Opinions de What's the Buzz Coffee College Station
What's the Buzz has amazing coffee. Whether you're getting a cappuccino or buying a bag of beans, you're going to be delighted. The service inside the cafe is great, and it's a very chill spot to sit and visit with friends. There are two locations, and the College Station location also has a bakery/kitchen with a full menu of of things to order. Don't skip this local hidden gem!
Really enjoyed the new Bryan location, as it is spacious and has ample parking. Good place to stop by and have a drink, and also a great place to learn more about coffee, from farm to table - unlike your run of the mill chain, this place has a true local feel, and I will definitely be coming back!
What a great coffee spot! The staff was very helpful and friendly, perfect for the Aggie spirit! I loved that they had a flight option, especially because I am so indecisive when it comes to ordering coffee. My husband ordered the Thunderstruck, a specialty drink of theirs, and it was definitely our favorite! I can definitely see this being the perfect study space. It has large work tables and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. I also appreciate the art available for purchase. This will definitely be a regular stop of mine when I am in town. I highly recommend!
This is the kind of local coffee place you want to say is your "to-go" spot. One of the best, if not the best coffee in college station. They say they specialize in espressos, but anything you order there will be good. I've had their Buzz Shaken Espresso drink, along with the Cold Brew and other recommendations, and everything has been delicious. The Cold Brew is certainly one of the strongest cold brews I've had. The vibe space is small, but cozy, and you feel like you're in a coffee factory. They also have the 12th man blends, which are their specialty blends, and I love it - I bought some ground for home. The prices are average, and the employees are so nice. Will definitely be adding it my routine coffee grabs.
Coral was so sweet and helpful with the menu even with our several drinks 10/10
NEW LOCATION! On Texas Ave (across from Exxon- the old JJ’s). Everything else is the same! Great coffee! What's the buzz is a local Brazos Valley company, that one would expect to find in Seattle or another sort of coffee capital!! Great coffees, great selection, amazing individuals, it is important to support your local businesses! You won't be sorry. And if you cannot make it directly into what's the buzz storefront, you can get their delicious blends of coffee at your Bryan College Station Kroger or H-E-B!!
💋I LOVE the Tiramisu which I am told is made by Maria's sister with rich espresso, lovely creamy, moist, melt in your mouth lady fingers, dusted with cocoa, and topped with chocolate shavings❣️I will come again 😘
This place makes their own coffee and the staff is super friendly and very informative on so many things to coffee! They have other local artist who sell plants and candles, art work. I recommend coming here not just the coffee but the ambiance and buying unique coffee items for your home!
Love this location and the coffee! They have an excellent roaster. Freshly roasted coffee is something I always am on the lookout for. Grab a bag of beans. Do not snooze on this place. Favorite part is you can get a drip coffee of any of the varieties they sell. Take advantage of this.
Really nice espresso coffee that is served with a friendly smile & service! Loved the ambience inside the store as well. You can smell the freshly ground coffee beans as soon as you enter the store.
Amazing coffee!! I had the cold brew, which was actually concentrated and had hints of sweetness/fruitiness. The buzz coffee was also delicious. Really cozy working area as well!
Wow! What a cool place. Full espresso bar, many pour over selections, and of course, a huge selection of in house roasted coffees. Will certainly stop in every time we're in town.

Ordered a specialty matcha today and it was REALLYY good. I’m visiting from Florida to see my dad and he highly recommended this spot. Very open and very comfortable atmosphere. Very excited to come back and explore much of the menu! Super sweet staff as well
The Colombia Supremo coffee is my absolute favorite. The flavor is so silky smooth and creamy, that I don't need my normal milk in my coffee it is THAT GOOD. The staff was so nice helping me pick out a flavor. They have whole beans for sale and will grind the bag for you if requested. So happy I stopped in on a whim looking for a local place to get good coffee grounds.
I just got some great coffee from this place. Soo excited to fine a place that doesn't burn there bean. Roasted perfectly 👌 all the same spot.☕️
Some of the best coffee in the area. We buy the beans to make coffee at home and grab espresso drinks here and there when we need a pick me up while we're out and about. Product quality is top notch. Sometimes the service could be better though - there have been times in the past when they've been short staffed and things have taken a long time.
My partner and I love coffee, and have made it a point to try every coffee shop in the BCS area over the years we have lived here. We finally got over to try WtB today and What's the Buzz is hands down our favorite. The drinks are smooth, not too sweet, extremely well balanced and flavorful. The pricing is about on par with elsewhere in the area but the quality is much better. Bottom line, make the trip to check this place out if you are like me and don't enjoy (overly sweet battery acid they claim is coffee from) Starbucks.

Needed to kill a little time between appointments and no longer supporting Starbucks and other national chains. The Mrs found What the Buzz on Google Maps, so we have it a try. My oat milk latte was decent and service was good. Would absolutely return and try other offerings. Their bakery and sandwich offerings looked pretty good too.

The coffee was okay, but the service was not great. The lady taking our order was pretty rude, we were trying to order and she just was snarky and snapped back at us. Then I asked an older man with glasses where the bathroom was and he was just not kind. He asked me to repeat my question rudely lol. The coffee isn't worth a trip back in my opinion.
Extremely disappointed. We ordered two espresso drinks, one hot and one iced. Both were practically tasteless. And don't even think about ordering food here. Two paninis came out with barely any filling apart from soggy lettuce oozing with salad dressing. Haven't tried the beans we bought there yet, but there's definitely no reason to stop for their coffee drinks or food.
