by craving an awesome burger, so I decided to do Wendy's, but that was a mistake. It cost over $15, and the burger was cold and nasty. I got a big bacon classic, but it was a big mayo classic. The fries were cold as well. The only thing that was enjoyable was the frosty. Good job, Wendy's way to mess up the only thing yall are really know for. It seems like the only way to get a good burger is a mom and pop place.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but today the lady working drive through was not very nice. She was obviously having a bad day and did not mind showing it ! Kept rolling her eyes at me in frustration. And I bit into a raw piece of Bacon. So make sure you guys check to make sure your food is cooked thoroughly!!!
