Went there at about 5:30ish on Thursday September 16th and got a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The dude that was there made the best sandwich I’ve ever had from subway ever(and I’ve worked at subway, and still do, for 5+ years)!! He was extremely nice and just knew what he was doing and I was very confident in his abilities. If you want to come to a subway in the springs then come to this one, I promise they will make you a bomb sandwich!!

Best Subway ever! Keisha is the best Subway employee I ever encountered! She greeted us with a cheery hello and smile. Fast efgicient helpful service. Keisha is AWESOME! The other Subway on E. Cheyenne was out if breads and steak at noon. We will never go there again! We will now go to 1506 South Nevada! Keisha woukd be an awesome teainer!!☺☺.

Stopped in for a sandwich, and honestly left impressed. Staff were very friendly and took their time to make my sandwich with care. My sandwich ended up looking like something out of the ads, beautiful. Will definitely return to this location next time I want Subway. Perfect service. To the staff member who was wearing the Naruto shirt, hat, and headband....you're a badass, keep being real.

Great food. The sandwich makers actually pay attention to what they are doing when making the subs. They are also very nice when you have to wait an extra long time due to a customer ordering a bunch of food instead of calling ahead. I got a very nice coupon when I got caught behind a lady that ordered 6 subs without calling ahead of time. Highly recommended.

I've been to quite a few subways in my years and most often it's a pretty routine experience. However, this time it was different. The manager was friendly, professional and helpful, this despite having just dealt with some really rude customers who were over demanding. She didn't miss a beat with our order and kept a smile on her face and was able to make jokes, I was really impressed with her composure. When the manager cares and sets such a good example it explains why this particular Subway food is always fresh and tasty, unlike others which sometimes get stale and old. Best Subway ever.

Ricky is the best!! I won’t go anywhere else as long as he’s here at this location! If he’s not here I won’t go in! He makes the subs just like you ask and he makes them to perfection! His attitude is always on point with customers! He deserves a raise!

If I could give more stars I would. Ricky is so friendly and accommodating in so many ways. He was so nice and patient with my toddler who is quite a handful. I will never go to another subway as long as Ricky works here.

Thank you for the speedy, friendly, and helpful service. There’s one particular employee who I’m especially thankful for; John-Luke. He is truly a ‘sandwich artist’ and his customer service has always been superb! Thank you! I’ve been going to this subway on and off for the past couple years (several times a week for the past 10 months) and I predominantly order ahead via the app.

I love this Subway, it's right next to my house. The people that work there during the day are super nice, the ingredients are always fresh, it's cheap and it tastes awesome. The perfect stop for a bite to eat without breaking the bank at a resteraunt. Also, here's an update. The girl with the speedy Gonzales tattoo that works during the week is FANTASTIC. give this girl a raise, seriously. I come in a lot and she always makes my Sandwich perfectly and neatly. Everything is always fresh when she works. And she's super nice. The weekend crew during the day sucks. Messy sandwiches, no money in the drawer for change, paid full price for the sandwich of the day for some reason. Don't go there during the day on the weekend. You'll end up with a bread salad.

I came in, already in a bad mood. Ashley, the employee was just amazing. She was kind, had the store smelling clean and sanitized. All the vegetables looked fresh, and fully stocked. The bread cabinet was full as well. She was fantastic and she definitely deserves a raise. I will definitely be coming back if she continues to work here.

The two guys working were very friendly and courteous. I placed my order online and got there early and they explained they were working on my order right now and apologized that it was not ready. Which was unnecessary as I arrived early and did not expect it to be ready. They even gave me 2 free cookies for the wait, which was super nice of them. I was surprised and delighted by their excellent service and would recommend this location to others.

Went in on 2/9/26 around 3:30 Store was quiet and clean. I usually get sub-par service at Subways. The gentleman serving and making our sandwich was fast, polite and personable. And my sandwich? Bread and toppings fresh, almost like I went and cut my own.

It was subway, but the lady was more than an artist. She was a little older, but fast, and genuinely courteous. She should write a book on customer service, and if you own any kind of sales buisness you should hire her. The most i ever tipped at a subway.

I went on 11-13-18 at 12:30 there was a line out the door....I saw they were short staffed, but the employees did a wonderful job! Making sure to greet everyone as they entered and thank them as they paid. I hope the manager knows what a great staff he has working here. The guy working there was very friendly and easy to talk to but they were out of 5 things for my sandwich. It just seems like poor stocking and inventory on someone's part. I know it probably doesn't happen often but can be frustrating when I'm buying three sandwiches.

As soon as I walked in the door alarm went off and I thought someone would come up front to take my order. Unfortunately that was not the case. I waited a little over 9 minutes until I decided to call the restaurant. Finally someone came. I don't understand why Subway would only have one employee work by themselves. As for the food it was great.

We were looking forward to trying their new wraps only to find out they were out of the sesame chicken and steak for the other wrap. The person behind the counter was either tired of telling people that or just didn't want to be there. It was the first time that happened since we've been going there usually it's great service.

I don't even know if anyone was working in the restaurant at a little before 3 pm on 10/07/22. No one even came to the front and I also didn't hear anyone in the store. Except the homeless looking man who apparently went in to use the bathroom or something and then walked back out a couple of minutes later and each time the door was opened a loud bell went off and still no employee even came up front. I left and went to the subway on Cheyenne Mountain and had an even worse experience!

We ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery. All 3 were supposed to be toasted with provolone. They must be high, sweet oinon chicken teriyaki and Melted Steak and cheese, neither were toasted, neither had cheese! So disgusting! These types of sandwiches are not supposed to be served cold meat!!

What a terrible experience. I ordered on the app. When I arrived, the store was locked. I waited 20 minutes just for the jerk of an associate to slam the door on my face. I filed a complaint. Hopefully something gets done about it. Wow! What a joke!

In general, I like Subway. This one, not so much. The rude lady that was behind the counter looked dirty and seemed very unfriendly. She claimed they were having computer problems and she was closed as she was serving someone. My wife and I left. While we were looking for somewhere else to eat the lady came out the door and got in her car and left for a few minutes leaving the door open and the store unattended. Now... you make up your own mind.

This subway has recently changed hands and unfortunately has went down hill. I ordered online and changed my pick up time to almost an hour from the order time and when I got there it still was not ready. Not only was it not ready but there was also a line that I had to wait for since it was getting close to lunch time. The staff has changed recently and not for the better, apparently I was dealing with the manager. Any times I had ordered online in the past everything is always ready in a timely manner. The lady who used to work there in the morning practically had my order memorized after ordering from her just a couple times. By the time I left there was also another online order that wasn't ready and people were getting out of line and leaving. Then the manager made me my sub and went on a break.

didn’t wash hands before helping me with 3 sandwiches after watching him touch several surfaces. disgusting. soda station was disgusting not restocked. dropped the oven cover on the floor and just put it back on the tray without washing. Placed an online order, received confirmation stating it would be ready at 12:55. One minute before (12:54), as I'm waiting at the stoplight before pulling into the parking lot, I received a notice stating they cancelled my order. I called, spoke to someone who said they weren't on the clock, so I have to call back in 10 minutes to speak with someone because they're "all really busy." I told him I'd like to speak with someone, as a 1 minute notification is unacceptable, as now I won't be able to have lunch, since I have not time to stop somewhere else before going back to work. He said OK, hold on, then hung up on me. Upon calling back, I was told they cancelled it because they are "too busy, and online orders come 2nd." I told them waiting until 1 minute before the order should've been due is unacceptable. I will never go back, as I can't be sure I'd get a lunch when ordering with them.

Every time I go to this location there’s a problem. The toaster over is always broken & the last time I went I walked in on the manager screaming at what I assume was a terrible employee. The bathrooms are out of order so don’t think about washing your hands. One star & if I could rate a half star I would. I get it it’s south Nevada but wow it’s terrible.

I placed order online for pickup for husband he gets there and he get the sandwiches and one sandwich was burnt black he had to have it redone then these were ordered as meals and we didn't get our drink or chips in the bag like we asked so husband walks out while they obviously know we ordered them and said nothing even though they knew he was walking out door without all of his order and they were having him tryna pay more with a card to get more like what heck. not happy with this at all all they can say when i called was oh im sorry you can come back for them yeah but not everyone can just turn around and fix your mistake.

So I was sitting outside in my car for about five minutes, waiting to go in and then The lady opened the door so I went inside and I asked her. Can I use the bathroom right off the bat she had a attitude with me say you need to buy your sandwich first because people over here said they’re gonna get a sandwich and they don’t not say lady I will buy a sandwich you could charge me right now so they didn’t have no egg that was the breakfast sandwich so she didn’t let me use the bathroom. I have a medical condition I was like wow she started to argue with me. I’ll buy a cookie or a drink or something a cookie just a dollar I was like wow ma’am, you don’t have a heart so we’re on the south side of Nevada. I’m thinking like what does that mean? People don’t need help I see why this world is evil bro like if you seen this woman, she had no soul the way she was talking how rude she was and I go to the subway pretty much five times out of a month, but I used to go at night time cause the nighttime people are cool as hell

They give you burnt up old bread instead of re makeing quality bread they give you whatever crap they have crusty hard burnt so bad the white breat looked like wheat bread and only one person during lunch rush hrs poor girl.when the other girl finally came in she had a bad attitude cause she was asked for a refund and told customer that's how the bread is supposed to be then didn't even knw how to do a refund she had to call someone else and she was the manager smh worse place ever never again.

We arrived and waited for around 30 mins before we were even talked to by the subway worker. We came in and he was on his phone, he made some other online orders I think but only one and really took his time as the line was growing. The man behind us laughed when I mentioned the time it was taking! There was no since of urgency or want to please the customer. He was completely on his own time and even though we waited there where a few times we almost walked out. Hunger won and we waited but once again it was a lack of effort and service awareness. Hopefully management corrects this error because I'm sure most ppl arnt being as patient as we were!

Ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash. The Philly had literally no steak on it, it was an onion and pepper sandwich. The second sandwich, a cold sandwich that wasn’t supposed to be toasted, was toasted. Just useless. Save your money for a place that can follow basic directions.

We ordered a sandwich online, and in the note section I noted that I wanted the freshest bread available, and our bread we got on our sandwich was like it was made the day before or the day before that it was flaky and falling apart. That’s the second and last time I will be going to this location. The sandwich artist was chewing gum as he was making our sandwich. Pretty sure that’s a health violation.

This Subway stole $5 from me. Today, through the Subway app, I ordered dinner for the family: 5x footlong subs, a box of cookies, and a footlong cookie (cost $5). When I picked up my order, the employee says they no longer serve footlong cookies, but he can't give me a refund. He says i have to get the refund through the app. When I ask to substitute another box of cookies ($4.19), he says he cannot because it will harm his inventory. I take the food home and try to get a $5 refund for the footlong cookie. The Subway app says all refunds must come from the restaurant. I try to call the restaurant, but the phone number on Google maps is disconnected. Its not worrh the inconvenience to drive back to the restaurant. The Subway employee lied to me and stole $5 from me. Ill never eat here again, and I recommend you avoid it as well.

We went there, walked in and guy behind counter says, we have no bread. The oven is not working. I look at him with a dumb look on my face and say what? He repeats that he has no bread. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN BE OPEN IF YOUR A SANDWICH SHOP AND HAVE NO BREAD????? so I have nothing to rate.

People don’t need help I see why this world is evil bro like if you seen this woman, she had no soul the way she was talking how rude she was and I go to the subway pretty much five times out of a month, but I used to go at night time cause the nighttime people are cool as hell

We arrived and waited for around 30 mins before we were even talked to by the subway worker. We came in and he was on his phone, he made some other online orders I think but only one and really took his time as the line was growing. The man behind us laughed when I mentioned the time it was taking! There was no since of urgency or want to please the customer. He was completely on his own time and even though we waited there where a few times we almost walked out. Hunger won and we waited but once again it was a lack of effort and service awareness. Hopefully management corrects this error because I'm sure most ppl arnt being as patient as we were!

We ordered a sandwich online, and in the note section I noted that I wanted the freshest bread available, and our bread we got on our sandwich was like it was made the day before or the day before that it was flaky and falling apart. That’s the second and last time I will be going to this location. The sandwich artist was chewing gum as he was making our sandwich. Pretty sure that’s a health violation.

This subway has recently changed hands and unfortunately has went down hill. I ordered online and changed my pick up time to almost an hour from the order time and when I got there it still was not ready. Not only was it not ready but there was also a line that I had to wait for since it was getting close to lunch time. The staff has changed recently and not for the better, apparently I was dealing with the manager. Any times I had ordered online in the past everything is always ready in a timely manner. The lady who used to work there in the morning practically had my order memorized after ordering from her just a couple times. By the time I left there was also another online order that wasn't ready and people were getting out of line and leaving. Then the manager made me my sub and went on a break.
