The only time that this McDonald's disappoints me is when the ice cream machine isn't working.

Quick drive thru service. Egg McMuffin was nice and fresh. 04/2024 - same food, more expensive than ever. 10/2024 - same food as before. Annoyingly expensive for what you get. 02/2025 - used the app for the first time. Remarkably easy. Drive thru attendant was a delight to deal with. I wish all encounters with McD employees went this well. Now as for lower prices... 06/2025 - I take back what I've said about the app. It's way too complicated and too restrictive for how many points you can use per visit. Drive thru staff is pretty good. Food is nothing special. 01/2026 - This was the first time they got my order wrong. I complained in the app and they offered to give me replacement food. I would have preferred my getting reward points back, but it's the next best thing.

You can't really expect excellence from mcdonalds but my hope was for something hot and filling. We ended up having the person yell at us to repeat our order; no big deal- then when we picked our food up the bag was literally shoved at us and forced into our car. The food seemed much more greasy compared to any other mcdonalds, with a small pool of grease in the box and trickling off the burger/soaked into the bun. The container of fries was also half full. Fine if you have no other food options but absolutely not my first choice of even fast food through seaside. Dissapointed for sure.

Nine times out of ten, my large fry order is only 3/4th's full of cold to lukewarm old fries. Its been a very noticable trend at this location (Seaside, Oregon) $11.09 for a two cheeseburger large combo, hot french fries are the least you can do. Not to mention a full order of them like I order.

Terrible experience every single time I need to go here. They follow me into the public restroom each time and stare at me while I'm tryin to relive my self while I wait for sunset empire transit to make it to this location for pick ups and drop offs.! Totally making me feel uncomfortable and violating my right to 6ft of personal space , im totally disgusted with they're demeanor and lack of respect for the general public and there paying customers. ! I won't be spending any USD of mine here again or believing that they are not targeting or profiling who they decide who isn't up to there standards of appearance , cleanliness or financially able to purchase there food products.

I don't blame them for the long wait, it was a busy time of day. But the food was bland! Fries had no salt, burgers had no seasoning, chicken nuggets tasted funny.. just wasn't what I expected from McDonald's. Disappointed.

waited 30 minutes for my curbside order that I ended up having to go through the drive-through for, got horrible attitude from the one male worker with the ponytail and painted fingernails, also watched him snap at the kind worker who was being nice to me and trying to make my order right. forgot multiple items in my order and I had to go back twice. Called six times afterwards to get a hold of a manager, and not a single answer to whoever the worker was who gave me attitude about my order being wrong, learn how to fix your attitude in a rush. to the manager, manage your employees

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 6 piece nuggets they didn’t give me my burgers and I didn’t realize until I was home plus each of the nuggets only had 2 nuggets in them, I couldn’t feed my family for the night and my kids went to sleep starving. Very poor service. Ordered a double Big Mac meal. After receiving the meal I notified management of the error. The manager reluctantly honoured what I had ordered but by this time I had almost completely finished my burger. This is what I received when the missing patty came out. Highly recommend not going to this location as the manager on duty was not great to deal with. I will be filing a formal complaint .
