To be honest i'm confused why the store has 3+ starts it should have 5 stars! The food is amazing i'm literally eating little Caesars right now, Its amazing and I never had trouble with the service. It was all amazing overall

Always great service, on this particular visit the crew seemed lost and my online pizza was not ready as specified by the app. But I won't let one bad visit damper the rest.

Went this evening September 9th for dinner. Ended up getting some for the whole family. The women were fast and kind. They work so hard and in the heat from the stove.

Staff was rather robotic and not so customer oriented, but it is Little Caesars after all. The pizza was good and hot. Probably not too fresh but tasted fine.

Not enough tomato sauce and not cut completely, but hey it is good enough for the cheap price!

The pizza should be covered from the top and bottom just like how the Little Caesars in Kmart would do. There should be a heat sheet in the top of the pizza while the bottom part of the pizza has a baking sheet.

Very fast service, but why are the crazy breads so small. Barely 3 inches long. Sorry that's just a start of a dirty joke.

They only would take exact cash and they advertise delivery but they don't deliver. No hot-n-ready. I ended up ordering online to pick up while I was at the phisical store. Only go here if it's your only choice like it was for us

I said no that's alright just remove a pepperoni. She walked off... got home had 3 pepperoni and the supreme...

The employees are the worst at this place they need to change their attitude we as clients are going to buy not to ask for alms

The pizza itself is okay, a few times I had ordered crazy bread and it was toasted to much where my toddler couldn't eat it. But their employees lack customer service and are rude.

Ordered on line, they made wrong pizza. Had to drive back to get right pizza, and it still was not the correct pizza, didn't have all the listed ingredients. Mad as heck. Sloppy.

Food is always fine, however the service here always seems to decline everytime you order. Recommend ordering on DoorDash, the employees will "forget" to mark your food is ready. They never answer the phone either.

Okay so every time I order from this place I have to be very specific about what I get. The reason being is the pizza's are always overcooked and the crazy bread undercook. Employees are super unprofessional just young adult kids who are not dressed appropriate and have no manners. Management needs to look at the people they hire.

Everytime i go inside the employees are in there phones so its crazy to me when someone calls to order they dont pick up the dang phone its the one thing apparently there good at being on the phone

Hot and ready usually means that the pizzas are ready to go. They asked me to wait 20 minutes. Sounds like false advertisement to me

They need to wear hairnets!!!!!. Every single one has long hair, how are they not wearing hairnets. If masks are required you definitely need hairnets asap!!!!

They are nasty I found hair in the food and the manager was rude and refused to give me his name I contacted corporate

Short review: They used to be a 5 star restaurant. Their food, their service, their employees everything was 5 stars until today. After today they're a 1 star restaurant. I judge every business by their worst employee. Do not waste your time. Let's get on the full review: When one bad employee destroys your 5 star rating. An employee ripped money out out my hand today. Slammed the sauces twice on top of my food. The first time was because i had the nerve to order dipping sauces in person instead of online hey sometimes they run out even the manager said "Yeah i get it," when i said I'll just buy it in person. The second time i told him "That's ranch," I asked for cheese sauce, in respone he slammed them on my food again and said "Don't give me attitude." I looked at him completly confused and my kid said while his back was turned "What attitude?" I guess he thought it was me because he repeated "I said DONT GIVE ME ATTITUDE," i guess asking for the right sauce was to much. If this is how he treats the customers I'm scared of him touching the food. The absolutel worst part? I used to absolutely LOVE this place. The manager is amazing, very understanding, EXTREMELY dedicated to her customers and so sweet as a person overall. She makes things right quickly and is on her A game 24/7. Up until today her staff were all the sweetest and kindest individuals I had ever met in my life. They would remake orders even if YOU'RE the one that is late because they value their customers and their store's reputation. They will always offer either a refund or to make/provide the item at a later date if they ran out of something and you already ordered or paid. That's dedication to your customers. Up until today I was always treated with respect and dignity because that's the environment the managers strived for.

I was trying to work the online order in the restaurant and not in front or inside did it want to work. Another thing I asked the front clerk for the promo and he answered "That's only online." How ridiculous is it when not even the store can honor the promotions to little Caesars for their clients trying to order. I had to resort to the purchase of over priced meals, where not even by uploading the app can I receive the discounts or make the order.

I am appalled at the unprofessional behavior from the employees at this store. They gave me an undercooked pizza, which I brought the box back to show the dough was undercooked. The supervisor was rude threw my pizza box away and refused to help me. I have never been so disrespected as a customer and a person!!! I will not be returning. Check your pizza before hand.

Dear Owner: get it together!!!!!!!!! The phone is never in working order (either gives a busy signal or goes to an automated voice stating the mailbox is full") it never rings and we can never get ahold of anyone so you cannot call in an order or call with questions and as of now they no longer offer the "make your own" deep-deep dish option on the app to order that way?? I would call and ask why or place an order via phone but the phone never works at this store

After a walk-in purchase of a hot-n-ready, was asked to wait 5 mins for next pizza. We waited for it in lobby area while same cashier proceeded to process several other walk-in sales. When confronted with the delay, cashier Celeste G., excused herself by saying she was busy assisting others with their tasks. When the other sales were brought to her attention she said ‘you got your pizza, don’t what do you want now?’ No apology or even acknowledgement of their oversight. Simply put, rude and inconsiderate display of poor people and professional skills.
