We visited Parlapà as a group of six, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The place immediately strikes you: located in the historic center but expertly modernized, it offers a refined, beautiful atmosphere, with attention to every detail. For dinner, my friends enjoyed the house menu, while I opted for off-menu options, enjoying two truly exceptional black truffle dishes: a Fassona steak tartare and tagliolini, both excellent. Everything was accompanied by an excellent wine list and concluded with fresh desserts made daily. The place is also perfect for an aperitif with excellent cocktails, but the real added value is the staff: friendly, knowledgeable, and with a 360-degree customer service that is rare these days. What about prices? You have to pay for quality, and the bill was absolutely within the norm for a good place. When you leave with a smile and a full belly, it means it was worth it. Well done, you're truly passionate about what you do: you're an added value to Giaveno. See you soon!

Located in a historic building renovated in the last few decades, Parlapà has only one flaw: the acoustics. As often happens, when the room is full, unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to talk. Fabio's hospitality allows you to sip a glass of wine if there's a wait for your table, and Irene and her staff offer everything, from explanations of the dishes to wine recommendations for perfect pairings. The preparations are meticulously executed, and you can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. In short, if you want to eat well, you know where to go.

I've been a regular at Parlapa' for over a year. I always enjoy the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes Fabio offers are masterfully prepared by chef Daniele and stand out for their sophistication and careful pairings, which are never banal. A special mention also goes to the fabulous cocktails, offering a wide variety of classics and more unusual cocktails... The table service provided by Irene (always with style and loving kindness) and all the other staff is excellent. In conclusion, Parlapa' is a place I highly recommend, ideal for any occasion: aperitifs, intimate dinners, birthdays, company dinners, or parties... 🏆🏆🏆❤️❤️

Sunday lunch featuring porcini mushrooms...what can I say? Everything was perfect...from the impeccable service to the superb products...a lovely place and a waitress who conveyed all her passion for cooking...highly recommended and we'll be back to try the rest of the menu. See you soon

We had dinner and had a great time. We came from Turin specifically to eat mushrooms and were more than satisfied. The dishes were generous and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, the waiters were friendly, courteous, and discreet. The owner was friendly and welcoming. He even gave us a discount. We plan to return, seeing the dishes of other customers, which we found very appetizing. We also recommend Parlapà for children; we went with our daughter. They have dishes for them, too.

Excellent experience. Aperitif menu for €18, drinks not included, with the platter pictured (for two) and a portion of risotto. Excellent food and adequate portions. Efficient service, very refined atmosphere. An excellent place for an aperitif, dinner, or even just a cocktail.
