Sono andata con degli amici che c'erano già stati. Abbiamo trovato la neve, bel paesaggio un po' sperduto dove non c'è nulla, molto bello però in mezzo alla natura. Visto il periodo abbiamo mangiato insalata di toma, polenta concia e con lo spezzatino. La signora credo la proprietaria molto gentile, scambiando anche qualche parola in piemontese

The food is good, they prepared a dinner all about mushrooms...just for the 4 of us...nice place and super friendly people...fair price...the only shame is that it's a little inconvenient to get to.

I liked it. Family atmosphere. I walked in, not knowing the menu. They started bringing me appetizers, asking for seconds, then moving on to two first courses, asking for seconds, and finishing with a second course and side dish. Tasting menu €28: 4/5 appetizers, 2 first courses, second course with side dish. Dessert, water, wine, and coffee. Tops! Starters: Russian salad Toma salad Cotechino with puree Polenta crostini with cod First courses: Sausage and Nebbiolo risotto Piedmontese pasta with roast sauce Second course: Roast veal with baked potatoes Desserts: Two bunet and chocolate chestnut cake

An old-fashioned, family-style osteria. Service is fairly quick for a full menu. The fried mushrooms are very tasty. Good wine by the glass. Price for two adults and two small children (an appetizer and agnolotti) is €80. Very reasonable considering the quantity and quality.

Sunday afternoon at this inn with old friends. Restaurant not easy to find, quite isolated. All extremely familiar. Good service. Clean but very basic facilities. Deer 🦌 with very good berries, the only dish out of the average. The rest typical. Fairly cheap price. The only real flaw. They didn't ask us for the green pass 🙏

Sono già tre volte che vengo e mi sono trovato sempre bene. Buoni piatti tradizionali piemontesi e proprietari cortesi

Allora sono stato due volte in questa trattoria a Coazze, devo dire che ho avuto due esperienze diverse. La base comune è che c’è un menu fisso prestabilito che va dagli antipasti ai dolci bevande comprese per circa 30€ il che va benissimo. L’ambiente è un po’ grezzo forse rimasto agli anni 80 ma a me piace quindi per me non è un problema se vado in una trattoria di paese non cerco tanti fronzoli, ma sostanza! Allora la prima volta non c’era il pienone e quindi ogni portata ci è stata proposta più volte sono uscito veramente pieno. La seconda volta invece era nolto affollato e forse per questo non mi è mai stato proposto bis e le porzioni erano davvero risicate rispetto alla prima volta. Faccio quindi una media delle due esperienze e la consiglio si, ma solo se non avete fretta e non vi aspettate grandi cose.

We chose this trattoria after reading the positive reviews and because, for our elderly parents, we opted for a nearby restaurant. I'm used to eating yogurt and fruit for lunch, so I don't get upset about meager portions. But when I read reviews that say, "Excellent and plentiful food," I wonder if they've mistakenly reviewed another restaurant! Two transparent, thumb-thick slices of vitello tonnato, two invisible slices of cured tongue, a rather banal toma salad. No parmesan cheese (??) at the table. I had to forgo adding flavor to the first courses. I thought it was an oversight in setting the table. I was wrong. When I asked for cheese to flavor the pasta, after having already given it up for the risotto, they brought such a meager portion that the other five diners used it sparingly. Not even a teaspoon each, and I had to forgo it. I also praised the mushroom risotto, the "bardian" pasta (made with rye flour), the braised beef in Barolo, and the fried mushrooms. Fair prices? For €30, I can definitely eat at better places. One last thing: if you tell me over the phone that you accept debit cards, you can't, upon my arrival, find a sign—obviously not new, but rather worn—saying that the ATM is out of service. This is certainly a custom, not an exception. Bring cash because that sign will remain there (see photo).

Non si può dare una valutazione su niente! So solo che siamo andati via con la fame pagando 41 euro a persona! Era la prima volta che venivamo in questo posto e anche l’ultima!

After we showed up at the door and politely asked if there was room for lunch, we were angrily told no several times in a row, turning our backs on us and leaving us stunned at the door. I can't comment on the quality of the food, which, fortunately, I won't have the pleasure of trying in the future, given how they treat their customers.
