Hello, I am a kidney patient. Good service from all the hemodialysis nurses. The only nurse who doesn't do her job very well is this Caro. A shorty who wears glasses doesn't do her job well. Every time I have to see her, she just spends her time sleeping and that's not done. She should be alert if a patient gets sick or something. I just ask that you call her attention please, she doesn't come to sleep, she comes to work. Her name is Caro.

The care is good, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, but I didn't think it was fair to charge $2,000 for Dr. Alvarez's (internist) fees for an evaluation that took no more than 20 minutes.

It's a very nice, clean, and pleasant place, but I've had problems with some of the receptionists. The service isn't the best, and it bothers me because several times they've attended to me after the scheduled appointment time. But that's not all; perhaps they're distracted because when they give me my appointment, they change the time and make me wait for more than half an hour. Another issue is that when they weigh me and take my blood pressure, they don't write it down and pass it on to the doctor.

Las instalaciones y la atención bien pero para dar el alta pésimo, una vez que te dan te alta a tu paciente te te hacen esperar mucho para generar tu cuenta y pagar, nos hicieron esperar hora y media y solo porque bajamos a recepción a preguntar nos hicieron la cuenta, si no, quién sabe cuánto tiempo más nos hubieran tenido esperado, después de eso tuvimos que espera otra hora y media para que el doctor nos diera la receta porque no la dejó cuando fue a darlo de alta y cuando fuimos a su consultorio estaba en consulta. Después de 3 horas pudimos retirarnos, ni porque es de paga el servicio es eficiente.

La enfermeras son excelentes. Lo demas no. La que se encarga de los pagos..... terrible dude.

Doctor was great but receptionist refused to give me my eye glasses prescription when we went back to pick up the new glasses. She kept the prescription as proof that we paid.

Terrible hospital and service. My baby was born in a bedroom bed because the gynecologist didn't answer my call and the on-call doctor ignored me. They deserve a lawsuit since I was practically alone during my birth without the necessary care and medical attention. They only took me to the operating room for suturing. Not recommended at all.

Some nurses in hemodialysis don't provide good service, it's like they're not getting paid. And where you make appointments, they don't honor appointments made a week or two in advance. So why bother making appointments if they're not going to be honored? Some people's service is terrible.

The woman who works at the pharmacy, I don't know her first name, only her last name is Aguilar Niño, and I know she's the niece of the manager, Erika Nuño. She has terrible customer service; you ask her questions and she doesn't answer. And on top of that, she refused to exchange a product for me, saying that exchanges aren't allowed for anyone because everything is already invoiced. And I hadn't even been 24 hours since I bought it. Awful service.

If I could, I'd give it -100 stars. One of the emergency room doctors on Saturday, June 17th, was incredibly unprofessional. He wouldn't even give me his name, and they discriminated against patients, treating them as if they had COVID without any tests other than a single chest x-ray, which other doctors quickly determined was pneumonia using the same x-ray. They then left me outside the hospital at 3:30 am without oxygen or an IV, which we asked them to provide. In short, some doctors and their protocols are completely useless.

Terrible emergency room service time. Only one person in front of me, and wait times of up to an hour. It's worth mentioning that there isn't much traffic or accidents or anything like that. They're just slow to communicate that there are patients waiting.

I don't recommend it; they're opportunistic and will rip you off. I asked for information because my wife was admitted with a kidney infection. After 12 hours of care and stay at that hospital, I asked about the expenses incurred up to that point. One of the doctors got angry and told me, "This is an expensive hospital; be prepared to have money because your wife is very ill, and so far it's almost 10,000 pesos when all they gave her was an IV and a blood test." I decided to take her out and go to another hospital where I didn't spend more than 2,000 pesos for a few medications. They take advantage of people's lack of knowledge about diagnoses and are also arrogant.
