Very friendly guy working the counter. Took my order and got things going right away. It was a bit odd that credit cards could only be processed at the "pick-up" register around the corner from the "order here" counter. Oh, well. Pizza was out quickly and was as ordered, although the quantity of toppings was a bit sparse. Stuffed crust pizza was quite good. Will certainly visit again.

Glad I gave them another shot! My first order from here was awful. Pizza wasn’t cooked /good. Over sauced and under baked. My pizza tonight is phenomenal! Bubbles, cheesy, perfect sauce/topping ratio. Perfect amount of buffalo spiciness. Thanks so much!

I have a unique situation where was loved one gets coupons and so I go here a lot and my order is often under her name apparently they have been speculating on my situation. All you need to know is the food is paid for and I'm coming to pick it up. Also there's no garbage cans in the lobby that you may find in a McDonald's so I would leave my boxes because I thought maybe that was expected because again. No garbage but one day I come in and he pointed to a garbage can in there area and says employees have been complaining it's fine but I was embarrassed. I'm mostly mad about the speculation on something that's none of their concern.

The people are nice and the food is good, but it seems that they don’t really care about the detail. Went in and picked up my to go order and the top of the pizza box has been pulled down to crush the pizza crust instead of being folded close to the bottom half of the cardboard box.

If it wasn't for the Mgr Andrew I wouldn't be giving any stars. I was made to feel like I had to tip. Had to meet in the middle of nowhere. He didn't get out of his car @ so & I was super scared standing outside his car in the middle of nowhere and he want giving me my change back. Not until I agreed to to him. Just to get back into my car.

Online order on 6/17 afternoon. Went in to pick up. They said they didn't get our order and my name wasn't on the list. Went out & got my son's phone to show the submitted order & my phone to my bank acct was already charged. 3 workers, including the one who had talked to me, ignored us for 10-15 minutes, while cutting & making me pizzas. They all looked at us several times and didn't say a thing. Finally, one of them came over, asked for my name, said they didn't get our order. My son showed it to him on his phone & they guy found it right away, then said they were making the order. He brought it out 15 minutes later and apologized.

Not sure what the hell happened? It's like they forgot the pineapple and just threw a handful on top after it was cooked (none of the pineapple was inside the cheese...the pizza and pineapple were both cold). But I've had so much issue getting pineapple pizza from this location it makes me think someone there has it in for pineapple pizza...

It took over an hour too get 2 pizzas and a box of chicken.. Then they had to remake the cheese pizza because giant chunks of it were missing cheese. Like perfect circles of no cheese. What.. how.

When we pulled into the parking lot 3 employees were vaping (most likely marijuana) because when we entered the music was so loud the person taking our order kept asking to repeat ourselves instead of turning their music down. They were all shouting back and forth to one another over the music. We used the menu and pointed to one of the menu items we wanted and he told us he couldn’t see that far to tell us what we wanted. But again also said he couldn’t hear us because music was so loud.

Ordered two pizzas through the app at around 7:45pm. App said 30 minutes for pick up. Honestly didn’t look at the tracker until I got to the store, but when I did, realized it would be over an hour wait. If I hadn’t already paid for the order, I would have walked away and abandoned it. I would’ve never ordered it with that much of a wait. By the time I got back to the house at 9:20pm with the pizzas (an hour and a half later), the family was full from snacking from what was available at home. It’s absurd it took so long to make my order. I get that they were busy, but this obviously indicates they need to have more staff. And to top it off, no “I’m sorry”. No “Thank you for your patience”. Really bad experience all around. Should’ve ordered from Papa Murphy’s and cooked it my damn self.

It took us longer to pay for our delivery then it took to deliver. The system to pay wouldn’t let me put in all the CC numbers before it kept asking me to “Put the numbers in and press pound”. After many tries and even trying to use another card I was finally connected to the store. The person on the phone kept asking me to repeat my CC numbers 5 times. When we finally got the pizza it was burnt and we order garlic knots and got burnt Cheesy Bread. I have not ordered Dominoes in a long time because it always tasted like cardboard with sauce and cheese. Then the funny thing is I see a commercial where all the food looked so delicious. I just don’t know how anybody could give this pizza anything but 1 star. I lived in Chicago and New York. Now they know how to make a pizza. This is the opposite. You’ll be wasting your money order from another place in town.
