I love the concept (which is not limited to seafood), location, taste of the food, the presentation of the dishes served, the creativity to name the dishes, the service, etc. I would recommend the drink called "tejuinera" which is beer with tejuino (alocal beverage) and lemon ice cream. Prices are affordable too.

Tardaron como 45 min para mi orden y todavía me la dieron incompleta tuve que regresar por mi hamburguesita y mis papitas 🥹

It used to be one of my favorite places in Colima, the tejuinera is still outstanding but unfortunately this last time the flavor of the food was nothing special, the aguachile had too much cucumber and the ceviche pico de gallo, both bland, I expected more flavor from the sauces.

It's a lovely spot in a good location, and the food was decent and the staff was nice enough, but a lot of places here sell burgers and seafood, and nothing really set this place apart for me.

Pésima atención por parte de la mesera, confundió la comanda y al corregirla se enojó. La comida no fue mala pero tampoco increíble. El lugar es bonito.

No fue bueno, hay maquinas para hacer el pedido, se supone que compre una hambuerguesa con chipotle y de chipotle solo tenia el nombre, no fue de mi agrado la hamburguesa... Ha decaido mucho esta franquisia en general.

El servicio es pésimo, lento, mala actitud; la comida fría. No lo recomiendo

Ok seafood with mediocre service. The tuna did not taste very fresh, the Baja tacos were just ok, the shrimps were frozen. Sauces were all industrial, nothing home made except the mayonaise. There are better places in Colima.

La verdad es que planeo no volver, nos atendieron más a fuerza que de a ganas, nos asignaron la ¨única mesa disponible¨una mesa llena de sol, el mesero que nos atendía por más que le preguntamos que…

No tienen teléfono para contacto directo, olvidaron una hamburguesas y el paquete que me llegó, llegó sin verdura ni salsas. Hora y media esperando para esto, y ni forma de contactarlos.

A explicacion de la persona que se encontraba en el lugar indico que no contaba con sistema y no podia reañizar cobros cpn tarjeta o QR, en mi caso, necesitaba pagar con este medio para hacer valido el descuento de ML. MUY MAL SERVICIO

Edit: la inflación estará dañando este lugar o no se que otra excusa tienen, pero es la última vez que vuelvo a ir a este lugar... Por confianza solo revise en mi pedido para llevar qué estuviera todo, más no preví qué el pedido fuera una miseria total un pedazo de pan, una carne y un mísero aro de cebolla en una rodeo burger de promoción, ya estaré imaginando la cara de malicia de la persona que armó este par de... Que lástima que están franquicias vayan en descenso. Con moscas al interior, vasos sin imagen del lugar una sola persona para cobrar. Esta muy complicado retomar las actividades después de la pandemia pero ni jalapeños tenían. Aparte de la pésima actitud del personal.

Pésimo servicio, deberían correr al personal que tienen, 4 veces me han dado mi pedido súper mal, cuando no me faltan cosas me ponen cosas que yo no pedí 😡😡😡se supone que uno va directamente a drive por que tenemos prisa o alguna situación similar, no vuelvo a ir!!!!

Pésimo servicio ofrecen productos cuando pagas y cuando los entregan te dicen que ya no hay y te quieren dar otra cosa, las personas que te entrega con una actitud muy pésima no tienen nada de actitud con la atención al cliente

Comida y servicio del asco, me faltaron unas papas fritas, las pedí, me las aventaron en la charola y todas se cayeron. Mejor consuman en otro lugar

Siempre que pedimos en Didi, nos hacen falta piezas, no es culpa del repartidor ni de Didi, ES CULPA TOTAL DE BURGER KING, no saben atender pedidos, ocupan personal que sepan LEER Y ACATAR ÓRDENES

Muy lento mal servicio primera y última vez

Es triste acabar en esta sucursal, se pude ver la carencia de capacitación y el nulo incentivo que se les da a los trabajadores , la sucursal siempre está sucia y la comida mehh! Ahora con sus pantallas ya no abren ninguna caja y es un relajo entenderle, aparte oculta las ofertas o no las tiene. La verdad el lugar tiene potencial pero con ese tipo de cosas hacen que uno ya no quiera comprar aquí!

Good service, but lacking in seasoning. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the restaurant manager or owner. They want to make tipping a custom legal and question you about the reason for your tip if they don't like it. They expect you to leave more than 10% when it's voluntary... and if it were a peso, they should be grateful because that's why you pay for the meal, and that includes the service. It's not fair that they want to humiliate you by questioning you about leaving a tip that isn't enough for them. As if they don't have a salary. A strike for that action!!! There I leave you an image of the person who questions your tip who apparently is the owner... they want to earn 10 or more % of the consumption without risking or putting anything at stake, it's like being a partner of the restaurant and taking at least 10 percent of the gross profit, without expenses for supplies or salaries and rent... and from what I see in the comments my experience is not an isolated case, apparently it is a bad habit rooted in that establishment..." and clarifying... I commented that I had a bad experience with the service staff or to be more specific with the person with a beard and a chubby guy. I never said that I had bad service, and questioning only because of the tip if they attended well or not is still a form of intimidation. And there he commented that it bothered me. Well of course how are they going to be confronting and trying to intimidate them to get more tips? They are wrong. And what he said about me telling them things about the place next door when I left is false, I stood up and just took the A photo of the person who questioned my tip, who apparently is the owner, who is the worst! They should be ashamed! They say they want to improve, but instead of doing so and apologizing for their actions, they continue to confront customers!
