Best cookies around... Perfectly cooked.

Great experience on Valentine’s Day! I ordered for my son and it arrived early on 2/14 with the sweetest delivery driver. The cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious. They do not charge a large delivery fee and you get your value’s worth. I’ll be using Tiff Treats again as I know they deliver a quality product.

The cookies were very delicious; however, they seemed very unorganized when I went. The line went slow due to the one register and the fact that the people in front of me kept ordering the ice cream sandwiches which took the workers a good while to make. I placed my order online which they happened to misplace. Luckily, I was emailed my receipt and was able to show the worker who got my order all straightened up. I couldn't complain because I got my cookies when I was suppose to according to their website but I also showed up 15 min prior to that time. Hopefully they get a little more organized because I will definitely be coming here again and I'd rather not wait too long.

Excellent cookie delivery. Always hot cookies professionally packaged and the staff stands behind their products. Any issues are quickly resolved and calling over the phone you actually get a live person! After dozens of orders, I'm sure I will still make dozens more!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tiffs Treats online customer service. There was an issue with my delivery for teacher appreciation week and I reached out to Tiffs Treats on Facebook and Instagram via DM; I expressed how upset I was about my delivery, etc. and they responded. They were so nice and very understanding on why I was upset, etc. and they did not fail! They made sure to make things right with me, they made sure I was happy and just overall amazing customer service on their social media platforms. They could have chosen not to respond, or they could have gotten mad at me for being a KAREN so my 10 year old would call it LOL but they weren't! They were worried about taking care of me and my delivery and keeping me happy. Made my day I will say that much! So thank you Tiffs Treats for having amazing online/ social media platform customer service and for working with me on this. I really appreciate it, you have no idea!!!!!

Yummy and delicious. Oh my gosh, these are my favorite cookies, I always get them warmed up and they are heavenly! The snickerdoodle is my absolute favorite, but I've probably tried all the others and they are also amazing. I try to only buy a few at a time otherwise I could eat a whole dozen! 🙈

Great tasting cookies and free delivery (with a paid "Elite" membership on orders over $15). I purchased a $99 summer special that gets 1 dozen FREE cookies DAILY all summer! I do have to pay the delivery charge if I get them delivered. So far I've picked up 1 dozen free cookies every day Some I ate, some I gave to friends, and some I took to clients. Great deal!

The cookies are fresh and delicious!! They are just the right texture for a glass of milk and they have a variety of cookies to choose from.

The flavor I liked the most was the lemon sugar, but even though the other ones were good, they're not the BEST cookies I've ever tried. Love tiffs treats but went there the other day and lady working the register/taking orders raised her voice at all the customers inside waiting to order. There were probably close to 15 people inside in that small shop so obviously lots of voices in a small/tight area projects loud and makes it feel very loud. The lady yelled at all of us, saying we were “yelling” and that we “needed to stop” and that “were all adults so there is no reason for us to be yelling/talking that loud”.

Definitely wouldn't recommend it! Spead your money elsewhere. Javier was extremely rude. I told him it was my daughter's birthday and we had never been here before. He was very unprofessional and rude when I asked questions about everything in the cabinet. Or if we can buy more. It was more of an inconvenience to him to help us than anything else. Definitely will spend my money elsewhere.

why am i waiting 20 extra minutes from my pickup time for half a dozen cookies when i see a stack of cookies right in front of me workers are rude and not helpful to customers, the worker lied to me twice about when my cookies would be done, id appreciate some honesty

And all they wanted to offer was a $10 gift voucher for their product? Like I want tontry to order here again? Maybe nothing bundt cakes and crumble cookies will be the regulars from now on. Never had to wait over 2 hours for them before!!!! Not even on a busy night!!!!!!

We placed an order at around 8pm and the order didn't leave the shop until 945pm. Only enough, that was just after I got off the phone with someone there and they told me it already left and was 3 minutes away. Then, my wife gets a message that they are still 30 minutes away.
