After walking in the restaurant and seeing so many friendly and inviting faces with the delicious smell of fresh Jersey Mike's subs bringing out the hunger in me, this Philly Sub matched with a pristine store and wonderful people working there, was a phenomenal experience. Matt, apart of the leadership, along with the rest of the opening crew have earned my loyalty for years to come!

I adore Jersey Mike’s and while not the best location, the food is good, the service was perfectly fine and it’s convenient. Most of my problems are things like the limited seating space and that the bathrooms require a passcode to use. The usual things I have a problem with regarding a lot of places in the area. Honestly a perfectly serviceable location if you’re craving a Jersey Shore’s favorite or a Famous Philly.

Fantastic cheesesteak (ignore the terrible photo) - tonnes of meat, super hot and fresh and a great price. Service was friendly enough too. Would eat again.

I like the sandwich. and the employees were very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a diarrhea and vomit.Also, my coworker as well. I doubt there was something wrong with the food.

North Arlington has been in desperate need of a Jersey Mikes and our prayers have finally been answered! This new location dropped right on the same block with chipotle and four sisters. Now Arlingtonians have Italian Store and Jersey Mikes for the high quality sub. So thank you, Mike, for raising my property value by a cent :) I've already been here 3 times and have to say that they are trying very hard to get staff trained and customer focused. All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. That said, the higher-level manager should really look at the production line because - all three times I've been there - the line gets held up because you have the most junior person serving as the only salad dresser. And then it just looks weird when 5 other employees stand behind that person, helping him/her along. Feel like 2 sandwich dressers may be more efficient perhaps? I also will say that the sandwich size on opening day was dramatically larger than the size from my most recent visit. When I went to some of the original Jersey Mike's years ago, the $15 giant subs were 5-finger width and could absolutely not be eaten in a single sitting. When I went in last time, they plopped the saddest bun I've ever seen. It was no more than 12" long and 3-finger width - basically like a baguette. We cannot be paying $20 after tax for this, I'm sorry. The shrinkflation is too much and you've turned off a Clarendon resident of 10 years. We're a-holes, I know, but we can always predict when a business is about to fail. Please, I see leadership reading these reviews, DO SOMETHING about your declining quality!

I don't know what it is - perhaps I'm ordering the wrong sandwiches - but Jersey Mike's hasn't been a "sub above." Rather, it's tasted like pretty much every other garden-variety sub place I've ever had. The staff at the Clarendon location is very nice. I just wish the food was better. There's a lot of competition among restaurants in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. Jersey Mike's need to step up its game.

Store looked closed at noon and I was threatened by an emotionally unstable woman outside the empty storefront, screaming that she had a gun and wanted to kill me. NOT safe.

Tried to order from here but I don’t think they were even open. Multiple delivery drivers had issues and ultimately had to cancel the order.

Arrived at the store at 840 only to see that the lobby was closed for in-store ordering. (not on jersey mikes site or google maps). Store was only doing “pick-up orders”. So I tell the associate I will place my order through the app and he tells me if you place it now we wont make it. I said why not I'm right here and you can see your system. My app says I can order it. He tells me the store is technically closed. So I said why can't you take my order verbally then. His reply was Im sorry ma’am. Just an inconvenience.

The biggest tragedy in subs since the OceanGate Titanic disaster. This was far from "a sub above", as Jersey Mike's registered trademark had promised me. I've been twice now, and as a big sandwich guy, each visit has sank beneath my expectations. On my first visit, my sub was scant with meat - as if made on a vessel stranded in a minefield, and running low on provisions. On my second (which prompted this review) I ordered the big kahuna, no cheese. The woman privateering the grill took 20 minutes to make it, and other staff members had to go remind her that she had a job to do. When I got home to open my sub - lo and behold, oceans of cheese (a concern, as I am lactose intolerant). There were only 5 or 6 customers at this point in time. For the service to take that long at a fast food joint is silly. For it to take that long and be wrong (when you have wasted the customer's time, and they would have to unwrap the sandwich to check if it is right) is entirely unacceptable. Will not be returning, especially when there are Jimmy Johns and Potbelly's in the near vicinity, and a chipotle right next door. With plenty of fish in the Arlington sea, cast your line elsewhere.

I have visited thisstore on multiple occasions and have consistently encountered the following issues: Slow Service: Despite having numerous staff members present, the service is notably slow. Orders take an excessive amount of time to be prepared and served, which is disappointing given the apparent staffing levels. Unfriendly Staff: The staff rarely engage with customers in a friendly manner. Smiles and basic courtesies are lacking, making the dining experience less pleasant. I hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.
