The food at this particular restaurant was spectacular, beautifully presented and plentiful, but the waitress Sandra was especially attentive. She was wonderful to our group of 17 and went out of her way to make sure we were all together, arranging and pushing tables and chairs together. She was also incredibly quick to take our order, friendly, pleasant, and very kind! 100% recommended, we will definitely be back.

The delivery service is often terrible, not their fault, but Uber Eats or Glovo's. The delivery drivers are awful; they mix up orders and pretend they don't know what's going on. Plus, the wait times are incredibly long for such a small town. Otherwise, there's no problem; the restaurant itself is nice and the food is delicious, but I would advise the restaurant to hire its own delivery drivers.

A nice place to eat with children. The service was very good; Sandra served us and we were truly surprised by her kindness and friendliness (this girl definitely deserves a raise :-) ). On the downside: they don't have potato wedges and the water is served in a paper cup.

The restaurant is perfect, the only thing I didn't like was the food delivery service. They give you a device when it vibrates, you have to get up and go to the bar to get the food. In other VIP bars, they serve the food at your table. The food is very tasty, quite fast, everything is clean and well-parked, the employees are really friendly.

Vips is always a good option, especially here. The food is very well prepared and presented. The service is quick, especially compared to other places, and it's clean. The best part was definitely the service from Sandra and Dani; they made our evening.

Hemos venido con la familia a las 8:06 pedimos y esperamos 46 min y aún no me llegaba el pedido no tenían clientes en la barra. Tuve que moverme a preguntar que había pasado. Y todos con cara de perdidos no supieron que decir al final sacaron todo. Pero demasiado desorganizado

No entiendo cómo funciona la organización de este restaurante, pero en plena hora punta de comidas, cuando todo el mundo tiene prisa por comer y volver al trabajo, el tiempo de espera medio desde que te toman nota hasta que tienes la comida preparada supera los 30 minutos. Es increíble, la verdad, y eso que nunca está lleno. He venido varias veces esperando que los tiempos de espera fueran algo circunstancial, pero es algo habitual.

The new truffled beef is a complete rip-off, and the portions are so small they're practically for the poor. I counted five tiny finger foods... Better to go to KFC... If you want to eat, don't come here.

Horrible. It was cold. I was eating with my coat on. They told us a 20-minute wait, but we waited 35 minutes. The roast chicken was awful. I couldn't eat it. It was a sad, dry piece of chicken with a really unpleasant sauce, and the potatoes tasted like sprouts. After they came to take my plate away and I told them what happened, they apologized and offered me some pancakes. It's unacceptable to offer you dessert when you haven't had a meal. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I won't be back.

Unfortunately, I don't know what's going on at this particular Vips. We've been twice, and both times we've been disappointed. Today we ordered barbecue ribs, and they brought them ice cold. We asked them to heat them up, and they apologized, saying they supposedly forgot to heat them, which is already surprising. Okay, we thought that was the end of it, but after waiting, they brought the ribs back ice cold again. We had to ask them to heat them up again, and finally, the second time, they were hot at least, but this time the ribs weren't fully cooked. 🙈 The presentation was awful; it looked boiled and tasteless. This is the last time we'll eat at this establishment. I definitely don't recommend it. I've attached a photo.

We ordered a gluten-free Vips Club sandwich, a salmon Vips Club sandwich, and nachos as a starter. They didn't have change for a €10 note, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring it. In addition to the 45-minute wait, the gluten-free fries arrived cold, as if they'd been taken from the refrigerator. When I complained, I received a dirty look. Without any care (and after another 10-minute wait), they put the entire plate in the microwave, which made the sandwich soggy and hot. Furthermore, the Tex-Mex nachos, which I paid €8.95 for, were clearly from a bag and came with such a bad cheese sauce that you could see two different colors.
