Their veggie sandwich may rival Freebird's for the best Vegetarian option near campus. Remember to ask them to keep your bread un-scooped for extra bready belly-filling goodness. Bonus! The folks who work here are friendly, adorable, and ever-willing to take the extra step to give you exactly what you want. And the delivery is zip-flash fast!

I accidentally wondered in the door half an hour before they actually opened not paying attention and when I realized it approaching the counter offered to come back but they ensured me it wasn’t a problem and took care of my order anyways. Much appreciated, and I will try and pay closer attention to the time in the future.
Even when I am irritated jimmy johns delivers. I tried them once in Lubbock and told myself I would never order them again I tried them once in college Station and I have gone back to them weekly great Jimmy John's love it. Five stars.
Good, consistent, tasty sandwiches. And, yes, they are fast fast. Good for eat in and take out. They also deliver. Try the #12 on the wheat sub with a ridiculous amount of red peppers. Yummy! 😋
Freaky fast and tasty! need to work on communication with orders that may be confusing like when customer asks for mayo on one side and mustard on the other - does this mean one half of the sandwich vertically or horizontally? This trip I got one half of the sandwich with mayo wrapped separately from one half of the sandwich with mustard also individually wrapped. I was hoping for mayo on the top and mustard on the bottom.
The staff and workers here at this location are fantastic- great service and attentive to customer needs. I always leave impressed when I visit. And their food is top quality too. :)

This is the best Jimmy John's location of all time. They are truly freaky fast and always have my order ready before I even pull up to the drive thru. They have never messed up my sandwich <3 Sometimes I'll order online when they have a deal going on and they'll have it made within seconds it seems. The subs are always crafted perfectly and schmack so hard. The employees are always friendly and efficient. Amazing location.

Walked me through extras and options as soon as I asked. Clean building, parking lot obviously had recent work done to fix the entrance from the back. The excellent service, excellent food.

Ordered a Cubano, it came out perfectly! I never thought I would like cold sandwiches until I tried this today. My girlfriend liked her Big John sandwich as well. The chips were decent and the chocolate chip cookies were heavenly. The price was very good too.

The cashier was distracted and did not customize my order like i wanted but the sandwich was made well. I like the #3 Totally Tuna as my go to sandwich..I have noticed some locations are managed better than others.. Overall Jimmy Johns makes a good sandwich.
Great fresh sandwich fast service. Only issue is that sometimes they don’t listen carefully and instead of veggie sandwich give you away meat sandwich. May need a bit attentive while taking orders.
Definitely fast. Which is very convenient for lunch breaks etc.. And the fact that they deliver (even one sub) makes it even more convenient. That said, I wasn't expecting the food to be that great, but it's actually pretty good. It's the sort of thing you can go back to on your lunch break. I'd take it over Subway any day.
Went to the drive thru and I am not a big fan of this locations drive thru. It’s kinda small for having a midsize vehicle. Order was precise and service is fast. Very kind staff. Foods great!
Order that I ended up placing was correct and everything tasted fine; however, I asked a question about something I wanted to order twice at the speaker and the employee kept just repeating my order so I gave up. A little unhappy about that but was ready to forgive until I was further disappointed by how poor the customer service was at the window. I don't remember the name of the employee but he was bearded guy with glasses. He opened the window, said the price loud enough and in a tone that it honestly caught me off guard, took my card, then handed everything back with a "here's your card." Now I can understand being tired, I've worked fast food, but I don't agree with how this employee was letting his attitude show. 4 stars for speed and accuracy, 1 star down for the one employee.

Idk if that's policy and every sandwich is made that way? Also by adding meat last it makes the sandwich soggy due to all the veggies soaking on your bread instead of staying fresh on top of the meat.

I will not use delivery from this jimmy johns again. I was charged a $2 delivery fee and the girl that delivered my food turned around and told me they do not get that $2 and asked if I was going to tip her. Where does the $2 go and why in the world would she be allowed to turn around and ask for a tip? Any waiter or waitress should know better than to ask for a tip.
The food is good but definitely overpriced. Customer service is pretty good but they make mistakes from time to time with your order.
We’ve picked up sandwiches from this location a couple other times over the past few years. This was by far the worst time - the others were great - and the worst of any Jimmy John’s sandwiches we’ve had from any location in the US. There was barely any lettuce or tomato given - some bites had zero lettuce or tomato and there were only a couple of very, very thin slices of tomato. Seemed like they forgot the oil also. The sandwiches were really dry and kind of tasteless. And the smell inside was really off-putting. We won’t be rushing back on any further trips to College Station.

Each time I have ordered from here something has been incorrect or forgotten. It makes me look bad when I have to give my boss half of his lunch or the wrong lunch. Team members just need to be more careful and be sure to double check their tickets before they leave the store. Fast is great and all but having the order correct is more important. Having to make two trips to complete/get the correct order doesn't make it fast in the end. Also, I did ask them to credit me once for a forgotten item and they did not so now I make sure to ALWAYS request they bring me the correct order.

I ordered through the app and it was my card was not working after a few tries i just had to chose the cash option. Two minutes after order was placed I got a notification that the charge went through. Because I ordered for my whole office (which I normally do on a monthly basis) it was almost a 70 dollar order. So I called to see if it was indeed charged or if I still needed to pay for it in cash. The employee who answered at first was kind but I couldn’t really understand him because he was so soft spoken, so he offered to pass me off to his manager since he said he was standing right next to him. I said ok and immediately I regretted it. He rudely stated we have not received payment you need to pay it. I said understood that but I was just checking because I incurred a charge. He was like well we don’t have a charge on our end so you need to pay it. I asked him if he was having a bad day, explained that I was plainly asking a question and he didn’t need to be so aggressive and rude. I wished him a better day and hung up. Matthew (the manager) is not someone who should interacting with customers if Jimmy John’s wants to stay successful. His employees should not follow by his example! Please do better!

It only took 59 minutes, so I can't complain too much

For the life of me I do not understand why line cooks insist upon lathering so much sandwich dressing, mayonnaise or mustard on a sandwich that it results in the diner needing a bowl and a spoon to eat the thing like its a bowl of soup. Sandwiches and tacos and burritos and all handhelds . Handhelds should be designed to be eaten without the use of utensils, like forks or knives or the need for a napkin. Normally they have done a great job with their sandwiches, but I guess they hired some bloke off the street who has no idea how to construct a sandwich. When you cant even get the sandwich to your mouth to take a bite because it all slides out, the sandwich s not made properly. I'm tired of paying for food I cant eat. I'm tired of complaining to management. I wish business owners would just have their employees be mindful of the product they put out If it can be eaten, you wont be getting many return customers. Since If had good sandwiches at this place, I know they can do it but I'm gonna give them a rest until the folks they have working now are gone . I ordered a sandwich and potato salad to go . they just put it on the counter no bag, no thank you just called my number. Then when I asked, he just kinda pushed a bag to me . They don’t deliver 2 freakin miles away on e villa Maria. What a joke. Sad to say but jimmy Johns will no longer receive my business.

The Website says they are open until 3 am. I went by at 1 am and the manager said they were closed. I've been there 1,000 times after 1 am and I have never been turned away until today. Horrible for business, especially since it specifically says the jimmy johns on University drive is open until 3am not 12am.

Driving through College Station stoped in around 7 pm ro get a sandwich to take back to the hotel. Before I called to ask a question was very condescending. Ordered a 16inch #9 not only was it not cut the special instructions I had for it were not followed. All in all a very bad experience

Called in to make an order. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering food. Whoever took my order was extremely short and extremely rude. I had to give instructions on where the delivery driver needed to meet me and the guy on the phone hung up on me after I told him I needed the driver to call me so I could meet him at the locked door..I didn't get a verbal confirmation or anything.
I just placed an order and gave specific instructions and they left it in a classroom. I missed my lunch And was charged And I gave a tip! They could’ve called, but no call… how disappointed….

I can’t even count how many Jimmy Johns locations I have been to, and this is the absolute worst. Took them 23 minutes to make two sandwiches (not embellishing), and they were unfriendly, impatient, and downright rude. Do yourself a favor, and go to the Rock Prairie location, Jersey Mikes, or Potbelly. The manager on shift today doesn’t know how to lead. The measure of a person or company isn’t in if they make mistakes but how they rectify them. This place would rather throw your tardy sandwich to you then have the decency to say anything kind. Seriously, don’t go here.
Business does not stay open for business hours and does not accept cash payments through the drive thru. The manager Cameron was in the store but refusing service so they could get home faster & was closing early.
I normally enjoy Jimmy Johns but I highly suggest you don't come to this one. I travel to College Station every 2 weeks and order here. They never get my order right. I kindly ask the manager why they never ask if I am a Jimmy johns rewards person to earn points. He stated they are not allowed to do that through the drive through lane so in order to get your reward points you MUST COME INSIDE to have them ask for your number. I guess this is okay as I read Jimmy John's SOP which doesn't state that. They forgot our 2 bags of BBQ chips and as I backed up to request it , I saw and overheard the Manager complaining about me to the employee because I questioned about the freaky Friday rewards program through drive through. Clearly that shows me how they feel about customers and customer service and loyalty. I should spend my 19.00 dollars per visit 4 times a month as I go every other weekend somewhere else. That is $988.00 that will now go somewhere else a year. As a level 8 Google guide, you can expect thousands of people to view this review. Learn from this review and go to another franchise or another Jimmy johns restaurant in college station. Let's put this one out of business as they don't care about customers, their money or customer service. If I could give 0 I would!! All the workers were extremely rude! They literally said they had no bread, what kind of sandwich place has no bread all because it was a mainly Hispanic softball team and obviously didn’t wanted to serve them It’s 2023 and still dealing with this kind of racism!!! Totally unacceptable that 14 girls that came this far to enjoy their tournament and had to leave to find somewhere else to eat!
Unfortunately the unwich on this sandwich was made completely WRONG. So unfortunate. Like no ham, no cheese...what the heck? Why wouldn't I get ham or cheese on my club sandwich. I just hiked 12 miles with packs and was to tired to cook dinner but was trying to keep it healthy and get something low carb and with more protein. They left out 70% of the protein I was trying to get. lame The last two visits to this location have also done a terrible job on our orders so I will drive the extra distance to somewhere else. I specifically ordered a Slim, which comes plain and dry, and verified that it would be plain and dry. They put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it, which made it inedible for me. (If I wanted those ingredients, I would not have ordered a slim!) I didn't discover the mistake until I got back to my hotel room, at which point I had to get on a telecon and couldn't go back to replace it. This is particularly upsetting because the boxed lunch provided at my meeting today was also inedible for me, which means I haven't had anything to eat today, after getting up at 5 to drive to College Station and not having time for breakfast. I was really looking forward to having dinner. I'm very upset that the only sandwich place I know of that actually has a plain and dry option on their menu (which is why I went there instead of the many other options in the area) did not honor that order.
This is not the first time I’ve gotten a sandwich from here with hair in it. I got two turkey Tom’s & the sandwich I got at first I thought my hair fell into it. The food is alright. My complaint is the fact that this location has had a giant pothole right in the middle of the drive through for god knows how long. If you have a large car good luck maneuvering through to the window. You actually have to back up after turning if you don't want to clip the curb they placed conveniently next to the drive through. Whoever owns this locations seems to only care enough to put a bit of gravel in the pothole which ends up spilling out after a day.

Extremely poor customer service So, I had an order for a giant sub at 10:15. Employee told me he had no bread to make the order. So he was going to cancel the order. I told him it's unfair for them to cancel my or from a customer service aspect it's not my fault there wasn't enough bread prepped. I asked If there was an accommodation. The employee/manager said no then proceed to hang up on me.
This is not the first time I’ve gotten a sandwich from here with hair in it. I got two turkey Tom’s & the sandwich I got at first I thought my hair fell into it. But the second sandwich I bit into the hair was mixed in with the lettuce. That is absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money on this place
I specifically ordered a Slim, which comes plain and dry, and verified that it would be plain and dry. They put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it, which made it inedible for me. (If I wanted those ingredients, I would not have ordered a slim!) I didn't discover the mistake until I got back to my hotel room, at which point I had to get on a telecon and couldn't go back to replace it. This is particularly upsetting because the boxed lunch provided at my meeting today was also inedible for me, which means I haven't had anything to eat today, after getting up at 5 to drive to College Station and not having time for breakfast. I was really looking forward to having dinner. I'm very upset that the only sandwich place I know of that actually has a plain and dry option on their menu (which is why I went there instead of the many other options in the area) did not honor that order.
The food is alright. My complaint is the fact that this location has had a giant pothole right in the middle of the drive through for god knows how long. If you have a large car good luck maneuvering through to the window. You actually have to back up after turning if you don't want to clip the curb they placed conveniently next to the drive through. Whoever owns this locations seems to only care enough to put a bit of gravel in the pothole which ends up spilling out after a day.
